Red-eye Rental - I was in Las Vegas for two quick days for work. Finished around noon and had a red-eye flight that night. Wasn't sure what to do but stopped by Las Vegas Cyclery and had an absolutely amazing experience. They had a wide range of mountain bikes to rent at reasonable prices. They had great recommendations for trails. I rented a bike for a four hour ride in some of the most beautiful desert landscape less than a mile from their shop. Came back and THEY HAD A SHOWER AND TOWELS to clean up before my flight. All included with the cost of the rental. They even had some free stickers. This is why you support local bike shops. Not only a better experience and cheaper prices but you enable them to continue growing the local bike community and maintaining trails. Thanks LVC for enabling me to experience the best part of Las Vegas, it's outdoors.

Perfect solution to ride while in Vegas. The shop has tons of rentals and sizes and they are all perfect for the riding in the area. The shop is located a mile from the trailhead so you can ride protected sidewalk the whole way. Some really great trails without needing a car. Plus they have a shower you can use when you get back if you need. Super nice and super helpful.

I can’t figure out how to do a real review but Las Vegas Cyclery hooked me up! They took my rough measurements and clips and seat and got me as close as they could. They have nice bikes that gear well enough for their hills as well. They send you off with a flat out and pump and helmet too. Thanks Las Vegas Cyclery! Good job. I’ll be renting again closer to summer 🙂. I’ll put this on Yelp too later.

I’ve bought two bikes from the store and a few accessories. Every time I have gone in I have had stellar customer service. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help you out whether you are a beginner or a more advanced rider. Their service department is equally as great. They’ve always been able to service my bike and get it back to me the same day. In my opinion the best bike shop in Nevada!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Daniel helped my boyfriend and I decide on my new bike. He answered every question and brought down multiple bikes to make sure I was comfortable with the right one. His team members were also very helpful. We also brought a bike in for a tune up. Great price and fast turn around.

Had a great shopping experience at this store the associate was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about all the bikes and products in the store. The associate took extra time to show us a variety of different options let us test the bikes before purchase and never attempted to sell us anything more than what we were looking for. The bike we purchased was not assembled yet so they assembled it for us the same day and installed the extra options that we purchased. And last when I inquired about delivery of the bike we purchased due to the fact that our work schedule conflicted with the stores operating hours the associate offered to deliver the bike to my home using his personal vehicle on his personal time after store closing. Now that is what I call excellent customer service and not only will I give this store all of my future business but I will recommend this store whenever I have the opportunity.

This place rocks! They have great selection despite any supply chain issues and have very knowledgeable staff. Shawn helped me and it was awesome. Most bike shops I’ve been to in Utah and Nevada focus much more on mountain bikes and don’t have good road bike inventory or staff that know as much about road cycling. Las Vegas Cyclery has plenty for everyone. It’s also a very eco friendly establishment.

Had a great experience. I run Cirque Mechanics, a circus company here in town and we are building a new theatrical circus show featuring a group bicycle act. The bike we are using was given to us a few years ago by some Chinese acrobat friends. While the store is chock full of the most high tech gear on the planet the team was super patient and genuinely interested in helping me find a solution for the hard to find parts on this relic of a bike. This thing has some serious issues but Hayden got our bike back up and running and ready for our rehearsal tomorrow, THANKS !!!!!!!

There is a competitor to this bike show closer to my house. I checked it out and wondered around the shop for 10 minutes and tried to get an employee’s attention. No luck. So I drove a bit south to LV Cyclery. Immediately the store reminded me of my favorite shop near Santa Cruz(near home town) I was greeted within seconds of entering the door. 10 minutes later I drove home with new helmet and the needed gear. This was a year ago.., Yesterday I went by to investigate a modification to my bike. Erik recommended a solution that worked perfectly and was not expensive. He knew his stuff, knew his inventory and figured out a solution for my needs in seconds. Once again, I was in and out of the door in 10 minutes. The definition of service. This is the only place I shop. Nicely done!!

The service crew was super attentive and helped me out right away. I busted my wheel pretty bad, and in 10 minutes they got my rim straightened out and set me up with all the gear i needed to get back on the trails. Everything was super organized, well stocked and organized. Best shop in Vegas.

