Sam is a great tech. This is the only place I'm taking my suspension forks and shocks for service as it's one of the few reliable places in the twin cities that actually gets it. I had a weird request to install a damper short notice and they're totally backed up for 6 weeks, it was a quick service ask so they got it done in a few days before I had to leave town. Incredible service.

I worked with Sam the suspension genius. He does outstanding work. He helped me get solutions to an old manitou fork. He provided great customer service and is the guy to go to if you have any suspension issues. He came recommend directly from the manufacturer. I’m so impressed with Sam and this company!

Awesome customer service. Great communication from the technician (Tyson). They are very attentive to details, and genuinely cared about my bicycle fork and wanted it to be right. An unexpected part replacement was necessary, and they had it expedited. I was back riding pretty quick and the fork performs better than expected. Great price too! I think the Shockspital is located in a funny part of town, although worth the trip!!
