Awesome shop, I came in to rent a bike for Bootleg Canyon. Very friendly folks who are obviously riders themselves.These guys know the terrain and the bike was specced accordingly with coils front/rear and DH casing tires. They set up the suspension and dropper height in minutes and had me ready to ride. The bike performed great on the gnarly DH trails I rode. Pretty much a perfect rental experience and I'll be using them whenever I'm in town.

Great bike shop. Rented a pedal assist mountain bike and rode the Bootlegger Canyon trails from the shop. Kurt set me up on an amazing bike, gave me a map with suggested routes and even offered me a beer for all my hard work at the end of my ride. Awesome experience! Thanks!

These guys are first class! Rented cross bikes to ride from thier shop to Hoover dam on the old railway tunnel trail one day, then came back and rented Enduro mountain bikes to go up bootleg Canyon, biking right from thier well located shop again. They rent high end bikes, not the usual rental stock, renting to ride these top quality bikes is worth it just to try them. The staff took the time to be sure bikes were set up perfectly. Highly recommended for any biking in this area!

I rented a mountain bike from this store in June '17. The entire experience was great! I got to the store before they opened and when the 1st person got there he was super friendly and started prepping a bike for me before their actual store hours to help me beat the heat. Seriously hot day. 120 degrees. Kurt was super helpful guiding me on how to use electrolytes and what trails to ride considering what I was looking for in a ride. It was so hot the only living thing I saw was this coyote in the picture, who only came out bc I spooked him. I was so drained afterward that I forgot my pedals when I left the shop. Dan was super helpful in helping me find those and arranging a way for me to get them back. You guys are great!! Thanks for the customer service.

I was in town for business and decided I needed to do some riding. All Mountain Cyclery was recommended to me by a friend here in New York. I called ahead and made a reservation to hold a bike. I got to the shop early, they started getting the bike ready right away. They installed my pedals and did a great job setting up the bike. I was given advice about the trails. I rode several hours, the bike was awesome. I had an excellent ride, the experience with the shop was top notch. I will defiantly refer the shop to everyone. The only frustration I have is, I didn't ride a second day. Thank you for the experience, I'll be back the next time I'm in town.

They have never ever steered me wrong! Always have what I'm looking for. I recently needed a new saddle for my bike. I went in to buy the most expensive one they had because it had good reviews. Jeff suggested I get a similar one that was less expensive. Boy was he right! probably the most comfortable seats I'd ever had on a bike. Bottom line is, they are the best shop anywhere!

I bought a bike and a pull-along for my son here as well, and they made sure everything was installed and secure before we left. We have also run into some of the staff on the trail and elsewhere and they are extremely friendly.

Best customer service from a bike shop I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, good prices, and fantastic gear. Rented 6 bikes - all were awesome. Each is adjusted to you before the ride and has various after-market parts for a better/safer ride. A friend had his own bike and they adjusted it while there for no cost. No additional labor charge if you purchase parts. I'd willingly drive 3 hrs from Cedar City for their service, bikes, and parts.

The staff here is great; I was looking upgrade to a bike with disc breaks, and they did all they could to find a bike within my range. They carry everything a cyclist needs and at a good price. They also let you come in as often as you need for tune ups within the first 3 months of a new bike purchase as well.

I went to Bootleg Canyon with three friends to ride while we were in Las Vegas for business. The guys at All Mountain were great. Supercool bike shop with classic mount bikes hanging up above the retail space. They fitted us up great and the bikes were all in great working order. Just a really nice locally owned shop. Bootleg is great but the terrain is vicious. We had one in our party wreck and fly over the handlebars. He was pretty beat up and the bike got a lot of scratches. I was riding a new Enduro and the frame got scratched without any crash and I wasn't even aware of it till I brought it back. The terrain at Bootleg Canyon seems to be really hard on bikes and bodies. I would definitely recommend doing two things if you go to bootleg. First, rent from all mountain and get the insurance. They were not thrilled with the scratches and damage but they stood behind the insurance and were very professional. Second wear some armor. It is super technical there and the terrain is jagged. If you fall the consequences are high for both you and your bike. All mountain has some knee pads that they include with the rentals. I would strongly suggest at least wearing those. If you have other armor bring it and wear it. Overall this is a shop that is rider focused and run by friendly people. I would highly recommend them and again, get the bike insurance if you rent.

