First of all, if you know anything about Florida Cycling (especially in South Florida), you’d have heard of or even know about Mack Cycle and Fitness. So for me to get the opportunity to visit them and purchase a bike I’ve been obsessing over (i.e. nagging my gf about) but that they so happened to get in as a pre-owned trade-in, is beyond words. Sandy and everyone at Mack Cycle and Fitness were amazing to talk to and work with! The bike shop is more than you could ever hope a bike shop to be, from the wall-to-wall complete bikes (the previously-ridden Tour bikes are my favorite), framesets, components, wheelsets, tires, accessories, apparel…you name it, they prolly have it, can get it or can refer you to someone somewhere who can. I definitely can’t wait to be fortunate enough to be able to visit and purchase something else from them, even if they’re 4.5 hours away.

My wife and I came to find more information about bikes. The staff there are amazing! They were very helpful, fitted us to the bikes, allowed us to ride around their parking lot and try out the bikes, xplained everything in detail about the different types of bikes and helmets. They event installed some of the accessories we purchased. Ravenna and Jose helped us with fitting, bike, helmet and accessories selection. Georgia the cashier was very kind and friendly. Mack Cycle is by far one of the best cycling stores in South Florida. Not only are their staff tentative to your needs but knowledgeable. Just getting a sale is not something they go far they truly care about what your needs are and what your pockets can afford. The clothing line which I use as a cyclist is breathable which sometimes is hard and doesn't press against the skin. The shorts doesn't ride up and the padding is the best. I highly recommend them!

I bought my Cannondale SuperSIX EVO at MackCycle 3 months ago. Last week I had to take it for service as the rear wheel axle was not going all the way thru after I took it off to put on trainer. Luis provided excellent service and was able to fix it in no time. He also took the time to explain to me what to do next time I had to take it off and put it back on to prevent issue from happening again. Kudos for expedited and friendly service.

Mack Cycle is the best bicycle store in Miami! I got my Pinarello bike there after a great GURU Bike Fit with the best, Chris!. For any cycling clothing you have to go with Steph! She always has great recommendations and funny but also impressive is that she knew which helmet will fit my head shape. She’s just that great! Anything related to cycling you don’t need to go anywhere else than this great store that is family owned and they provide the best customer service. Everyone there is great and whenever I go there I feel like I’m part of the family :)

i live outside of florida. i placed an online order for a new cannondale mountain bike. the bike arrived promptly but was defective from the factory. i called mack cycle and was immediately emailed a free fedex return label to send the bike back with or without packaging. a refund was issued to the original credit card the same day the bike was received at mack cycle. thanks for the great customer support. i feel comfortable ordering from mack cycle again.

Just wanted to say thanks! I was at the store on Saturday for packet pick up for the triathlon. While I was there, I bought about 10 Gu’s. Well, race morning, I got to the race and realized I forgot to bring not even one GU! I left them all at my hotel room. I went over to the Mack cycle tent and explained my predicament I also had no wallet….long story short, the young lady there said I recognize you from yesterday, you only need one?” She gave me a Gu which was all I needed to get me through the race! My review & rating is for my Guru Bike Fit that I received from Chris Pavon! First off, at the time (end of Nov. 2020) I didn't know a thing about TT Bikes other than I knew I needed one since I am getting into Triathlons. I did my fit with Chris before I bought the bike and so thankful I did. I was able to get the right bike for my size and switched out a couple of parts as need so I can be more successful on the bike! That included a new seat & let me tell you I've had the bike for almost 3 months now and don't own a pair of bib/bike shorts yet / ride with no padding & I feel ZERO pain when I ride (results may very) and it's either because I have buns of steel or Chris is a master in his craft or maybe both! I searched for bike fittings from 3 different bike shops in the area. I felt when I met Chris (before I paid for the fitting) he was very knowledgeable and that the fitting was going to be good. It was great experience overall once I came in to get fit. I also bought my bike at Mack Cycle and everything was squared away with it as needed! For shoes - they were able to order in some Wide shoes for me that are Amazing! It can be very hard to find wide cycling shoes from my experience so glad I was able to get that taken care of too! Felt like a one stop shop!