As someone new and getting into the hobby of cycling and mountain biking, I pondered into this store after reading some reviews. I had rented some eMTB’s from trek, checked out pro Cyclery and when I went into this store a gentleman named Kevin approached me and basically talked me through different spec levels and components. He didn’t even try to sell me a bike, he just offered his knowledge and let me know a couple bikes I was interested in they had in their rental fleet. Fast forward another month and a couple rentals later, two other employees a different Kevin and Steve helped fit me for a custom order bike. They built the bike to my specs, gave me a solid orientation on maintenance, and made sure I just had the essentials. I never felt any pressure to buy and I had a million questions that they were all happy to answer. I will happily take my bike here for maintenance and will refer anyone interested in bikes or rentals to this place!

I just got into mountain biking… I live down the street from LV cyclery. These guys are very nice and friendly, good knowledgeable staff ready to help in anyway they can. Lots of nice gear, tools and upgrade parts in stock. Price point is very close to online competitors so I still do my shopping there. Very clean and green earth hugging building for sustainability which is a huge plus. This is my go to bike shop. If they don’t have it they can order it. Treat yourself today and swing by at the plethora of bikes they have in stock!

I rented a Specialized Roubaix here during a vacation and rode up Mt. Charleston. The folks at Las Vegas Cyclery were super friendly, accommodating and professional, and handled my unreasonable last minute bike rental change requests due to changing weather. I had an excellent experience and will definitely rent from them again in the future. Note: someone in the reviews below said that they were not aware of the credit card hold. I booked this bike through the website and the notice was very clear. In addition, this seems like standard operating procedure for any sort of bike rental I've done across the country, since there needs to be some way to prevent people from just renting and stealing bikes. Be sure to check out their massive innertube rubber ball outside. The shop also looks beautiful and they stock a lot of items and bikes! I will be back in the future!

I had my new bicycle (Specialized SL7 Pro) assembled at Las Vegas Cyclery last week. I dropped it off on a Sunday and it was done the next day. The service was Excellent. Jason, the service technician Manager was Awesome 👏! He was very helpful on setting me up the AXS app so I can connect it to me my bike SRAM components. Great place with excellent service. I stopped in to look at a few ebikes. I was greeted by Kevin, he showed me around and we discussed the different types. They had an awesome turbo Vado SL, he set me up for a test ride and I was sold. Finding your perfect bike is one thing, finding a excellent LBS is a whole other level. I called LVC this morning and spoke with Shawn in the service department. I explained to Shawn that I lost my front brakes and had an event the very next morning and if he could at least look at my bike I’d greatly appreciate it. He told me to bring my bike in, but I was not expecting anything to get fixed that day. Within minutes of arriving my bike was on the stand and Shawn was evaluating the issue. In less then 1 hour my front brakes were bled and front and back brake pads were replaced. I was elated to say the least. Oh and I forgot to mention, all but one bike stand had bikes on them, including Shawn’s, and all the mechanics were busy working. Shawn stopped what he was doing to address and fix the issue with my bike. Shawn, thank you doesn’t come close to expressing how appreciative I was. LVC is a great bike retail and repair facility but Shawn’s customer service has earned LVC a customer for life.

I always saw that exotic windmill from the road, so ..when we wanted to rent bikes we just went there. We had a technical difficulty with the bike, but they were so super good about it we both got new shoes there,..and new tires for my old Giant. A solid 5 stars for this cool bike shop, plus it's only a minute away from the "summerlin" bike trail we use all the time.

Las Vegas Cyclery always goes out of their way to help you find the right bike for you. A year and a half ago I moved to Oregon and needed a gravel bike. Shopping around locally I couldn’t get any help. I contacted Steve, Kevin and Jason who all were very generous with their opinions of the bikes I was considering. As soon as the models that I wanted to try out were available, they contacted me so I could travel the 13-hour drive to test ride them. They made sure the bikes were adjusted to my size and even switched seat posts out to show how that contributed to the ride. My friend recommended this place. I came in for a broken chain repair. They recommended a replacement since the chain can't be repaired. Prices were reasonable for both the part and installation. Store was not crowded even on a Saturday morning. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Store has both sales and service.

We've been to the service department here quite a few times. My husband is always trying to get me to go somewhere else with a discount coupon. The service guys are honest. I don't know the first thing about bikes, except how to ride one. I know they will always be straight with me and they don't take advantage of the fact that I'm clueless. I cannot say enough about Las Vegas Cyclery and especially Kevin Abalos. I do not live in NV, but they were the only bike shop in the West that had the bike I wanted in my size. I called and they allowed me to send my credit card info to them, and they would mail my bike to my local bike shop. Kevin called our bike shop, informed them that my bike was going there and made an appt to have it assembled. The glitch was our credit card company thought the transactions were fraud. Kevin was so patient until we finally got it all straightened out. If I lived in Las Vegas, Las Vegas Cyclery would be our bike shop of choice. Phenomenal service.

