This is a great bike shop. Friendly service and very knowledgeable people. Really good bike mechanic. They have been taking care of my bike needs for a few years now with prompt service. Just bought a gravel bike from them and I can’t be happier. They treat you like a friend rather than a customer. I recommend this place highly.

Coming in from the city, we had a great experience renting bikes for a family ride down the Old Croton Trail. The staff was very helpful and made it super easy to get going. They made a point of sanitizing the helmets after each use, which I would hope is standard across all bike rentals, but not sure that it is, so that's greatly appreciated. The shop is very nice and looks like it had lots of accessories and energy snack options. It had a great small and local business ambiance and I felt comfortable in placing my trust in their services. Would look forward to using their services again in the future. Bonus feature: bathroom artwork!

This place is now my bike shop for good. Even tho it’s not the closest one to me I will come here for all my bike needs! Co-owner Dan Was super friendly and the guy servicing my bike (didn’t get his name) was really knowledgeable and friendly as well. They were able to put a new wheel on and fix a myriad of other things in under an hour! I was worried that a place with such a quick turn around and high quality parts would cost me a fortune, but the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this awesome little shop!

Me and a bunch of guys went biking last week using this bike shop for rentals and on the way something happened to 2 of the bikes far out and they came to get the guys that either tire popped or whatever it was they were there. Great attitude and AMAZING service= an awesome bike ride!

What Endless did for us this Sunday, is pretty much unparalleled in my experience. We were riding the OCA trail on road bikes (returning to Brooklyn from Bear mtn, thinking it would be 'fine') and the trail was just eating our tubes. We made it just about to Tarrytown when we ran out of spares and called Endless if they would be willing to stay open for a little longer, that we'd try to make it to their shop to stock up. Instead, we got a delivery of tubes and CO2 canisters directly to Tarrytown. Never would I have thought that someone on their Sunday, close to closing time would be willing to help out complete strangers like this. Much much much appreciated, and we somehow made it back! Welp! After some 35 years of not riding a bicycle, it was time to get with the program and be social with my wife Barbara, who hadn't written in many years as well. Our friends have been riding for years! Owner Dan and expert technician Reuben had the perfect used Italian Bianchi bike for me to buy at a very reasonable price. It was already all tuned up and ready to go! Barbara got her old trek bike nice and tuned up as well. Of course, me being me, it was time to not only get back into riding, but making sure that I decked it out both bikes with all the bells and whistles. This bike shop has everything you need to do that! The combination of their expertise, quality items, pricing, expert installation, turn around time on servicing, and almost addicting friendly banter make this our new destination for everything bicycle! Thanks Dan and Reuben for making this old/ new venture such a pleasurable start! Now, time to get our wind and legs muscles rolling again! That's another story! Off we go ...

I stopped by the store during COVID and the staff was friendly, following all recommended protocol, and immediately came to help me. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my bike and got me back on the road within 10 minutes! (Quick safety check and air in the tires!) Their hours are great, location is convenient, and the team was really knowledgeable. Best part - they didn’t charge me for their time or the air! I can’t wait to come back soon to support this local business.

Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the spot they were knowledgeable and accommodating to get some minor repairs done quickly so we could get out and ride. Fair prices and has a good stock of gravel and mountain bikes.

Went on a recommendation and could not be happier with the service at Endless! Dan helped me pick out my first road bike and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for personalized attention from pros as opposed to the “cold” feeling of some of the “big name” shops in the area who just want you to buy something. Go to this store! So worth it. Looking forward to doing much more with the guys at Endless.

I am an avid mountain biker, out on the trails every morning to start my day. I love this shop because Dan, Jason and Ryan know their stuff, they speak fluent "mountain bike". These friendly, helpful guys fix my bike and get me back on the trail fast every time. I trust them, they do quality work, and their prices represent a good value. I use them whenever I can because having a quality shop close to my home in Dobbs is great for me and all of my cycling friends.

