I got a spectacular deal (almost half off retail) on a demo that was used at outer bike. He even delivered it to my house! Incredible knowledge and service

Hsiawen HullIt's 2020/2021 and the great bikepocalypse is upon us! Like most shops I know the shortages are hurting their sales and supply, but Rob has been AWESOME. I placed an order with him a few months ago full well knowing he had customers already waiting for bikes, because he wanted to make sure I knew. When the manufacturer openly shared supply chain and shipping problems he made sure to let me know. I've bothered him so many times for updates and he's never been anything but prompt to respond and courteous. This past Weekend, he took delivery of my new Niner and shipped it to me 2 day the VERY next business day.

Bike was received as described. My dad has been riding it for a bit now and loves it! It was a little tricky to setup the dropper post, but Rob helped us remotely and we were able to get the bike rolling. Would buy from Rob again!
