When I posted this, there were 286 reviews with a total score of 4.8! They really are THAT good. OMG, What great service. I called about tubes for my 20+ year old bike. Within seconds, they said, Yep, we've got those tubes. I brought in my bike to have them replace the tubes and they suggested that my original tires (Yes 20+ years old) should be replaced if they were going to warranty the tubes. That was a reasonable request and I'd been thinking of getting a different style tire for years anyhow. They asked some questions and we put on some more road friendly tires. Their prices were very good and they did my service very quickly as well. I got lucky and they weren't too busy. This has to be the friendliest bike shop I've ever been in. Everyone was very pleasant and more than helpful with any questions.Their inventory was fantastic too, that includes accessories as well as bikes. Do yourself a favor and get your bike/accessories/service here and make your life easier. Thanks guys!

I purchased my Specialized Turbo Como over the phone and the shop held it for about 6 weeks until my brother could pick it up for me. Chuck was very helpful and made sure the bike was ready with the extras I had ordered. Excellent customer service!

There was a wide selection to browse through. From gear to wheels, there didn't seem to be a whole lot missing. I was surprised when I saw they had unicycles, longboards, skate boards, and Rollerblades. I was very pleased talking with Luke. I didn't know a lot of the new technology and he was able to explain it to me very well. He even helped me out with showing me bike routes around the area.

Just got done with my experience at easy Riders. Speechless, Greg the sales manager was the person that took care of me. Compared to my purchase at my local Trek shop this was a much more enjoyable experience. Before I got home to St Cloud from Brainerd, Greg had already registered my bike with Trek and had emailed me a copy of my invoice. I will from now on be making the trip to Brainerd from Saint Cloud four more knowledgeable sales people.

Stopped in for some accessories for my Trek on the way to our Cabin and boy was I surprised by the selection of accessories and bikes. The service was helpful in getting what I was looking for. I left much more prepared for the task. Finally, it was personal, you could really tell that Brian (who helped me) cared about what happens next with your build. My fiancé and I just bought two E-Bikes at Easy Riders Bicycle & Sport. We love our bikes. We haven’t been on them much yet, as it’s too cold, so I can’t say how well they will hold up just yet. But, I’m completely convinced that if we have any problems whatsoever, Brian and Mark will take care of the problem. Both Brian and Mark really know their stuff. Anything you want to know about a bike, THEY KNOW IT! They took so much time with us, even though their shop was very busy. Fair pricing too. Very fair! I just can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend them. I’m so glad we found them. Professional, yet very up to date with their products and knowledge like any of the franchise places, and you get the personal service.

Busy place! I have purchased from here before and was happy with my experience so this was the first place to go when I decided to get a new bike that was "more age appropriate". I was a little disappointed in the man who helped me as he did not make eye contact and was acting like I was bothering him and he should be doing something else. But in the end, I have a new bike waiting to be put together for me to pick up. Looking forward to some more comfortable bike rides soon.

I own an electric bike and was touring in Minnesota when the electric assist motor stopped working properly. I had purchased the bike in Washington, DC, so we were far from the shop where I purchased the bike. I contacted Bosch (the motor manufacturer) and they directed me a number of local shops for assistance. I called several who where less than fully equipped to help me get my bike back on the road expeditiously. When I call Easy Riders Bicycle & Sport Shop, I spoke with Brian Moon, who assured me he could help. My husband and I made our way to Easy Riders Bicycle & Sport Shop the next morning and met with Brian, who immediately began working to diagnose the problem and deal with Bosch warranty issues. Dealing with a major company, like Bosch, can sometimes be a slow and painful process, but Brian was able to work with his points of contact to resolve the issues quickly and get the replacement parts sent overnight express deliver and repaired the following day. My husband and I were very impressed with the service and customer care we were provided every step of the way. If you need bicycle maintenance of any kind - take your bike here. If you need a new bike, you cannot find a better bike shop. This would be my bike shop if I lived anywhere close. Brian Moon and his staff will treat you like family. They will take care of you.

All the staff were so helpful & knowledgeable. They were overwhelmingly busy, but kept making their rounds to every customer & answering questions. I honestly did not think I was going to find a bike in my size, but they had 4 in stock. I was offered that if I found a bike I liked, but preferred a different color, they would order one for me. I DID find a bike I fell in love with, found the accessories I needed & am looking forward to supporting a local business with future purchases. He looked up items that weren’t part of store stock to see if they could be ordered in, and showed me the options available in store. We drove almost 2 hours because they had what we wanted in stock. We called around the state - some never returned calls, others were a bit short with us. But, these guys were very helpful and informative. Service was great! We showed up late in the day just before a holiday weekend to check out the inventory. We wanted 2 - but they only had 1 of what we wanted. With a National Bike Shortage going on, they showed us some options but were not pushing a sale. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find a 2nd bike with an unrelated bike shop. We tried to hustle so they could get home, but they took their time with us to give us great service and take care of all of our needs. We bought some accessories and were able to purchase a 2nd bike from someone else. I highly recommend this bike shop! 5 stars - they'd get 6 if i could!