Brought my 25 year old Specialized hybrid to see if it's worth saving. Rather selling me a new bike, Jason helped me restore it and even searched for a front suspension fork that would work with it. I'm really loving my old bike! His prices are also much better than the many stores in the county. Win-win, honesty, great service and great prices.

I went to Endless Trails for a crank arm repair and they couldn’t have been more friendly, honest and helpful. The mechanic fixed the crank arm in minutes so I could get back on my bike and ride again. I would recommend this shop for excellent customer service. They will be my choice for all things related to my bike

Dan is the man! He was super helpful in helping me purchase my first mountain bike. The next day I had a chain issue on the OCA trail and he biked over thirty minutes to come fix my chain. It was late on Sunday afternoon and he did not hesitate to help me out. This is the kind of service you can expect from Endless Trail Bikeworx.

Just finished a 5 hour trail ride after renting bikes from Endless Trail Bikeworx. They did a great job of sizing the bikes and even offered us a nap sack to carry everything. Their trail recommendations were spot on. I would definitely use them again!

Great Shop. I purchased a bike online and assembled most of it myself but I just wanted to get a tune to make sure everything was assembled properly. I called another shop. They said tunes would take 5 days and be around 89.00 dollars. I drove a bit further to Endless trial. They took my bike right away. It was ready to go in 15 mins. They tested my shocks for my bodyweight with me. Great convo with the guys in the shops. I was out the door in 20 mins for only 20 bucks. Awesome shop. Highly recommend.

Dan was a huge help. Gave me great advice for what bike would fit my needs (I'm very tall, he was was kind enough to cater to this), and called me multiple times throughout the same day to keep me fully informed and ensure I was making the best decision. He even threw in a free bike part even though I made no purchase. Would recommend this store wholeheartedly.

During this pandemic the shop remains open and somehow not backed up for weeks. Clean, welcoming and respecting protocols for distancing. Bike tune up and cleaning completed in less then a week, spot on work and helpful feedback/assist for rear shock set up. I can't thank them enough for the excellent service!

Friendly, helpful, and fair. Rode up with a toddler on my (very) unprofessional big box store bike and they fixed my rather dangerous brake situation right away. Charged a more than fair price, and weren't dismissive of the fact I wasn't a hard core cyclists. If you have a bike with any sort of issue and live in the Rivertowns, can't recommend this local shop enough. They seem to truly care about helping, and not just about charging as much as they can for frivolous fixes.

When I decided to get a road bike after many years of being "cycle-less," my friend and I shopped at three places and are very pleased to be supporting the local business Endless Trails. The price was very fair, and they have willingly given me a lot of support because I am not mechanically-inclined. Dan and Jason are very friendly, not only at the store, but on the occasional times that I've run into them on the bike trail or elsewhere. Endless Trails provides a good community for local bikers, which is important in this "virtual" society. Jason showed "endless" patience when he showed me how to use clip less pedals recently. These guys were great. I went to another bike shop before going there and that was a waste of time. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and were very friendly. Endless Trail Bikeworx is the westchester hub for knowledgeable and friendly bike service. The store is welcoming, clean and has a great selection of products. Anything they dont have they will gladly get to you, and for you, asap. I highly recommend coming here and will be returning for a long time to come!

I was shopping around for a folding bike and had gone to a couple of shops; one had a folding bike but the bike had no speeds and another shop had them with speeds but they were starting at six hundred dollars, YIKES! "Endless" was third on my list and it turned out they had just what I wanted for allot less money. So far I'm happy with the bike I purchased and more than happy with the great service I received, Joe was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful he walked me through the whole sale explaining everything to me. I later called back to order a part for the bike and this time I spoke with Jason; another expert in the field, I would absolutely recommend this bike shop to anyone and I look forward to patronizing Endless Trail Bikeworx again, they have great service and a large selection of accessories for a good price.

I went in with a flat that I'd walked over from S. County trail. They replaced my tube and tire and trued my wheel within the hour. They don't have a ton of stock or gushing service, but they are helpful and prompt, which is what I needed.
