In this location they carry not only upright bikes and e-bikes, plus all the fitness trainers, but also recumbent trikes from different brands and also AZUB recumbents. It is a nice shop with a good selection and they will help you choose the right trike for you.

TOP notch customer service! Ian spent a lot of time with me, patiently listened to my wants, & prepped several bikes for me to test ride. I ended up purchasing what I thought would be my dream bike but after my first ride, I realized that it wasn’t the one. Back to the shop I went and we started the process all over again. No high-pressure sales, just a lot of knowledge sharing, exploration, & test rides. You can’t ask for a better experience or crew to work with. I recently purchased a vintage 26 inch Roadmaster road bike. I was in desperate need of a back tire and couldn't find the right tire anywhere. Come to find out back in the day when that bike was popular there were several size variation of that tire. Then I made a first time call to Scheller's. The staff there were very helpful in helping get the tire I needed. And after the first choice of tire didn't work out, they generously exchanged that first tire with not only the correct tire, but at an even lower price. I can't thank everyone at Scheller's enough. You got me back on the road again. Great job guys. You have made a future repeat customer out of me, for all of my biking needs. You're awesome.

I have owned my recumbent for 12 years. It is the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden. It does not do well on hills. I am 76 years old with one lung. This makes even the slightest hill out of my range. I started looking on line for e-bike conversions and soon found that I needed expert help on a local level. After making calls to several Scheller's in my area, I was directed to Taylor at the Clarksville Store. It did not take long on the phone to realize Taylor was the expert I needed. The kit was ordered. Several days later, Taylor called to say the kit was in. It took one day to do the conversion. Taylor was very enthusiastic about the conversion and e-bikes in general. When I got the bike home, I discovered a sensor had failed. One call to Taylor and the next thing I Knew, Taylor was at my front door with a replacement part. Now that is service!!!! In the past two weeks I have ridden 60 miles. The e-bike has opened up an unlimited range for me. I no longer have to plot limited flat road riding. I can go anywhere without any thought about the terrain. Hello Cherokee Park, it is good to see you again! If anyone has thoughts about converting their bike or buying a new bike, save time and call Taylor. It will be great experience!

I had been talking about and looking at bikes online for a little while. I was coerced into going in on Sunday afternoon to "just look around" (after someone else purchased an FX2.) I was really interested in a dual sport and Keith made it pretty easy to leave with a dual sport 2. I was really impressed with the laid back atmosphere and the employee attitude here, definitely made it much easier to just hand over my money. I would definitely return to and recommend this Scheller's.

I never write reviews but I had to this time, I deal with no one but Scheller's I came in recently to inquire about tubeless tires and to fix my rear tire that had blown. They stopped everything to help me, they put my bike on the rack and fixed my tire to get me riding again until my appointment for new tires. After fixing my tire they told me just pay when you come in for the new tire we put on today who does that? I didn't catch there names I know one of the three was Marcus, Amazing JOB!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Joseph B.

The integrity, the knowledge, their ability to hire dedicated competent people astounds me. I moved back to Indiana from a very bike-friendly Seattle area. Thrilled to find this shop. Inherited a bike from my late father. I haven’t ridden a bike in years and wanted to get this bike checked out. Stopped in and saw Keith. Keith took the time to go over the bike with me. He recommended an Annual Service job, plus put on new tires, brake pads and mounted a bell on the handlebars for me. Keith also adjusted the seat and helped me pick out a helmet. It’s obvious Keith is a knowledgeable pro…plus, his laid back style made this a great experience. Keith also took the time to look up the trade-in value for another bike for me. Would highly recommend Keith to anyone looking for a bike or just needing a bike tuneup!!

We shopped all over looking for an elliptical until we realized Scheller's was particularly in our backyard and you can't beat shopping local! The facility is filled with quality equipment everywhere you look, bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals and more! Keith approached us as we wandered and immediately we were having a conversation (not a sale) discussing what we were looking for, options and whatever questions we had about the equipment. We decided on a True elliptical machine and chose to have it assembled and delivered. The unit arrived less than a week later, (great delivery guys), and we couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Although after my first Cardio 360 my legs felt a little rubbery ;). We will definitely make sure Scheller's is our first stop from now on!

The staff at Scheller's is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I ordered my bike online and drove over an hour to pick it up. When I arrived (15 minutes before closing) I found out the bike needed assembled. The staff was quick to volunteer assembly and stay after hours so I didn't have to drive back. I highly recommend!

It's a nice feeling when you walk through the doors at Scheller's in Clarksville and they call you by name. I appreciate the friendliness I receive from Keith, Ian, Marcus and the crew. The store is a beautiful facility and they have a great selection of bikes, recumbent trikes and exercise equipment. They are also knowledgeable when it comes to service and repair. I also have respect for Scheller's sense of community as they sponsor the bike repair stations throughout the Park Lands.

I normally don't write reviews but I thought this place is worthy of a review from me. I have bought 2 mountain bikes this year, one in late May and the other in November. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is great and all are bike riders as well, this helped me in making my decision on buying the 2 bikes I did . The staff is willing to go out and ride with you after hours just to make sure you like what you bought. Keep up the great work guys.

Even though my first service appointment was missed, Scheller's made up for the mistake with a discount (thank you Paul). I trusted Dave to try and fix my old treadmill because he's in charge of all the units at my workplace, a rehab hospital, and he has been the expert we trust for years. When it couldn't be fixed, Kevin at the Clarksville store was a great help in selecting a new one. Hunter and Martin were Delightful young delivery men - so sweet, plus they problem-solved getting my treadmill in without leaving ruts in my yard! And everyone I spoke to on the phones at various locations were consistently kind. Thank you Scheller's!
