I have purchased all of our bikes from Outdoor motion. A fat tire bike, cross country bike, and general day to day bikes for my kids and wife. I trust them to give me a fair price and help me maintain the bikes. I don't enjoy maintenance type tasks, so knowing I can count on Chad and his team each year to maintain my bikes brings me a lot of peace. I also tend to stop in and ask questions. I love the team there and thier knowledge. If you need a new bike, or just have questions, give them a try. You will be impressed.

Very friendly and great service! I bought a Burley honey bee bike trailer here. I got it home and took it for a stroll with my daughter and I realized it didn't have all the options I wanted (which was my fault for not researching before purchasing!) They were nice enough to return the one I brought home and order me the one I wanted! It came extremely fast and I couldn't be happier with the trailer or the service I received! Thank you!

SAVED MY DAY. My friend and I decided to take advantage of the nice weather in November and do a century ride on the Luce Line trail from Plymouth to Hutch and back. Great idea until I, conveniently, got a flat in Hutch AND I forgot an extra tube. I quickly googled bike shops and found this gem. The owner literally gave me the tube from his pack and fixed my tire. 10/10 - excellent customer service!

Great experience shopping here and buying my new bike! It all started with messaging the store with a request - fast response, and very helpful with bike purchase. Very knowledgeable employees. This is a big deal for me, as the last bike I bought was in the 1980's. Love my new bike!

Chad and Trevor are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Im a newbie to biking and they walked me through the pros and cons of many bikes and which ones would best suit me and what I was looking to do with it. To keep this from being a novel I’ll summarize the experience I had. I don’t think someone can walk into any other bike shop and expect better customer service. Top notch owner and staff, looking forward to being back.

Prices seem a bit steep, I think all premium bikes are that way though. The kids that were working there didn't seem super knowledgeable, one seemed better than the other. Otherwise they were friendly and helpful. Seem to have a large selection.
