Rydjor Bike shop in Austin is a gem. Jon worked with me to find a bike that met my needs! He is very kind, patient and explained everything without asking! It is difficult to sometimes know what to ask and so he took care of that. Is was a delightful no pressure experience. The shop has a selection of high quality bikes and accessories. Jon B. patiently answered all our questions about e-bikes, walked us through the basic operating procedures for the Aventon Pace 350 we chose, and made sure it was prepped and riding flawlessly before we loaded it into the car. Special thanks to Jon at Rydjor Bike Shop for upgrading the neighborhood bike gang with all the bells and whistles (well, literally bike bells)! He took excellent care of us, was incredibly helpful and kind and the shop had everything we needed to keep the kids safe on the road. They had a great selection of both new & used bikes to choose from, gave us a nice price on a trade in that we had previously bought from Rydjor & Jon went the extra mile to make sure to get everything set up just right for the kids. They’ll be stylin’ on the road this summer. Austin is lucky to have such a gem of a bike shop with wonderful employees! And I will second a previous reviewer's comment on the top notch small town care. Thanks again!

As soon as I walked in, they were ready to help me, which I thought was great, even though we were just there to check out the "museum" of bikes they have up on the ceiling. Very cool! For anyone with bike needs (new or maintenance it appears), this seems like a great local shop to support.

There’s always a friendly face and greeting when you walk into Rydjor Bike Shop. They’re fast, efficient and thorough. My teen daughter has no issue walking in here and asking for help… which is pretty amazing because she is fairly shy and has social anxiety. Rydjor is the only bike shop I go to and it’s going to stay that way. Thanks for all your help guys. :)
