Heard this was opening up in White Bear Lake through a friend network. Decided to check it out and wasn’t disappointed. My wife and I ended up buying a couple of Batch/Bosch e-bikes. Jon was super knowledgable and was well stocked with a bunch of locally sourced biking equipment. If you are looking to support a burgeoning small local bike shop check it out.

Went in because I got a new bike from my mom and I heard about the store opening. Wanted to offset some of my gas use. I talked about adding a rack and getting a bag. The rack we had planned on was too small so we moved to a bigger rack. It was the best decision. I'm using my bike for almost everything and couldn't be happier. I'm going to get another bag just in case, but with the quality of service from John I won't be going anywhere else 11/10

Excellent customer service! John was so kind & prompt replacing my tube & adjusting my breaks. Being in town from Phoenix I was thankful for this amazing bike shop & outstanding customer service. White Bear is lucky to have this Roam bike shop.

Stopped in to Roam the other day and ended up buying the kids new bike helmets!!!! The owner gave us absolutely the BEST costumer service!! He took the time with each kid to make sure they found a helmet they liked and that fit them properly. He was so friendly and personable with each kid and really went out of his way to make sure they got what they needed! Roam has an amazing selection of helmets, bikes, and accessories. This is such a gorgeous shop-downtown White Bear Lake has a new gem!!!!!! We will be back!!!!

Just purchased a new bike at ROAM. John took the time to help us pick out the perfect bike for my 5 year old son. The process was fun, and we even picked out the coolest hamburger bike bell. We will definitely be back!

I used ROAM for the first time this month for service on my bike. They were good at communicating, gave decent turnaround time and went above and beyond cleaning my bike. Cost-wise, they are competitive with the big chain bike shops but I like to shop local when I can!