Easy Riders in Brainerd is really a great bike shop. They carry just about everything bike related and have a great selection of gear from medium to high end. The people that work there are super helpful and really into bikes! They know the products they sell very well. I purchased a Trek Farley EX 8 at Easy Riders and the bike is just flat out awesome. It is truly a 4 season bike. I traveled two hours to their shop to test ride the bike before I bought it. Before I arrived they had taken the the time to set the bike up for my height and weight. They were super helpful in describing all the features and settings for the bike. I returned for a 30 day check up and they went through the bike thoroughly. I really wish I had a bike shop this good in my town. If you are considering a Trek, you owe it to yourself to visit their shop. I can't say enough about what a great shop it is.

Great attention to my questions and concerns. Very busy store but the staff went out of their way to make time for us and did not pressure us to buy at all. We bought two bikes and gear from Brian, the Shop's owner. The staff put everything together for us in record time. Brian trained us on the use of electric bikes. We have been riding now for several days. We have new knees and WOW does the bike help us up steep hills! Can go sooooo much further now. Thanks to the whole crew!!

Oh my haven’t ridden a bike in 30+ years - The Knowledge service demonstrated by Luke & Bryan was awesome. Easy Riders sales people are so far above the competition. We had multiple people help us because the place was really busy and no one missed a beat - they cared that we were happy and getting what we wanted. Wow, these people really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, when you need it for the best match and ride. Service was fantastic. Kind of the old fashion service that I have been missing. Luke was great from the minute I walked into the shop with my old bike and was more than willing to help make the repairs right and make a few suggestions about other options, eg a new, safer bike for me. Store had lots of products on hand (bicycles, accessories) for me to look at and try out. In addition, Luke spent probably over 2 hours with me on a Friday morning, going over old bikes I brought it to see if they're salvageable, and when I opted for a new bike instead- he pulled a few off the racks for me to try, after sizing me for the frame. I loved being able to actually try a few different styles, try them out around the block and see the difference in biking when Luke made adjustments to the seat height. I also liked talking to Luke and telling him what I want out of a bike, and even though I fell a little bit in love with a bike that was too big for me, he managed to find something in the catalog that would actually fit me & didn't try to push the too-big bike on me (even though it was beautiful and a great deal). He really outlined all the functions of the different bikes and let me make all the decisions in the buying process, while giving me high-quality information on what each bike is best for, or pros and cons. He also talked me through having an emergency bike kit with some basic repair tools, and different styles of pedals (since the bike I ordered didn't come with pedals). Overall, I feel like I know a lot more about bikes now, and honestly I'm just excited to try biking again after a few years, and hopefully have a good time. Maybe if I really love it, I might even go for a tiny triathlon? Who knows! I can't wait for my new bike to come in so I can come in for my fitting and see it all put together!

I stopped in one night to look at a seat for my wife's exercise bike just to check out options and a young man named Luke greeted me as i walked in, asked if there was anything he could help with and I told him our seat needs. Within minutes he says I have a couple good options for you and went to get them, he returned with 3 options and gave honest pro and cons to each individual seat. He was so easy to talk to and smiled the whole time and very knowledgeable, I walked out with seat in hand and was confident with my purchase! I have bought a bike and a cross country ski package from here. Both interactions with this shop were average in experience. The quality of the products sold is excellent, which means that the prices are a bit higher. This shop is not trying to compete with Walmart. I found the sales staff to be pleasant.They are knowledgeable about the product they sell and can answer questions. Just be aware that they will try steer you towards the more expensive items in the shop. Come in with a budget and stick to it. I had to say no many times to up-selling. If you don't like this sales tactic, shop elsewhere. Overall, easy riders meets my expectations. If I didn't live in Brainerd, I would probably not come out of my way to shop here.

We've bought 3 bikes (2 Trek Mtn bikes and 1 Redline BMX) from them in the past 8 months, thankfully we are treated well when we go there, which is frequently. We mainly only deal with the manager and a couple of the other younger sales guys who've been great. I've had 2 of the bikes in for the routine servicing and also for repairs. I'm concerned that I'm already having issues with these expensive Trek bikes when they are only a couple months old. They were charging me for some of the services but most of it was overturned and included as warranty work, thankfully. I had a few "concerns" with a couple of the "staff" initially but since going in so often I the past year, those issues have resolved for the most part. I only avoid 1 person there, if possible lol. Prices are basically straight across the board for the Trek bikes no matter where you buy them but it's the accessories that are priced a bit high in my opinion. Or maybe if you're buying multiple items, that a more significant discount could be given. I take EVERYTHING into consideration when giving stars so I really want to do 5 stars but due to the issues with the new bikes, initial staff concerns and the pricing/discounts, I would normally go with 4 stars BUT... ONLY because of the 4 different guys that have been helping my son and I every time we're in there.... Am i giving them 5 stars... I'd list their names but don't want to get one of them wrong!