I recently bought a Specialized Rockhopper from Las Vegas Cyclery. The staff was helpful, and I left the store with the bike that was right for me, with a fresh setup from the service area before I left. They have a nice selection of tires and accessories, but the tires I wanted were in stock at another shop. After buying them there, I tried to mount one and ran into some trouble, so I brought them to Las Vegas Cyclery. They mounted them while I waited for a reasonable fee. Good service and good shop.

Las Vegas Cyclery is the shop I typically go to for sales and service. Between my Dad and I, we have purchased four different bikes from Las Vegas Cyclery over the last several years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The shop is always clean, well stocked and has plenty of bicycle “eye candy” to stare at whenever I feel the need. Today, I purchased another bike with the assistance of Steve and Kevin. Kevin has been my go-to salesman for all my bike purchases. The bike I purchased today had Shimano components, even though I’m more of a fan of SRAM. I just couldn’t pass up the deal I got on the bike. Steve and Kevin really showed their technical knowledge by advising me on the easiest and most cost effective way to set the bike up exactly the way I want it. As with most of my bikes, this one will be a work in progress. Thank you to the entire Las Vegas Cyclery staff and especially Steve and Kevin for assisting me with this purchase.

I just got into Mountain Biking and needed a new bike chain after buying a used bike. Went in to purchase the chain and I was helped by Bruce. After asking a few questions and despite them being busy with other repairs, he offered to install the chain and adjusting the derailleur, putting a pause to his other repairs. Helped me with the initial adjustment to get me going and made the process smooth. They do a bike fitting that’s included with a new bike purchase, and that includes setting you up on a trainer and watching/measuring your pedal stroke. Rented a mountain bike here. Very helpful staff. Fixed a minor mechanical issue I had with the bike quickly. Excellent trail recommendations. Looked like a huge shop selection-wise. My only issue was with the non-tubeless setup on rental bikes. Had more flats/slow leaks in two days than I've had in the last few years. The bike already had tubeless ready tires and rim tape - wouldn't be too hard to change over.

While or a four day riding trip from WA, I stopped by with what i thought was a derailleur battery issue. It turned out to be a messed up derailleur. They took my bike right in, spent close to an hour diagnosing the issue and downloading firmware, multiple times. Since these types of derailleurs are not stocked, they took one off a boxed new bike and put on mine. They did not even charge for all the time they spent diagnosing. I am back on my riding schedule without missing a beat. WHAT SERVICE!!! Thank You!

I came inro pro cyclery with questions about a tool that cost a coulpe hundred dollars and the mechanic was kind enough to show me a hack to make it myself due to their backed up availability to do service on my bike. Steve (originally from Belgium he told me), was awesome. He hooked me up me with the right bike, fit me for the bike, tuned up the suspension and provided me with amenities such as pump, extra tube and even water. He also gave me great advice on the trail I was going to, and how to get to it. He warned me that the 4hrs was plenty of time to run the trail. I was glad he did because after 2.5 I was spent. Great service and a fun time.

This shop is currently backlogged with many orders, please be patient with them. Irving is a stellar mechanic, your patience will bear fruit. If problems arise, they come thru. Prices are reasonable. The downtown RTC shop has been my go to for bike repairs since 2015. I currently have a frankensteined Mongoose and it's in the best shape ever after 2 visits. Put at least 30 miles on it in past few days and happy as a clam!

This past week I had the opportunity to fly out to Vegas and get away from the New England cold and snow. I researched my trip extensively and part of that research brought me to Las Vegas Cyclery. Part of the allure on paper was the shop's location to several of the trailheads I scoped out for riding. The moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed as I was greeted by several friendly staff members. The next four days I experienced incredible riding. Brian, one of the mechanics/staff member was super cool as he gave me pointers no where to ride and what the riding was like. He was spot on! The other gentlemen, for which I forgot his name, set me up nicely with my Santa Cruz Hightower. It proved to be a perfect bike for the terrain. I never leave feedback on Google, but this store definitely deserves it. I contacted the store last minute because I was on a cross country bike tour when riding through Vegas. My knee had been giving me problems, so I decided to give it a shot and get a proper bike fit. Steve fitted the bike perfectly so that I could continue my ride pain free, and they fixed my derailleur so that the shifters would work better. All of that last minute and with a smile on their face. What a great store, if I lived in the U.S. permanently, I would not hesitate and get a bike there.

