Grabbed this beauty as a gift for my better half. Bike is perfect, price was great. That didn't have what we wanted in their inventory and promptly found it, built it and customized it. Customer service was above and beyond, friendly, accommodating. Good enough I just wanted to hangout. Everything you ask for and more. Shop has a great vibe, with everything from vintage to eBikes. With nice display pieces add to the experience. Definitely gained a customer. Thank you!

I’ve been doing business with the vault since I came to Vegas, couldn’t be more pleased with their service! I bought a bike from them during Covid, they have been exceptional in servicing it, they are always helpful with information and guidance. I’m looking to buy another bike, a mountain bike, and as I was picking up my road bike that they were servicing, Will was happy to provide plenty of information on the Giant brand. He quickly did some research based on what I was looking for, had some personal reflection and guidance, and made a recommendation for a bike that he thinks will be a good fit. Thanks much to these guys, they’re a great business to work with!!

Great bike shop! Good part selection and good prices on service. They are really far from my home but it's absolutely worth the drive to purchase bike related parts! They also do a lot for the BMX community!

I have been to the Vault several times, and everyone in the shop is extremely helpful, as well as knowledgeable of what I’m looking for! Mike is an amazing business owner as he really goes out of his way for customers. I believe you treat people how you want to be treated well, The Vault does just that!
