Got a tire replaced in one day, they had it there within three days at a third of the cost as other shops for the exact tire. Installed it for free and tuned up a few areas for an extremely reasonable price. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, I would go out of my way to use them in the future.

They ordered a bicycle seat for me since they didn't have it in stock. They called me when it came in. Went to their store and they had put the seat in the back for me. I took my daughter's little bike in because the chain kept falling off after I took the training wheels off. They had it done in under 1.5 hours, cleaned the chain nicely, and only charged $5! It was a busy Saturday too, at the beginning of summer. Super nice and personable staff. I will definitely be back!

Very impressed as a first-time customer. Had left my bike at other shops with turn-over times at the "weeks" level and came back with incomplete servicing. NOT here. Came in on a Thursday afternoon for a cassette replacement and was floored when they said it'd be ready by Saturday! To my amazement, they finished the work and had my bike for me by early Friday afternoon. Top notch.

I went in here today because Erik's Bike Shop was an absolute let down. Glad they were otherwise I would have never had gone here! Jake assisted me in finding a bike, went in told him what I wanted and my size. Got me in and out within 20 minutes with a bike sized and equipped perfectly. When into the store just to "look" at bikes. I brought along my older Trek bike. Found the Trek bike of my dreams. They gave me a fair price on my old bike that I used as credit towards my new Trek. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Free tune-ups for as long as I own the bike.

I've used Ramsey Bicycle in the past then I had a MC for years. Now I went back (cause I sold the MC and back to biking). I got everything I needed and will start bicycling again. I'm happy to say it's the same people and Al treated me like I was never gone. I'm so thankful to have them close by. Yearly tune-up's included with the bike. A lot of good knowledge.

I stopped in the store last week 12 minutes before closing time. I didn't expect them to replace my blown out tire and innertube but the mechanic asked me, "do you want to wait while I change it now." I was thrilled plus the bill was way less than other cycle shops I've been too. I was looking at the new bikes while I was waiting. There's a pretty good chance that they're going to get my business when I buy a new bike. Both people I talked to were very nice! Great job!

Wonderful shop with friendly staff. Roommate had her seat post fall into the frame while trying to put it on herself. They offered quick advice before telling us to come in. When we did come in they took care of the issue easily and were incredibly nice. We will be going back for all bike related needs.

I can't speak highly enough about Ramsey Bicycles! I purchased a Trek bike for my son there this last spring and after drooling over his all summer, I finally purchased one for myself today. I absolutely love my new Trek bike! I know my son used his daily all summer long & he just raves about how awesome it is. Al & the staff are fantastic people and I just can't say enough good things about them & their bikes. Great products and great people -> you just can't go wrong. If you are looking for a bike, this absolutely should be your first (and only) stop.

Keep in mind this review is posted on May 24, 2021. This is the place to go for servicing. Every bike place around said I’d have my bike back in 3-4 weeks. These guys had my bike back in 2 days. And my bike was in rough condition, in fact, I had to buy additional accessories to get my bike operational. Not much on the shelves for new bikes but like I said think of the time this is posted. Even though this place is out of my way they’ll get all my business.

Well worth a visit to get a bike tire tube replaced. Cheap and extremely fast. I expected to buy the tube and put it on myself but they offered and did it within 5 minutes. They finished before I could decide which water bottle holder to also buy. Super friendly and not pushy sales people. I recommend shopping here for any bike needs.

The reviews are all true. Ramsey Bicycles is a great place to fix or buy a bike. In the last week, I have done both. They fixed my kids' bikes quicker than expected and at a very good price. They patiently and cheerfully helped my wife and I as we tried out bike after bike. We were there a really long time. There was no pressure, just friendly, knowledgeable people who obviously have a passion for bikes guiding us. I don't normally like shopping much, but it was really fun buying our bikes there. They are proof that even in 2018 customer service still exists in this world. And it goes without saying that they sell great bikes there.

Bought a Trek bike from them, they had to get it shipped over from WI, but it went pretty quick and I really enjoy the bike. My Wife got one there too and they had a terrific sale when we purchased! Also brought both of our bikes in for the first lifetime tune up and got the bikes back and both ran excellent! They fixed the shifting issues and brake rubbing issues, very happy so far!

Nice local bike shop. They carry mostly low to mid range bikes, with some high end. I bought all of my kids bikes there and have always had a good experience. The owner Al is very friendly and helpful.

This is the best bicycle shop north of the twin cities! The owner, Al, is very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have many parts in stock, and if not, they can get them very fast. The technicians are friendly and really care about getting you back riding your bike again. If you want that "small town" feel, where everybody knows your name, take your bike to Ramsey Bicycle.

I had the best experience ever. My wife and I bought bikes at Ramsey Cycle over ten years ago. They are Treks and have been trouble free. I had a vague memory that they came with life time tuneups. I called Ramsey Cycle to see if that was correct and yes the bikes did get free tuneups. I did not need to have any certificates or proof of purchase. I brought them to the store, they said they would be ready in two days. They were done in one day and the charge was zero, zip, nada. Thanks Ramsey Cycle.

This is the best bike shop that I know of in Mn. They do free lifetime tune ups for any bike you buy and make your bike ride like it were brand new. They always good the extra mile. I recently had my bike stolen and was going to buy a new one. They ordered the one I wanted, got it in two days later, gave me a discount since my old one was stolen, did free custom modifications, swapped out some screws because they were a little long and didn't want me to get caught on them, etc... Great place to bring your business. 5/5

This store is ran by a bunch of good people. Definitely don't try upselling or pushing a certain product on people. They certainly try their best to help out and will let you know what their limits are. If you live in Ramsey, Elk River, or bc Anoka I recommend giving them business if you can do so.

My Gary Fischer was damaged during Tropical Storm Sandy. The next several years brought neglect and abandonment as it was unridable.