I fell in love on my first date with Las Vegas Cyclery. I’ve been coming to Las Vegas for work for four years and never thought about mountain biking options. I had the afternoon off yesterday and researched a number of rental outfits in the city. I ended up renting a mountain bike from Las Vegas Cyclery, with little knowledge on where to go, nor the skill levels of nearby trails. My bike was ready when I got there, it fit perfect, and never launched me over the handlebars. Chris (I think was his name) gave a nice orientation to the bike and how to get to Bears Best trails, a very short and easy ride from the shop. As an old, intermediate rider, I was challenged by the trails, but it was very rideable. It was definitely the most fun I’ve had in Vegas. I’ll definitely rent from them again. If I lived in Las Vegas, it would definitely be my bike shop .

Good price. I rented an electric bike to ride into red rock canyon and did the loop. I rode 45 miles round trip from the bike shop and the battery lasted the whole time. I rented the bike at 10am and they just wanted it back by 6pm. I would do this again.

LVC is one of the more expensive bike stores in Vegas, but it's also the highest quality one I've encountered. It's a specialized store retailer primarily. True to form with other bigger specialized stores I've been to in other areas they have enough staff that they can take the time to get the work done right and their staff are generally very well trained and know what to do and how to advise you. This is a place where I'd go to get a high quality bike fit and quality road cycling gear or competition oriented bikes. But, if you're looking for a cheap entry level thing another store is probably a better place to start. Personally, I'd get an entry level bike somewhere else, but get it fit and serviced here.

My wife is training for the 70 mile Little Red Ride in Logan, Utah in June. She is also a drummer in a Scotish pipe band. We drove to Vegas to attend the Las Vegas Scotish Festival and decided to bring our bikes to get a couple of training rides in while we were here in the warm weather. This morning as we left the front doors of our hotel and approached our car, to our extreme disappointment, we discovered that someone had stolen her back wheel and my front wheel off of our bikes. As tears were streaming down her cheeks, I told her that I would attempt to find some replacements while she was competing at the festival. After striking out at two large local bicycle shops I was starting to lose hope. One of the other shops recommended their competitor Las Vegas Cyclery. I was warmly greeted by Davy. I explained our predicament. Davy went right to work looking for options for us. He found at least 7 options and spent the time needed to educated me on the pros and cons of each choice. After making my selection, Davy went to work rebuilding our bikes. Within an hour I was headed back to my riding buddy of 35 years. Wow, what a great experience! One other thing, I had no idea what was on sale and what was not. There were no "sale" signs on the wheels. He could have easily charged me full price for the wheels and I would have never known that they 25% off. If they're that honest with some out of town'er from Salt Lake City that they may never see again, just think how they must treat there regular customers. BTW, the rest of the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome while I waited for Davy to finish. Friendly staff, great inventory, super clean and organized shop that is open to the show room. You can watch them while they work. My kind of place!

Your bike boxing service was all very good, however the quality of the box we have received was questionable. As far as I am concern we paid $50 for boxing a bike that would come in a box that is not already torn. We had to travel through 3 airports to get back home and a torn box wasn't helping along with stuff like 'Touch and die!!' written on the box when you are doing international travel through some sensitive border checks.

I travel a lot, and one of my favorite parts of travlling is to hit up local bike shops... lemme say this is THE coolest facility.. in addition they had a shower, I had a cup of coffee, and MOST importantlg, I had needed a repair on a front derailleur that I couldnt fix, which rarely happens, and the mechanic dedicated his time to really solve the problem even though its not going to make a million bucks.. this is the best of an alley way garage shop feel and a retail amenity rich experience... glad I came

Perfect bike rental for Red Rock Canyon ride while staying in Vegas! The staff at Las Vegas Cyclery were very helpful. I highly recommend renting an e-Bike from Las Vegas Cyclery if you are a casual or avid mountain biker looking to enjoy the trails at Red Rock Canyon state park. I rode for about 3 hours on the black trail. Since the goal of my ride was to explore Red Rock Canyon and not really for endurance or fitness, using the e-Bike allowed me to enjoy the trail to the fullest extent. It was slightly rainy earlier in the day when I rode, and I literally did not see a single person from the time I started on the access road to the trail until I got back. My tips for having an awesome (dare I say "life changing") ride at Red Rock Canyon: * Learn to mountain bike on your local trails with a normal non e-bike. * When you visit Las Vegas for a work trip, rent an e-Bike for a day from Las Vegas Cyclery. Use an app like Trailforks to see where you're at on the trail. The bike didn't have a phone mount (I forgot to ask about that). Next time, I'll make sure to either bring a mount or try to rent one. Bring your own flat or SPD shoes, and it's good to have some gloves as well.
