Checked out the Hopkins location first and chatted with a super knowledgeable employee who helped me narrow down the type of bike I was looking for with no pressure to buy. A few days later, swung by the Bloomington location and found the one! Got a brand new bike at a competitive price, a year of free service, flexibility with picking up the bike, then Jonny surprised us with Twins tickets??? Couldn’t be happier, so impressed with the customer service and my new bike!

Jon and Joel are so helpful, easy to work with, and really helped my friend and I in a bind. They gave us such grace after we had a hectic few days! Prices are extremely reasonable, and Jon made sure my bike was boxed to ship very securely. I heard they build custom wheels too!

was looking for a small local bike shop to purchase my next bike from. I am so happy I went with Jonny Rock Bikes. The day I stopped by Jonny himself was working at the store. As soon as I stepped foot into the store Jonny was their to help me decide on a bike. He took the time to listen to what type of a rider I was, and then offered recommendations for what would work best. Within 10 minutes I was able to test ride the recommended bikes in the parking lot to see how I liked them. The knowledge was second to none, and felt that I learned a lot about bikes that day. Even heading home with my new bike I felt I made the right decision. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a bike new & used bike, or on a budget to definitely check out Jonny Rock Bikes.

They have a wide variety of used and new bikes and I would urge anyone looking for a bike to consider this shop. Not all the inventory is online so you should visit in person. I will use this business in the future.

Purchased my bike from another LBS a couple years ago. They seemed annoyed I existed every time I went in, and even refused to fix a bad tune after it wouldn't shift and barely stopped after getting a spring 'tune up'. Took my bike into Jonny's and it rides better than it did new. Plus they had it fixed up and out the door in less than half the time other LBS's were quoting me. Great place with great people.

I was so happy that I could support both an acquaintance and local small business owner. I was making the transition from triathlon to mountain bike and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I also think it’s awesome that they all upcycle old bikes. If you’re looking for a bike or even just advice, definitely check them out!