I first went into Mack at the beginning of the year for a Küat bike rack, little did I know that was just the beginning! After a particularly painful ride on my poorly-fitted Trek, I was recommended to go see Chris for a proper fitting. I had no idea what I was in for! Chris and the entire fitting process was just outstanding. He spent over two hours with me, answered all my random questions (I know very little about bicycle mechanics, parts-but have always been fascinated by bikes and love learning more about them), and masterfully worked through the entire fitting with the calmest and most inviting demeanor. We started out with the intention of retrofitting my current bike but after going through the entire process I realized I really wanted a new bike to take me into triathlon training and beyond! I left with a gorgeous Pinarello and have enjoyed every ride in comfort since. Now all my bike-related needs have been purchased at Mack and I’m met with a wonderful, inviting energy every single time. As a woman who is new to cycling and triathlon-I can’t thank the Mack team enough for creating a welcoming space!

Bikes and bike parts are scarce during Covid times. Mack Cycle and Fitness made it possible for me to buy a snazzy new bike (Cannondale Synapse in almost racing green). Sandy at Mack Cycle worked with me on the process and shipping. My only complaint is that the bike arrived in a different box and therefore didn't include some small parts (fender bridge and hardware). Mack is still working with me on getting them via Cannondale, months later. So nice!

Mack Cycle is a South Florida institution! You'd be hard pressed to find a better, nicer more competent group of cycling aficionados. Mack Cycle has all the appeal of your small town friendly neighborhood bike shop, but with the inventory and sophisticated expertise of people who really know cycling. I purchased a Specialized road bike in December 2019 and a Quintana Roo triathlon bike just a few days ago. I love both of my bikes and I proudly invested my money in support of this A+ local business. Chris Pavon, fitter extraordinaire, is ridiculously talented (and such a nice guy). Don't even think of going anywhere else to shop for a bike or accessories (and I live in Broward)!

If you think you're riding a bike that fits you now, wait until you experience the Guru Bike Fit with Chris! My fit felt ok before, (because I didn't know any different) but woweeeeee...the difference is INCREDIBLE! First ride post Guru Fit, I immediately felt like my bike was an extension of my body. I'd always heard that this is how it's supposed to feel, but not until NOW do I truly get it! I feel I have much more power with less effort. My mph have already increased, and I'm dropping hitchhikers on A1A like hot potatoes! #winning The Guru system lets you experience the changes & adjustments on the spot, as Chris questions and tweaks the whole time. With new parts geared to fit MY body, I feel like I have a whole new, and better bike! Race season is almost here and I am RACE READY! I was riding my bike (purchased at Mack Cycle & Fitness) this morning in Key Biscayne and pinched my front tire around the sea aquarium. Fortunately for me, the Mack Cycle tent was setup for an event within walking distance. I walked over just to borrow a pump so I could maybe ride home or change my own tire. Then the Mack Cycle team welcomed me like I was part of their family, they were super friendly and kind. They even helped me out change my tire and made sure everything was perfect for me to continue my ride. My biggest surprise was that aside from their awesome service, they didn’t charge me a penny for being their customer!!! I am certain that their mentality of serving the community is a big reason of their success for many decades. Last week, I went into Mack Cycle with my wife to look for a bike. Jose Reyes met us at the door and listened to what we wanted in a bike- what kind of rider, riding surface, price point, etc.. From that point on he started teaching us about brands, features and value. Many choices in stock. Fast forward a couple of hours and we bought 2 bikes, perfectly adjusted for our sizes and perfectly suited to our riding. Highly recommend Mack Cycle and ask for Jose.

I am going to Mack Cycle in my last 3 years to get all my biking gear, also they have an amazing mechanics shop, i only thrust mi bikes to Luis, he takes care of them. they have a bike fitting workshop to find the best geometry for your bike in order to get the maximun power output. This amazing bike shop is my go to place when i am looking for bike accesories, nutrition, clothes, tires. The staff is profesional and friendly, they can help you in all your needs, no matter if you are a pro or a begineer. Most of them are bilingual which is really important in florida.

