We went out of our way to visit E-Rides because they had the Qualisport Dolphin bikes we wanted to try out. From the time we walked in the door until we purchased TWO bikes, it was great. Paul (the owner) was very knowledgeable and definitely made us feel comfortable. Daniel was also in the shop doing some mechanical/restoration work on another bike. We would highly recommend this shop because of their selection and variety of bikes, but also because of the great customer service. We even rode our new bikes from the shop to lunch and back! Thanks!

I was about to buy an electric bike online but then found out I could get the same bike for the same price locally at e-rides in Louisville (the accessories are also competitively priced). As a bonus, it was professionally assembled and tuned. The bike is perfect and they even offer a free tune up at 300 miles. It was a big decision to buy the bike and I was not rushed or pressured in any way. I researched e-bikes for 6 months before deciding on an Aventon bike and glad I did. It's run for 100 miles so far, flawlessly.

Amazing service and the bikes rock! First, after spending a lot of time researching, there aren't many other bikes out there with this level of quality for the price point. My wife and I just bought two-Level 2 commuter bikes and they are amazing. Second, you can't beat the service, dedication, and top-notch customer service you will get from working with E-Rides. Paul (the owner) and Daniel were both outstanding and did a great job building and tuning the bikes, as well as educating me on the finer points. I HIGHLY recommend you buy your bikes with them, rather than directly from the web site. Fantastic experience! I have been wanting an electric bike for a while but I had a lot of questions! This shop has totally been great about answering my questions! I just bought the Dolphin (foldable) bike. It has changed my life! This bike folds up to fit into my back seat so I can take it anywhere. It’s light weight so I can easily carry it upstairs to my second floor apartment. I have spent the last two weeks since owning it riding everywhere in Louisville! Best part-not having to find a parking spot in the Highlands! The owner has been really great when I call with questions and he even installed my pedals and mirror for me. I am VERY pleased. BEST money spent in a long time!

We rented 2 ebikes for a Saturday ride in the 'Ville. Paul (store owner) is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us a good intro to the bikes. The ride was awesome, and the bikes were incredibly fun. We made it to the Waterfront (about 13 miles) and I picked up a tack in my rear tire!!!! Paul sent out a new bike while we ate lunch and we were on our way again. Five Stars for customer service! We will buy from E-Rides when the time comes.

I have been waiting for some time to find the right commuter city bike at the right price here in Louisville so that I could have the bike serviced. Today I found it at E-Rides on Bardstown Road. The staff was very helpful and answered my many questions. After riding a few bikes I chose the Aventon Level. It suits my needs very well. Got it home and took a spin. We bought my husband’s Aventon Pace 500 step-through E-bike on line. Took us several hours to put it together. He loves it. Our concern was where could we take this E-bike for repairs when needed. I “googled” weekly for a local shop when Paul’s E-Rides appeared. We visited that weekend. Paul is super nice, and very informative. I ordered my Aventon through him. A little less than 2 weeks, it was here and ready for pick up! Paul put on headlights, tail lights, and a mirror for me. So glad to have found him. I have been very interested in the e-bike concept for quite some time but I have not found a venue to satisfy my needs until now. Paul Ralph was most accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to my inquiries concerning said topic. Bottom line... Got an Aventon Aventure ebike from online. It came with a bad rotor and took it to Paul at ERide. He had it done in a matter on hours and since Aventon had recommended I take it to a local bike shop , I got reimbursed for the repair . Highly recommend, will keep taking it there for service. Love the Aventure, I believe you can them them at his shop.
