Had an issue with my front break and was going on a bike trail ride the next day. It was 4:00 PM so I phoned Revolution Cycle & Ski and they said bring the bike in and felt they could fix it. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable. They fixed it on the spot. Went the extra mile and showed me how to remove my tire as well as how to easily load it into my car. GREAT customer service. I will be back for all my biking needs.

Revolution Cycle & Ski has taken care of my cycling needs for the past 3 years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to assist you. Many items are available in the store. I have had very good experience with special order items that include turn around times and installs. Their repair shop will get you back on the road. I have personally had a great experience with their expertise on best choices for my cycling needs and turn around times to get back on the trails. Thank you!

GREAT SERVICE!! I have a 40yr. Old schwin bike & the shifting derailer was acting up had it into a different shop twice & it still wasn't shifting properly. Took it to Revolution & they FIXED it! They also @no charge helped us get our bikes set up on wahoo smart trainers & currently Chris spent a lot of time with us @no charge helping us set up our new full suspension ebikes & answered various other questions & little items we needed even though we didn't buy our ebikes from them he was SUPER helpful etc...! Again GREAT SHOP GREAT SERVICE! Will always bring my bike here THANKS!

I came to Revolution Cycle with something a little different, a pony buckboard I was repairing/rebuilding for a 4H program. One of the rear tires had an inner tube that wouldn't hold air and the outer was shredded. The two young ladies that helped me unloaded and loaded it from my truck, and had the tire repaired faster than I expected. I highly recommend the shop for its great service and the wonderful attitude of the staff. Pricing seemed reasonable as well.

Very, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am a new writer and never able to answer all of my questions as well as make recommendations. I ended up buying a track Roscoe 7. It is a fantastic bike although I had some very minor issues with it. I brought the bike back to the store and the technicians were very quick very helpful and very friendly! I live an hour and a 1/2 away from the store and the technician and the technicians were happy to stay even a few minutes late to finish even a few minutes late to finish the bike! I have nothing but Great things to say about this store and at staff I will be purchasing bikes in the future for my family. They have earned a customer for life.

Unusual experience. After wasting 45 minutes attempting a bike repair, I rode it to Revolution Bikes. Fifteen minutes later I was on the road with an expertly repaired bike. Highly recommended! Second experience a year later was every bit as great as the first. These people are good!

I have never left a review before but have been so happy with Revolution that I had to share my experience. Ben and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful getting me set up with my new ride and gear for winter fat biking. I was very confident in following Ben's guidance and have been happy with all the gear choices he helped me select. Ben and the rest of the staff were so patient and helpful answering all my newbie questions. When I've brought my bike in for maintenance the work was performed quickly, sometimes on the spot while I waited, and I was 100% satisfied each time. I strongly recommend Revolution for everyone from expert to beginner.

I wanted to get into biking longer distances, but I had literally only ridden BMX style bikes. I had so many questions and the experts had all the answers without making me feel dumb. The entire staff helped fit me into a bike that was comfortable and I loved. They weren’t pushy like other places just trying to sell you stuff you don’t need at a high price. They know you by name and treat you like family. The whole experience was second to none. I’d highly recommend any and everyone to go see the amazing staff at Rev and then get out and bike!

Customer service at its best! I stopped by for an adjustment on my bike. The mechanic promptly put my bike on his stand and made the fix. The extra value was he explained what caused the issue. I offered to pay for the service but he said “just remember us when you need something”.....which I will. P. S. They have an awesome selection of bikes and accessories.

Experienced, friendly staff. No one attempts to upsell products. Staff willingly answers questions and takes time with customers. Adequate selection of gear, clothing, and equipment during these difficult times. Sale racks have a variety of useful items at fair, reduced prices.

Could have bought a bike from anywhere else but always prefer small "mom and pop" shops with personalized service and people who take the time to listen and are interested in your needs. Revolution fit the bill. Spent over an hour mulling over a bike and customizing it to my liking. What impressed me most was customers bringing in their bikes for service and customers and employees knew each other by name. Highly recommend you check out Revolution after you check out the big names.

I went in there today thinking I had totally ruined my rear gears. I had been putting this repair off because I had imagined it would be expensive. The nice person had my bike fixed in 15 mins! and charged me only $3.75. I was treated courteously as well.

They were the only shop within 40 miles of our house that had the bike we were looking for in stock. They also had a great selection of accessories to go with it. We will be back in the future!

Great Experience!! After hours of trying to work through the problem myself, I finally broke down and called Revolution Cycle & Ski. I brought my bike in over a short lunch and with little time to spare. The employees greeted me as I handed over my bike, they explained how they're fixing throughout the process, and went above and beyond in every opportunity. 3 hours of me, working on the issue at home was solved in 10 mins by the experts at Revolution Cycle & Ski.
