If you need bike parts, they got it organized for easy picking. The staff are very helpful. Gently used bike gear, some of it new. Clean out your garage! They also take bikes that you don't use.

Such a great place! I've purchased two bikes here over the years and both totally unique and assembled with care. Today, they helped me find a bike that fit my needs and, when I noticed the handlebars move on the test ride, they took the time to fix the issue and installed a rack for me in the process. And it was so affordable! This place is the best.

This place is so great! As someone who is just getting into biking Ive had experiences of being talked down too or otherwise treated like I dont belong at other shops Ive gone too. I was really dreading replacing my tire for this reason. I am so glad I chose to try this place! They were knowledgeable without being condescending, and friendly without being fake. They helped me get what i needed at the cheapest price. I will definitely be back.

Great service and a good selection of used bikes all for a good cause. They use the proceeds to feed homeless children whom they train with repair skills. I have donated a couple of bikes as well as taking my bikes for service here. The workers are dedicated, sincere and friendly. They are finished on time and do good work. You get people who are interested in people and not just in selling you something or making money. They won't sell you something you don't need just to make a buck. That is worth a lot of me.

Good, helpful, friendly, and respectful employees. Its local. Decent prices on new merchandise. Good prices on used bikes. And your money goes to a good cause: helping people break the cycle of homelessness, with providing employment and job skills for future employment. What's not to like? Five stars.

This is not the shop to get every little brand new bike gadget, but that's not the point. You can get a repair done cheaply ($20 cheaper for one repair for me), support an Non-Profit, and have easy access to with the bike lanes and pretty low traffic on Chicago. The service is great, and the mission is better. I also like that they have things like shoes that are used, and therefore don't get put into the trash.

Full Cycle is a wonderful non-profit bike shop. I get my bike serviced and I have purchased another bike from the shop. I love the energy in there. I also love how they serve the homeless youth community. Keep up the good work!

Loved this shop. Bikes are reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. Not to mention that they are a no profit with an amazing program! Definitely check them out for amazing used bikes!

Amazing little gem. I had no idea this existed, and I feel like a total SCRUB that it took this long! Friendly staff, and awesome environment! They helped me out extremely fast, and got me what I needed cheaper than anywhere else in the twin cities or POSSIBLY IN THE WORLD BUT HOW SHOULD I KNOW DO I LOOK LIKE A MIGRATORY BIRD OR SOMETHING EEH?
