The staff was great prices were fair got to test drive the bikes They were patient And accommodating. I was looking for a bike close to where I live so I won’t have to drive and I can ride the bike back home. Put my trust in them after I talked to them for a few minutes and I got a real good vibe. They set me up there was no BS. They sell you what you want and they help the customer discover what they want. Some really cool people working there. They stayed later for me…after hours. They take care of you. AKA THEY KNOW BIKES!

I started going here out of convenience as long as I can remember, but wanted to give them a Google shout-out for good service! I have bought bikes from them and they have serviced my bikes. They are knowledgeable and I know it's partially psychological, but I feel faster after they've worked on my bike(s).

I bought a brand new bicycle here on 4/28/20. The staff was so courteous, smart, and made me feel really comfortable. I worked with Drew. Even in the times of the pandemic, they were very customer service oriented. They brought the bikes to the customer on the curb, allowed me to test drive the bike, gave me comparisons based on my budget and height, and I feel like I made a great decision. They also installed the water bottle holder, kick stand, and helped me with my "old bike" that I brought up to initially get tuned. Not only were they customer service oriented, they were SAFE. They sanitized everything in between customers, and they only allowed their workers in the store. They engaged people 6 feet apart, and for this alone I would recommend them anytime. Plus I searched my bike online to compare prices, and they were right at Fair Market Value. Very impressed with this squad. THANKS DREW!

I can’t speak highly enough about On Your Left Cycles and their customer service. Derek went above and beyond to make sure I got the bike I was looking for. I live a couple hours away from the shop and was going to be driving through but after store hours. He not only kept in contact with me he met me at the store and allowed me to purchase the Scott Spark. Now I would e expected him to be in a rush since it was after hours and he had dinner plans, however to my surprise he went o eat the bike in depth with me and even switched the bike to tubeless while I waited. Even though it is a drive for me I will for sure return to this shop for any of my cycling needs.
