Stopped in Freewheel in Eagan a couple weeks ago to grab some gear before heading to the North Shore to do some biking. Had excellent help picking some things out. Upon returning from my trip I was having issues with my rear cassette and still had a week left of vacation. Stopped in to see if they could take a quick look at it to see what the problem was. Within 15 minutes they had the issue resolved and my bike was working great! I appreciate not having to wait three or four days to get my bike back! Excellent service. Clean shop with great gear. Thank you! I will be returning

Wonderful experience. Tyson and Jason were so friendly and helped me get my son’s bike serviced, boxed and shipped. They were friendly and excellent at communicating with me. There may have been others. Everyone at the store is great. Recommend highly.

Very impressive! These people go above and beyond. They definitely know their bicycles and how to repair them. I went in for a simple flat tire and could not believe how helpful the staff was… we were able to make some other adjustments and now I feel safe and ready to get out on the road again

He spent a long time with us chatting about cycling basics and helped me find a bike that met my needs. I purchased an E-Bike for my girlfriend at this location. From my initial visit when I ordered the bike to my final visit when I picked it up, I was kept in the loop and the communication was great! All of the staff (sales and service) was very knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to explain all the features and get her bike setup just in time for her birthday.
