Showed up with my bike and within seconds, I had someone working on it. Really fast service with cheap and reasonable pricing. They're knowledgeable and know what they're doing. Would definitely recommend if you need your bike fixed right away.

1st time I went,owner tried to talk me out of installing quick release on front tire saying I didn't need it. 2nd time he again tried talking me out of spending my money. Because of his attitude and demeanor. I will still continue to forcefully spend my money here! Plus repair dudes are very courteous and friendly.

I was expecting too much from a shop like this what I mean by that is its not a high end bike shop so dont expect professional bike etiquette such as putting you're bike on a bike stand. I took my bike to them due to a loosen spoke and it was the only bike shop near by so i had no choice i left it with them and was told to come back in a few hours due to how busy they were when i got back he was mid way done my bike on the floor upside down on its hoods scratching them also some other guy comes in and just lays his bike on mine like its a pole scratching my frame a bit. I payed $20 to get my wheel trued he did an ok job its still not 100% but it got me back home so over all they were nice. I was unhappy with how my bike was being handled.

The prices there are very great. They will help you with any bike problem you could have. They always have a nice service and try there best to help find the problem. If you need your bike fixed, come on up to the Grand Juvenile on East 187 and Grand Concourse. (Take the D or B Train to Fordham or the local 1/2 bus to 187 street.

Great memories shopping here growing up in the 1980s they would always have my HE-MAN and thundercats toys. The good old days. It's nice to know there still in business after all these years. So many stores I grew up with are now gone.

This bike shop is the best so far they don't over charge you like other bike shops and some who say he doesn't acknowledge your existence come on his old so we have to give him a break you can't just stand there waiting you have to talk to him I spent lest than 10 minutes thereI think this place is greatttttt
