New Spin is a breath of fresh air for the Rochester cycling scene! Nate (owner) runs the business with family values and is incredibly professional. My bike request was unique and difficult to find, but Nate stayed on the case. This experience was in my top 5 lifetime customer service experiences. I purchased a Reese & Muller Supercharger from the owner of this shop. I live in Iowa City and Nate was great dealing with the purchase by phone and email. He spent a lot of time helping me decide which bike to buy and once we decided on a Supercharger, he patiently helped me choose the build. He kept me well-informed during the manufacturing and shipping process. I enjoyed visiting this new shop when I drove to Rochester to pick up the bike. I recommend this shop if you are looking for an E-Bike and want to deal with someone whose focus is on E-Bikes,

I definitely recommend Nate’s New Spin shop to purchase your electric bicycle. I talked to several shops around the country and even in Canada, and none was more responsive and attentive than Nate at New Spin. He and his crew listened to all my requirements. They talked me through each and every one of them. We also discussed different configuration and accessories options. He shared some great information. In the end, I thought I needed a frame size, but after test driving at my local shop I realized I needed to size up. Unfortunately that frame size was not available at New Spin. But if my spouse decides to buy an e-bike in the future, I will definitely go to New Spin first. Thank you so much for all your help Nate!

I brought my bike in for a new crank bearing and other minor adjustments. They were very busy with several customers, but were able to get to me and take my bike for repair. The repair was quite reasonable and the repair was also done in a matter of two days (they said it would be ready by weekend or early next week). So, quick service, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff make this a number one bike shop. Thanks for all you do!

I was lucky enough to find Nate up at Lebanon Hills after bending my rear rotor (don't ask). Nate was generous with his time and tools and got it back in shape. I greatly appreciate his help getting my bike back to fine working order. Wish we had a shop under his ownership in the Metro!

I emailed Nate a couple weeks ago about my specific needs in a bike and he said he had just the bike for me. Though still skeptical-and excited-I went in looking at e-bikes for the first time. Nate greeted my husband and I at the door and patiently told us all about the different models and what they do. I tested one out in the lot and was immediately sold! I got a Tern HSD S8i. I am so pleased with the customer service! They even put the bike together and had it ready for me within the hour. I have had a couple questions that have been answered quickly through email. I highly recommend New Spin Bicycle Shop and the team working there. They can get you set up-no pressure either. They know their stuff. But once you try the bike-there’s really no going back!

Great Experience Purchasing Our Bikes! It was a fun experience working with Nate. He took the time to show and demonstrate the different e-bikes. Nate is very excited and knowledgeable about the biking business and specifically his unique line of bikes. We made a couple of trips back to ride them and Nate was very patient and helpful. My wife was sold on the Tern e-bike HSD as soon as she road it, she loved the feel, comfort and felt like she had more control. Nate introduced me to TerraTrike a few weeks ago and I have not looked back. Been on it several miles each day and it is the best thing to happen to me in several years. Manageable work for the pleasure of gliding and feeling the breeze. Aerobic exercise with ZERO back discomfort. As well I purchased the "trainer" to peddle in garage over winter. Simply the best! Nate Nordstrom was super helpful in getting me the Segway Ninebot E45. Now I can go to work/school and not be all sweaty from walking/biking. Nate took the time to let me try out the different models and ride them around the parking lot for close to an hour. When he didn’t have the E45 in stock Nate ordered it for me and I got it within a week. It is so nice to have an alternative transportation shop like this in town. This is what Rochester needs if they want less cars downtown. If you are even thinking about an electric bike or scooter, check out new New Spin because they have options that I didn’t even know existed.

Great people and awesome service! I was having trouble finding a bike that fit me due to my small stature. I went to other bike stores and felt like I was on my own but they were willing to sell me whatever they had whether it fit me or not.
