Recently visited this shop for the first time. I had a Scott bike that had suffered damage to one of the rear axle drops. Two other shops had told me that it was a mortal wound and that the frame was no longer serviceable. I wasn't really expecting much, but these guys offered to take a look at it after dropping it off, the called me a few hours later with a modest repair cost and the old horse still has viable life ahead. Kudos to Vinny and Rodney for the great customer service and going the extra miles where two other shops that I've spent a good bit of $$ with over the years just wanted to serve the final rites on the bike. These guys are my new bike shop! Brought both of my bikes in for full tune and tires! Earned my business for sure!

Great customer service!! We were passing thru town and needed to replace our bikerack. Vinny (and Dave) gave us "no pressure" fantastic customer service, they took the time to educate us and make sure we got the right product... knowing that we were just passing thru and would not be repeat customers. Thanks guys... we are successfully back on the road!!

BROUGHT A 8.5" small solid nontube SCOOTER TIRE AND RIM IN THERE i could not install myself after trying for an hour and many cuss words. Technician said this wasn't something they normally did because it wasn't a "bicycle" but he still helped me out and only took about 10 minutes. Other bike shops in Nashville looked at it and refused to help. they saved the day for me and I'm back on the road. Highly recommend this place

These guys are fantastic! And honest. Rodney and (forgive me if Im wrong) Victor (maybe Vincent) either way....they both answered all my questions, and tuned up a bike for me within a couple days. Cant wait to get back there. Thank you so much!

This shop is so helpful and I am happy to have them in the neighborhood! I’ve been there twice now, once to get new tires and another to get a tube replaced after a flat. The first time they had my bike ready for me in hours, and the second time they gave me a free lesson on changing a tube if I get another flat. You can’t beat that kind of service!

I have had consistently great experiences at this shop, as well as the other location. Customer service is great, prices on bikes and accessories are good. They are definitely experienced and have very fair prices. I've visited most of the bike shops around Nashville and these guys come out on top, hands down.

A great local bike shop. Both customer service and wrenching are top notch. As other reviewers have noted, Vinny is an excellent mechanic and is extremely knowledgeable about all products. Despite the worldwide bike and component shortages, they always seem to find what I need or have it already.

Vinny was outstanding!! I had never been in Ride615 before. I ended up purchasing a nice (maybe the best I have ever seen) 4 bike rack system Kuat Hitch NV. What was most impressive is how knowledgeable Vinny was regarding the product, and he was not afraid to say, I don't know, which is the best answer to have when you don't know!! Great experience, great attention to listening to my questions, never pushy, very patient. Thank you for treating me as a valued customer, even before I was one. I will be back. Neil Newton

Went to several bike shop looking for ebike to keep up with my husband! Checked all the top brands and test rode too.Vinnie and Elizabeth were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products gave me more info and showed me all the features on the bike. They are very down to earth with great customer service experience. Vinnie was outstanding!!! Also bought new bike carrier accessories.

Cue the angelic chorus! My new State all road is heaven sent. After literally way too much discernment and disappointment ( there are no bikes for sale left in the world it seems....) I opted for my first thought as my last resort (Why does that always happen?) and called these guys! Vinnie answered the phone and listened to my questions and gave me diligent answers regarding what I wanted/needed. He was attentive and mellow and told me I was in luck, that they had the State All Road 1x11 gravel bike in 58cm sitting on the showroom floor! I walked in and it was love at first sight! Vinnie and Scott explained the pricing and components of State and the perks of doing business with Ride615. All the crew from the new lady Margie, Michael, Scott, Vinnie et all are top notch humans! A number of good bike shops in Nashville (and a few snooty ones) but Ride 615 on Charlotte pike in Sylvan Park get my hard earned greenbacks from this day forward! Thanks for being a great shop guys! I brought my two Schwinn bikes here to get full tune-ups before the spring. Tried to build them myself and ended up destroying the brakes on both and who knows what else. Vinny was super nice and did an incredible job on the bikes. They are both 4 years old but run better now than they ever have. The prices were fair, he did the work quickly, and he even helped me get the bikes back on my car rack when I picked them up. Also I noticed that the shop itself was really nice. It had a lot of good bikes, many even priced in the “hundreds” rather than “thousands” range like I always seen at other bike shops. Overall we were really impressed and will be back in the future for any service or if we need a new bike/accessories. Thank you for the great service!

Went in with my wife on Saturday to get her on a road bike. Service was great they went out of their way to adjust the bikes for my wife to see how they felt and this is before they knew we were looking to buy. Ended up buying her a new bike, a few other bits. Would like to see some special offer when you buy a bike you get 10% any other items you buy during the same transaction. Something along those line would boost sales and make the customer feel like they won something. All in all great experience. Would recommend. Update first few rides in and she’s getting the hang of it! Get out and exercise people!

This place is awesome. I had the install 2 new tires and valve stems and it was done in less than 3 hrs. Knowledgeable and customer friendly. Would highly recommend.

Well.... best bike shop in Nashville. Just started riding again (just a 20 mile guy) and have had to bring bike in a few time for operator error adjustments. Knowledgeable, patient, prompt and happy doing what they do. Fixed my bike twice, made adjustments gratis-ONLY thing I don’t like about these guys is they won’t let me tip them!!!! Reason 213 why I rated them a 6 star, 1 more than a 5!!

I rarely review businesses but was compelled to write one for this business. After a 14 hr drive from NY here to Nashville to visit my daughter, I brought my bike to enjoy some cycling. Got here only to realize I left my Helmet!! So, I stopped by the shop who coincidentally had just tuned up my daughter's bike. We got there to pick up her bike and after I explained my situation...the fellas there actually lent me a helmet!! Who does that?!?! So off I go to ride my bike and as fate would have it I blew through not one, two but three tubes!!! So after calling my personal SAG wagon (wife and daughter), they dropped me off at the shop. The fellas there were kind enough to not only sell me more tubes and CO cartridges but changed my flat! I was so encouraged by the positive experience that I immediately got on my bike and went for a ride to enjoy this great city! Thank you fellas and love you Nashville