Clearly a five star bicycle shop. The building in which it is housed is as exceptional as the bikes themselves and the professional and helpful staff. I went there for a flat repair and flat-preventative measures. Excellent service and customer friendly. If they had electric bicycles I would rate them 5+.

We're visiting from Canada and after doing some research decided to ride Bootleg Canyon in Boulder City. AMC is definitely worth the trip if you're looking to get in a pedal while visiting Vegas. Super convenient online booking for rentals with friendly staff eager to point you to great trails to ride. The store had a great selection of gear to choose from and is a Specialized bike dealer. I had a new 2020 carbon Enduro rental and it was by far one of the best bomb proof bikes I've ridden. If you're in the area give these guys a visit.

I have mixed feelings about this place. In one side, they provide the nicest cycling products and give an awesome discount. Some are even pleasant to talk to and welcomes any question. In other times (and completely different sales person), they seem lacking in customer service and very condescending especially when you mention that your bike is not the one they sell or if it's a model that not in the +$1k value. They have serviced my bike and my wife that's I purchased elsewhere (it's not the Walmart cheap version). They did a great job on my bike but fell short on my wife's since they didn't realized the rear hub wasn't in the frame's forkend. When I fixed it, the shifter was off and I had to adjust it myself. As much that I would like to support my local stores and service, they aren't my top pick that I would go to.

I was in the middle of an event today called "hell of the East" , I had been looking forward to this event since I just bought a new gravel bike. As we were about halfway into the ride I sliced my sidewall of my rear tire to the point where I could not complete the ride I was very bummed, then we remembered that all mountain cyclery which wasn't too far might be able to help me out with a new tire. I know how busy bike shops are on the weekend so I didn't know what to expect but as soon as I walked in Jimmy and the rest of the staff scooped up my bike took it back to the shop fixed it wiped it down rang me up gave me a little love on the price and some advice on how to find my friends!!! if I were the owner of the shop I would be very proud of my staff because in my opinion this is exactly what a bike shop is all about ,handling situations and customers in a friendly timely fashion. Thanksto all the guys and all mountain for saving my day!!!

I needed to purchase a bike for my husband’s birthday and looked in the Las Vegas Valley, I live in Boulder City and I have passed All Mountain Cyclery numerous times. Why not and I pulled in and the staff did not try to oversell me, recommended to bring in my husband. Well they LISTEN to my husband and ask questions what he was going to use the bike for and then fitted him the right size of bike also best part recommended him to purchase a helmet. All Mountain Cyclery did not oversell, quality of bike was very good [checked the web] and treated us like were the best customers. Now how do I get him off it and take me to dinner!

First rate service. I needed to have a broken shock repaired and they dealt with the shock manufacturer on my behalf. In order to keep me riding while that repair took place, they equipped my bike with a great loaner shock. Excellent bike shop.

Staff was pretty honest about which paths we should take so we didn't kill ourselves on the second mountain biking experience of our lives. Coolest way to see the Hoover Dam!

All Mountain Cyclery was extremely helpful when me and my 8 year old daughter rented bikes. They were accommodating to my needs for a children’s rental. I could not find any other bike shop in the Las Vegas area that would rent to a child. They gave me helpful information over the phone prior to our trip, including the suggestion to rent the afternoon before and ride during the slightly cooler morning temperatures. They suggested bike routes that my 8 year old would be able to handle, showed me them on a map, and explained in great detail where I should park. They give us all the necessary tools for any on the trail fixes. It was an extremely pleasant experience working with them. I absolutely recommend this store.

