These guys were extremely patient with my hubbys indecisiveness about going cycling. They had small frame modern bikes in really good condition and the shifting was smooth. They also put my pedals on for me. As a cyclists, I'd rent from them again. Nice shop!

Jed is the best! I have been to multiple bike shops and no one has give me the kind of service that Jed provided. He took 20 mins to look at my bike rack, my saddle positions, the gears in the bike and just gave me a ton of info that will be so helpful as I start getting into riding. Highly recommend this bike shop!

Came in looking for my first bike. I found one of their used bikes listed on Facebook Marketplace. Rod was super helpful, and explained everything about the bike to me including shifting. He had me give it a test ride in the parking lot to make sure it was the right size and that everything was set up properly for my height. Very pleased with my experience here and will continue coming back!

Excellent customer service! Jed and Jay are Pros! From shopping for the bike to having it fitted and accessorized these guys were super informative and helpful. I've never felt this comfortable on a bike before. It feels like it just wants to go eat up some miles!

5 star all the way! This shop is what America was built on! Locally owned hard working knowledgeable staff that ensure the work is done properly, promptly, and in no way are you charged for anything you don’t need like you commonly see at big franchise locations. I walked in requesting lower crank bearings and instantly the tech gets my bike up on the lift and starts explaining to me how they diagnostically assess for bearing wear. Through this process he showed me it was not the crank bearing but simply grease needed for my pedals, a much simpler and cheaper fix but admirably earned my trust recognizing he could have easily said oh yeah I feel what your feeling and rang up the bill for bearings. Being new to Brentwood I 100% know where my bike will be serviced and am so very thankful for this local business!

Highly recommend this bike shop. I took my son and let him pick out a new bike from a big box store for his birthday. He was really excited to get his bike home and ride it. We had a malfunction with our bike rack on the way home and his brand new bike was drug down Mallory lane!!!! He and I were both very upset. I googled local bike shops and found that RB’s was a short drive away. Even though they were close to closing Jack and the other guys heard my story and immediately put the bike on the rack to inspect it. They had the parts in stock to fix what was damaged adjusted everything to work better. They saved the day for a Dad in distress and made my sons bike good as new. They did all this even though I did not purchase the bike from them. Please go and support this shop.

What an awesome store! We love biking, and we have been to many bike stores around the country, and this one stands out! Really kind and knowledgeable people, the owners themselves take turns working there, we met them both. Jay helped us figure out exactly the adjustments needed for various bikes we tested. They have a solid inventory, quality products, and great advice. Jay spent quite a bit of time making various adjustments based on my feedback after test riding various road bikes. Very patient and really listens to a customer's needs. No attitude, humble and helpful. Loved the guys working there! Highly recommend.

Jay and his team are great. We were looking for a 4 person bike rack and he took the time to show us how it works and loaded the display model on our car to see if we liked it. After we ordered one, he again showed us how to load it onto our car. I also had some problem getting a child carrier on my bike, and he helped me fix my issue. Would definitely recommend them for excellent customer service.

Just visited the shop and purchased a bike for our ten year-old son. Rod was very helpful sizing the bike and helping my son test ride it. He answered questions patiently on the phone and genuinely wanted the best bike for my son. He carefully explained the different options and it was very low pressure. We will be back to buy bikes for my daughters.

I needed a simple derailleur alignment done for two bikes. I had called around locally. Another place said that I would have to set up an appointment 2 weeks down the road and would need to leave the bikes with them. I then called RB’s and they said to bring them in and if it was a quick fix that they would do it right away. That is exactly what they did. 20 minutes later both bikes were ready to go. Because the service was so good I decided to buy a few things to put a bit more money in their pockets. I would recommend RB’s before any other local repair shop. They are awesome!

Great shop, friendly staff. I've never walked in and not been greeted immediately by someone even if they're working on a bike in the repair area. Good selection of bikes and accessories, some of the better deals I've seen on bikes including online, especially on new-old stock. Highly recommend. I've also had a great experience with their repair/service department.

Had a great experience with Rod when I purchased my Cannondale Habit 4. Rod made accurate recommendations for my style of riding and size. When I picked the bike up, Morgan was incredible! Morgan took time with me and my son and properly fit the bike. As a result of Morgan’s unwavering commitment to providing an excellent experience I purchased another bike! I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated going into a bicycle shop with absolutely no knowledge, and having not been a bike owner since age 13. Jay spent well over an hour with me explaining all of the basics, finding me exactly the right bike for what my goals were, and then showing me exactly how to use it. All of the other employees were super friendly as well. The only problem is that I might have been bit by the cycling bug and will likely be visiting R.B.'s again soon for an upgrade.

After a fruitless search at various shops around Franklin/Nashville, a friend suggested this store, which I had not heard of at the time. While she had bought a bike elsewhere, she said this was by far her favorite shop thanks to the people working there. Without a lot of optimism, I stopped by today and looked at their selection. As a 6'3" guy, it's been hard to find places with anything in my size. The last shop I went to said they'd build one for me and contact me in 'a couple of days'. That was two weeks ago. Needless to say, without any updates for so long a time, I decided against buying from them on principle. Much to my surprise, they had several frames for someone of my height and I was helped by a fellow named Jay, who was awesome. By far the most helpful and friendly person I've dealt with at a bike shop. He answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions after I told him the type of bike I was looking for. He provided me with options of all price ranges and I ended up spending a little more than I had anticipated. Not because their prices are unfair, or because I was pressured, but after finding a model I liked, I gave it a test ride instead of jumping down one level to the cheaper version as I had planned to do. It was such a nice ride that I was instantly sold. I'll certainly be using them again. Hopefully not for a new bike anytime soon, but for accessories and such. And I hope they work on commission because Jay certainly deserves a cut. His attitude and helpfulness is what really made the sale.

I bought an electric kit 3 months ago called everyone around and this is the only shop that would tackle the job of installing it. Great attitudes willing to learn new ideas and just an all around great shop. I'm actually going in today for service work on my other bikes. Highly recommend

I'm in from out of state, needed good mountain biking trails. Biked to the shop, met a good chap named David, who brought me behind the counter, logged me into a fancy app, and hand-plotted my route on the map to the trailhead. Cutting all sorts of shortcuts because I was biking there. He emailed me those directions and suggested a great cycling app. He gave me pointers about every aspect of the trails, elevation gain and subtle suggestions about taking care of myself out there. I then moseyed the shop, bought $75 in goods to comfort the serious adventure ahead of me, and got on the road. David didn't have to do any of that. He could've told me the name of the park and kept wrenching on the bike on the vice. AND I got to meet the shop pooch, the most ancient creature alive, sweet as they come. Thanks, David and R.B's!