I have bought 2 bikes and a ton of accessories from Mack over the last 15 years. It’s been a while since I go in but they made me feel right at home. I bought my gravel bike elsewhere, so I was concerned I’d get the cold treatment you hear about other LBS’s… but wow was I totally wrong! I had to bring in the bike due to a mishap last night (rear derailleur snapped off). Manny grabbed my bike and took it to the back right away. Turned around to look at some bib shorts and boom! This is the best Bike Shop in South Florida. They gave me really good advices, and I recomend the GURU fit, it is like a medical appointment, they analyze your postures/setup and correct issues. I had the best experience ever buying a bike from Mack Cycle. I purchased it just a couple of days before Christmas and Jenniffer and her Husband made sure I got the bike before Christmas, Christmas Eve actually. The bike was built and delivered and I don't live in Miami. They went above and beyond to say the least. I would also like to add that the conversation I had on the phone in deciding to purchase the bike was everything I needed to know to purchase this relatively expensive bike site unseen. No only does this shop have a great online inventory and good financing options like Affirm, but Sandy went out of her way to help me find a very specific model/color I was looking for. I called them in hopes of purchasing a hard-to-find Specialized flat bar gravel bike that was only available at a few bike shops across the country. Yesterday (16Sep2021), I showed up 5 minutes before closing time , got in Rachel's mug (nicely), and said "Rachel, I need two spacers and a torque wrench." She helped me out as if they had just opened up for the day. Today, I showed up again at 10:05 a.m., probably before her coffee had kicked in, got in Rachel's mug again and asked "Rachel, you got two 160mm discs that ain't doing nothing." Same as yesterday, a smile and a can-do attitude. 3 minutes later, I had two discs that were taken off another bike that someone had upgraded. When I was paying for the discs, I remembered that the bolts on my old wheel were being stubborn, so I asked Rachel to help me out AGAIN. 2 minutes later, I had twelve beautiful bolts. Mack does a lot for cycling in general in our community, and every time I've gone there, they've always treated me great. I'm happy to support them. If anybody reading this has been treated great by Rachel, speak up in the form of a Google review. If enough of us sing Rachel's praises, her Mom will treat her to lunch at a place of Rachel's choosing, money's no object. All joking aside, thanks to Rachel and everyone at Mack, for everything they do for our wonderful sport.

I’ve been road biking for close to 8 years and pretty much spent all my children’s college money there. After traveling the last few years and renting an inferior bike for lots of money, I finally decided to buy a travel case for my upcoming Utah trip. Here’s why I’m writing this review. I bought the case and brought my bike in for a lesson on how to properly pack it. LUIS, the best mechanic there(although you can’t go wrong with whoever services your bike) walked me through the disassembly and packing into the case. He then oversaw me as I rebuilt my bike(since I will eventually be on my own). The whole process took about an hour or so and he provided the service gratis with my case purchase. As stated, I’m a loyal customer of Mack Cycle and they’ve more than returned the loyalty as they always treat me right. Chris and Ricardo and the whole staff are great.

This past summer, my wife completed her first ever half century on a townie and since she intends to do it again next year, I thought I'd buy her a proper bike. So, I went to search for a hybrid bike since she doesn't like dropped bars or road bikes. My google search led me to Mack Cycle's website and a quick phone call got me connected with Noel. We received the Cannondale but much to my chagrin, my wife did not get on well with it so off it went...back to Mack. A few days later, I'm awaiting the shipment of the replacement bike thanks to Noel. Essentially, the whole experience could have been disastrous if it wasn't for Noel's patience and responsiveness. I'm not one who leaves reviews of any kind anywhere – I'm too busy for that but I've taken the time to leave one for Noel and the Mack team because their exemplary customer service needs to be mentioned – give credit where it's due. In this messy world we live in these days, this level of service is rare. Although we live in NJ and Mack is in Miami, they have won us over and earned our business. In some ways, it's a bit sad that my wife and I had to shop for a Cannondale all the way from Miami when our local Cannondale dealer is 2 blocks away. However, I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars at a place with nasty and condescending attitude amongst other things. I understand that no one is perfect and on occasion, a bad day can render people with a bad attitude but regrettably, you can't afford to have a bad day and treat your customers as such when you're running a business. This place has some top-notch service! I'm training for an Ironman and the shifters on my bike went out. The local bike shop couldn't get them in stock and I was looking at replacing the cassette or just buying a new bike, which, with COVID inventory issues seemed like a nightmare. When I saw an XS Giant TCR Advanced on the Mack site I thought it was kismet. Plus, Mack would ship bikes which no one else does. I bought it and immediately sent an email to customer service to ask about expedited shipping since I needed a bike to train on like, yesterday. Roy in customer service texted me back on a Monday even though the store is closed Mondays and let me know that Mack doesn't expedite shipping but that my bike had already been pulled and packed and was ready to go the next day! Wow, that is fast! Plus, he called me the day of to let me know it was shipping and sent the tracking info. And he gave me props on my bike choice and he really knew his stuff. The bike arrived in two days and I was able to have it set up in time for the weekend long ride and never missed a workout! I looked for months for this certain Cannondale Bicycle. I found the Mack Cycle & Fitness had 1 of the last few in the country. I was very nervous about shipping this large purchase across country to Colorado. I placed an on line order on Sunday 3/28. Sandy emailed me Tuesday morning to let me know the bicycle was MIA, she told me they had the unisex version in medium size. A medium is the same as a woman’s large, Sandy sent me pictures her standing over the bike. Being about the same height, I was able to see it would be the right size. What an excellent experience interacting with the professionals at Mack Cycle! I ordered a beautiful Cannondale Synapse Carbon Disc Ultegra Di2 online yesterday afternoon, and within a couple hours, received communication from Sandy at the shop, who asked me when I would like to get the bike, and said the bike should be ready within 24 hours. By the following morning, the bike was ready. Logan assembled the bike with Sandy coordinating with me to see if I needed anything else -- helmet, lights, bottle racks, etc., which I did not need since I was just upgrading my bike, but I appreciate the consideration and high level of customer service. The team showed me how the electronic shifters work and how to charge the Shimano Di2. The bike is stunning and flawless. Care and attention to detail was obvious in the assembly process. Pickup at the store was very fast, smooth, efficient and it was clear Mack Cycle takes customer and employee safety seriously, with controlled access and requiring use of hand sanitizer upon entry to the store. They truly stand out with quality and customer service over other bike shops in the area by far. I highly recommend Mack Cycle to any cyclist!

