Purchased for my son's birthday. Received bike; however, there was an issue and there is not an option to speak with anyone in customer service. Have to email them and it takes a day for a response that asks more questions. This has been going on for 3 days, multiple emails, and no further along with solving my issue. A simple phone call with a customer service representative would have likely solved my relative minor issue; however, that is not an option. I can't speak of the quality of their product as we haven't been able to use it, but their customer service speaks volumes. **Follow up - customer service did call me and is quickly resolving the issue. Thank you!

Fantastic service! The bike we ordered for my son was a jet block. We notice a couple small scratches on the forks and the front tire tube was no good. I contacted customer service and they were more than ready and willing to help out. They sent out a pair of tubes and some add ons for the bike to make up for the issues with the bike. I would highly recommend them for any of your Bmx bikes or parts.

Good place for a bike not for tools or other things just the bike we've bought a bike its amazing but the tools we bought broke and they the only tools we have to do anything with the bike maintenance and more I can't do

One of the best customer service teams I've experienced in a long time!! I ended up accidentally ordering the wrong size bike for my son and they went above and beyond to help me exchange and ship a new bike just in time for Christmas! Great quality, will definitely buy from them again....

I ordered two inner tubes and some bar ends. Price was great and shipping took a total of 3 days from the time I placed my order. My order shipped the same day I placed it. They have a nice selection and the pricing is right. They have earned my business in the future! Thank you guys and gals. Also, they sent two free sticker packs! Very nice!

I've ordered a complete bike and numerous parts from Source and I love their service. I'm in Nashville, TN so I get my parts in a day or two with UPS. I can't get parts from anywhere else that fast without paying $$$$ for shipping.

Solid shop with great customer service... Have made a couple of purchases from these guys, 1 of them had a small issue and they were on it getting it sorted. Can't say enough about how solid these guys are. Definitely will get all of my business in the future...

These guys are seriously awesome, I've ordered from them about 6 times now and they've always been really good to me. I'm ocd about things and have several times called them after an order has been placed to change my mind or ask questions, and they always are super helpful and friendly. I will be a continued customer for sure!

Good Place to order from for BMX Bike parts. The only downside is that some orders can take 2-3 days to ship, even if the order is for two little parts. Then the next time you order it ships same day. All items show in stock on the website so its hard to figure what your going to get for shipping at times.
