Shock IndustryGrabbed this beauty as a gift for my better half. Bike is perfect, price was great. That didn't have what we wanted in their inventory and promptly found it, built it and customized it.
Customer service was above and beyond, friendly, accommodating. Good enough I just wanted to hangout. Everything you ask for and more.
Shop has a great vibe, with everything from vintage to eBikes. With nice display pieces add to the experience.

I bought a bike from them during Covid, they have been exceptional in servicing it, they are always helpful with information and guidance.
I’m looking to buy another bike, a mountain bike, and as I was picking up my road bike that they were servicing, Will was happy to provide plenty of information on the Giant brand. He quickly did some research based on what I was looking for, had some personal reflection and guidance, and made a recommendation for a bike that he thinks will be a good fit.