If they treat everyone as well as they treated me their rating should by 5.0 and more! After a recent tune-up in a different state (to get ready for an upcoming week-long tour) I had some shifting problems on my road bike and Jimmy, the service manager, went out of his way to get me going again. Two hours before closing he checked for the problem, installed new cables (which the tune-up shop missed) and checked, adjusted and performed other tweaks, going past closing time to finish, charging only for the parts I purchased. I came back the next day with a new problem which ultimately required replacing my chain and cassette. I had bought a chain the day before, but he didn't have the cassette - told me where to buy one and bring it back. I got back a half hour before closing and would be leaving town the next morning. Again Jimmy stayed past closing to install the parts, check and adjust my shifting and declined to charge for more than the parts, even though the cassette had not even come from his store! I highly recommend this store.

From the beginning, it was super easy to rent a bike on their website. I'd strongly recommend buying the insurance which is $10 per day. You will be riding in very rugged desert conditions and anything can happen. The staff was very accommodating in providing recommendations for breakfast (The Coffee Cup). Once fueled up, they took time to setup the suspension on the Specialized Stumpjumper. Most of my friends rented eBikes which is recommended if your fitness is questionable. I'd suggest downloading Trailforks to navigate the system but it's fairly straightforward either way. EDventure

Jeff and all the guys at this shop are awesome. I was in town for a business trip and they were so easy to work with for me to get in an 1.5 hr ride in Bootleg Canyon. I called the day before to get set up with a Specialized FSR Stumpy, and when I got there discovered it had been sold. No problem Jeff had hooked me up with a Santa Cruz - the bike I have been wanting to ride anyway! They gave me great directions to the trailhead, and suggested the best trails to ride for the time I had. If you are looking for bike rental, or better yet purchase, you have to bust All Mtn Cyclery. Great crew, tons of bikes in the shop and these guy are all pure bike lovin' dudes. Wish we had a shop with these guys back in Cary, NC. Thanks again All Mtn Cyclery for a great time and set up!

I just took my two grandkids and their bikes into All Mountain Cyclery for repairs (the bikes not the grandkids). They replaced a tube (with slime), replaced missing bolts. adjusted and tightened everything up on both bikes like new and it costs me only $25.00. They got right on the two bikes and their shop was doing a lot of business while I was there. I will never go anywhere else for my bike needs. This was a great experience!

Had an early morning flat on my road bike at the top of the RMT Bootleg Canyon climb. Upon changing the tube I found my co2 canister was a dud (usually carry two, but had lent one out earlier in the ride). I made my way down to the shop, where, despite being an hour before opening, I was let in to get my tire filled. Excellent, considerate service.

You will most likely run into one of them. They will take you on a fast ride and or try to sell you a new bike. Which they have the best selection of.

They rock. Best place around to get bike race tuned. They do rental with easy access to the Bootleg Canyon MTB trails and have everything from entry level to top end MTBs. All the employees ride so they recommend what they use.

This place is Crazy!!! I came in trying to get a quick night to eat and was forced to purchase a violin! The owner Jeff is a beer buying bully!! I had to say no Thankyou!! I was then wisped away to the #2 bathroom and given a haircut!! Unfortunately the bowl used was a large oatmeal one and my hair is still long!!! My girlfriend was able to try on all sorts of clothes while standing on the front counter. The employees were all very helpful in throwing different outfits for her to try on. I watched enjoying a cup of Koolaid. They have a really cool water cooler for customers! It has Koolaid!!! Not only that but there is a real Koolaid fish swimming inside!! I was assured that he was real and taken very well care of! I agreed seeing as how the lucky guy gets to swim and drink all the yummy Koolaid he wants!! We left with a great feeling and even my 30lb. tortoise Spock was welcomed in. Jeff gave Spock the Oatmeal bowl from my haircut as a new helmet. It fit perfect over his shell!! He's much more confident now on his plus bike with DVO suspension, Industry Nines and spray painted components. However!!! I left very hungry and the Violin tastes awful!!!!! Do NOT EAT HERE!!!! And the Violin lesson was CRAP!!!
