I cant say enough about TS! I came in with an old bike frame I wanted to convert to a single speed and no knowledge about bikes. They were patient and did great work. I love my bike. Everyone here is super cool and helpful. I’ve never felt better about going into a business and knowing I’ll be well taken care of. Like I said, everyone I spoke to was awesome but S/o to Al, Brett, and Aton for helping me along this journey. 🪨⭐️s.

Customer service is excellent. Wide selection of parts and accesories. They sell bikes too, but I wasn't looking for one. Took my wife's bike in for some adjustments, they worked quickly, and with attention to detail. I have found my LBS.

Got a great used Trek bike for my college aged son. The bike, lock and installed front rack cost me less than $350. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This is a great local place and way to support the neighborhood!

Honest, helpful, and very supportive when they know your budget is tight! At least a few other bikeshops I've been to on the East side unfortunately do not share this mentality. Been there again recently. Great place. Super helpful.

I really love this place. I've taken the same bike there over the last 6 years, and they've always done a great job. I really appreciate the time they take to go over my bike with me to discuss what they think should be done. They aren't pushy about parts or things you don't need. I have also always been pleasantly surprised with how economical their prices are.

They were very knowledgeable and eager to discuss the possibilities of what could be done with my old fart of a bike. Reasonable pricing too. It feels good to support a local, small time bike shop!! Can't say enough about these guys. They knew their stuff and they're honest. I'll never take my bike or buy another from anyone else. Wheel & Sprocket said to junk my bike with an estimate of $300 to repair. Truly Spoken did it for $175 an change.

Awesome bike shop with a great selection of new and used bikes, and a great service department. Good selection of tools for DIY'ers. Had a project bike that I needed lots of little parts for, and every time they would drop what they were doing and take the time to find what I needed, even if it was a $0.50 part. Great local shop, highly recommended!

Independent bike shops offer so much more then big box locations , here you will find local friendly staff with good knowledge on bikes and equipment. I have taken my bike for repair and just a summer tune up , they have a nice selection of spare parts and custom work as well. Support your local business by stopping in and buying a second hand bike

I've been through a lot of frustration trying to find a bicycle helmet that fits my unusually large head online. I finally decided to try going to a bike shop, and checked out Truly Spoken Cycles. I am so glad that I did. The staff member that helped me out was very friendly and helpful. I'm grateful that places like this are still an option.

Knowledgeable/helpful/friendly/cycling staff. Nice selection of used bikes. I found a bike I once dreamed of .... actually dreamed of twice. The price was reasonable and upgrading it was quick and with a 20% discount on parts very affordable. You can trust the staff will bend over backwards to see you are pleased with your purchase.

I live in RiverWest and always make sure to support Truly Spoken. The people working there are extremely helpful and always know what they are doing. I've never had a problem with any of the work that they've done on my bike. I was in an out in just a few minutes today with a flat tire; I was helped immediately upon entering the shop today.
