I love supporting GREAT local, independent businesses. I visited One Ten Cyles in Mendota Hts. to buy a helmet. I wasn't great about wearing a helmet partly because the one I had was so uncomfortable. The woman who helped me was so patient and knowledgeable, it made the buying process so easy! (And she didn't shame me for buying the value brand). The next day I called because my seat had an issue and they quickly got me in and adjusted it--and didn't charge me!! I picked up my bike yesterday after requesting service. I wanted it tuned up and cleaned, and any needed new parts installed, to get it ready to ride in the spring. Brad did exactly what I requested. He is terrific and always points out anything he believes might give me trouble down the line so that I can get it taken care of up front. I ride almost every day, and I rely on his expertise to keep my bike in great condition. I feel lucky to have him and the 110 Cycles Shop near me. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Welcoming store and staff. They can find what you are looking for and will order it for you if they don't carry it. Competent service people fixing and putting together bikes. I recently purchased a Trek E-bike. They put it together and made sure it was sized for me before I left the store. I have not had any adjustments since. Love the Trek E-bike.

I was in need of a comfortable saddle and got the attention and care needed to fit me to the correct one. We also bought lights for both of our bikes and have been excited at how bright and helpful they have been on the trails. I am need of a new helmet and plan to stop over this week to purchase that. We have shopped around at different bike stores over the years and do not receive the same attention at the larger chain stores.

I went in with two bicycles to get fixed. My bike needed a lot of work and so did my son’s bike. They made sure to add the parts for my bike directly to my bike. I mean literally taped the part that needed to be replaced to my bike. Made sure the part was there when it was my turn. Very awesome! Then we got a call telling me that the bike tire had a tear and it was not safe for me to ride. Gave a cheap option and a tad bit more expensive one. When we picked up our bikes my son wanted a bell and told them to put it on the bill. I didn’t expect them to ask my son which handle bar did he wanted on. It’s the little things that make this shop awesome. Some say it’s a bit more expensive than others. I say you got what you pay for! This shop has experienced techs and knowledgeable sales personnel. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Back to why I went, I called and asked about some parts, told me what you had and set them aside for me. I was able to ask the mechanic a couple of questions and got on my way with the parts and a little more knowledge. Got my bike working well again. Prices were competitive, what more could I ask for.

OneTen Cycles is great. A friend of mine gave me a bike that needed a little tuneup. I showed up minutes before closing, and they were still able to answer my questions without me feeling like I was being rushed. My bike was ready early on the day promised. I did the basic service package, but my bike rides great. Next year I will most likely do the Annual or Ultimate service packages. I also had new tires put on which were in stock. When I picked up my bike, the representative also helped me find the helmet I was looking for. Keep in mind that I had questions the whole time, and she was able to answer everything. I will definitely return to OneTen Cycles for future services/products. Five Stars. Two Thumbs Up. I appreciate it.

Very nice people work there, but the range of knowledge varies widely. I brought my bike there for a "plus" tuneup. It came back very clean, but just a few hundred miles later, I have a creaking sound from my left pedal (likely bottom bracket/crank issue) and my chain skips on occasion. I would not expect that to happen so quickly. My bike rode better prior to the $130 tuneup. I will not go back for service, but perhaps to buy a Trek/Bontrager product.

I had a very old and very neglected bike, that had never taken it in for service or maintenance. The brake line was screwy, and I had the use of about 5 of the 21 gears - on a good day. It was on its last wheels. Until I took it to OneTen Cycles ! They were friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. It’s like I have a brand new bike!

I will be bringing my bike here for all service related needs. Brad worked on my hard tail; it was finished on time and it rode better than when it was brand new. Brad also saved me a lot of money after he determined I didn't need the elite-tier comprehensive tune-up or brake bleed/replacement I'd scheduled. The issues resolved included: tire, spoke, and brake noise; low brake power; sloppy gear shifting front/back; dirty everything I've been promptly acknowledged by staff each time I've visited.