Georgia is the Bicycle Whisperer! I was recommended to Georgia by two different friends whose children learned how to ride bike with her. Within the first 5 minutes my son was already riding bike independently. We did two 40 minute classes, on the first day they focused on pedaling, balance, and using the hand brake. On day 2 they focused on turning & using the pedal brake. My son is now able to ride independently and confidently. I cannot recommend Georgia enough! The store was closed because of C-19, so we set up a time to pickup the bike. Met with Ricardo in the parking lot. The bike was ready (I ask them to do the tubeless work), he set the seat to my size and install the new pedals that I brought with me. This was a seamless transaction and was worth the 2 hours drive from my house. I definitely will get my next bike there.

I went to the shop where I was given a time slot for a bike fitting on a very busy day. Chris Pavon is the consumate professional. I came in apprehensive as to whether I could be fitted to the bike and if I would be given the "straight story" on the fitting. Note that Mack would not be making a dime off fitting me because the bike belonged to a friend who is selling it to me. This was completely customer service driven. I knew I was in good hands with Chris. He assured me that the bike was the right fit (another bike shop told me differently) and explained and showed me why the bike was a fit. With that information I was able to purchase an excellent bike and Mack made a customer for life. Went to get a quick brake repair. The man inside was helpful said it was a quick fix and asked me to go around back and he'd send someone to fix the brakes, would take less that 2 minutes. When I went to the back a lady looked at me sideways saying I needed to make an appointment online and the first opening was in 4 days, AND that they only worked on bicycles that were bought from Mack. I’ve been using them for years and I am thankful that they are there for me. They also run charity Tri and cycling events all over the place if you want to do something special with them. One store told me I had to wait a few months to a year before he had any inventory. I sent mack cycle an email and within 2 hours they replied saying they had one in stock. Mack Cycle and JLo are an amazing combination!!! I don’t write too many reviews but I was really motivated to write this one. In the last couple of days I was treated to some of the best customer care I have ever experienced. I was not even an existing customer and JLo took care of me like part of the family. I contacted her via text, told her what I was looking for, she sent me photos of potential bikes for my wife and I. Not 24 hours later the bikes arrived at my front door. I’m not a bike expert so thank you JLo for your patience. Both bikes were perfect! I would have written this review yesterday but was too busy riding all over Miami. Congratulations to both JLo and Mack cycle for finding a way to be both excellent and exceptional in these difficult times. I am looking forward to working with you in the near future.

They don’t make ‘em like Mack anymore…I have spent my entire career in retail and the customer service is second to none at Mack. Business guru Simon Sinek said it perfectly, “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.” Mack’s “What” happens to be bikes, but their “Why” is to grow the sport and educate the public about cycling – and as a customer, you can tell. I walked into Mack knowing absolutely nothing about road bikes. During my first visit, Ricardo took the time to explain to me a few different tiers and price ranges of road bikes and recommended that I do a fit session with Chris before buying a bike. And boy…did I spend a lot of time with Chris. He not only put me on the perfect bike, but he spent hours with me answering the endless list of questions that I had about the geometry and proper fitting. One thing that I walked away from the bike fitting and my classroom sessions with Chris- DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT ONLINE FORUMS SAY ABOUT BIKE SIZING. It is as dangerous as reading WebMD when you have a cough and you go down a rabbit hole thinking that your life is over. The truth is that height is not always the best determinate for proper bike sizing. Torso length, leg length, and arm length are what matter. Shoutout to Rachel for also being helpful in the fit process. The staff also plugged me in with some local cycling groups to fast track my assimilation into the community. Bottom line -Mack treats everyone in the store as though they are walking in to purchase an exotic supercar. There is a reason why it is flourishing after over 60 years in business. Go to Mack, buy a bike, and ride like there is no tomorrow!

Last fall I'd test ridden the Specialized Diverge here in WA state but wasn't keen on the black / brown color. When I finally said screw the color, I was too late. FF a few months and I'm searching bikes and up pops the size and color of the Diverge i really wanted @ Mack Cycle and Fitness in the opposite corner of the country! Similar price but with upgraded components- Saaaa-weert! It said to call Sandy for inquiries! Made the call, asked a few questions, the invoice was emailed, the bike was purchased, and now I just had to wait patiently. Easiest sale ever eh Sandy 😉 Shout out to Connor who shipped the bike so it was assembled and ridden with ease, and Fed Ex who delivered it 1 day ahead of ETA! I can already tell I'm going to love pedaling this machine!

Had my 1st ever actual bike fit last week (guru bike fit) with Chris, highly recommended. Very professional, attentive, observant and all around nice guy. The whole process took a few hours, interview and concerns, measurements and adjustments on the bike fit machine then transferred to my actual bike. One of the best things is that I felt welcomed and not just a customer. I didn't feel rushed, even with multiple adjustments to remedy my concerns on my bike. Rode my bike for the 1st time today and immediately felt the difference. Worth it. Been a customer since I bought my 1st road bike from them last year.

Mack Cycle is Community driven! Before Covid they always sponsored and participated in many great events around town. Looking forward to the days we can resume shop training rides and clinics. So sometimes and update is useful, and in this case, without a 6th star, I can't make it "better", but current context is always useful. Since I purchased my Synapse, I haven't bought any other new bikes. My experience has been based on service and support, also some group events tied to the Mack Cycles team. At some point in 2021, my bottom bracket, a notorious BB30 started making clicking noises that reminded me of an mid 70s Chevy Vega driving flat out down about a quart of oil. Enough nasty noise to nearly necessitate therapy or psychotropic drugs. It simply ruined my riding experience. Other shops changed bearings, nothing seemed to resolve the matter. The good folks at Mack Cycles found a broken retention clip/ring that ended up being the culprit. Five years later, the part was fixed under warranty for free. Maybe another 1,000 miles since and only the beautiful noise of the wind... I have also referred less biking savvy folks to Mack Cycles for new bikes, arranging things ahead of time, and everything always works. The shop can be busy at times, not everything happens in an instant, but it always happens correctly. See you in five more years, by than a bike refresh will be likely... FIVE YEARS AGO! i don't buy bikes often. currently i have four, one of which i assembled 37 years ago, another gifted to me in 2002, a more modern carbon road bike from around 2008 and just recently a brand new road bike purchased from Mack Cycle & Fitness. lots of positive things to say about the experience. first, i got a great deal. last year's model, when identical to this year's model at nearly half off is awesome. then, even though i am too smart to get fitted, i did by rachel and it made my overall experience, both pre-sale, and riding that much better. thank you rachel! in short, great store, staff, service.

Finally decided to go for the guru bike fit with Chris Pavon and I am so glad I did. After just a few rides in this new position I already feel stronger and notice less post ride fatigue. All I was aiming for was pain free rides but I also notice my pedal stroke being smoother, cadence higher and heart rate lower. No more pain, no more tingling or numbness. I bought a Cannondale Slate from Mack Cycle through email communication. They were super friendly and very responsive throughout the entire process. There was a small hiccup with FedEx shipping and they were on top of it immediately and got everything straightened out right away. They even followed the tracking themselves and contacted me after delivery to make sure I had received it OK. Aside from great communication and support the price they sold me the bike for made me feel like I was stealing. Granted it was a leftover model from last year but I couldn't even find a used one cheaper for sale online. This was my first experience at the store. I am completely new at biking and bought a >1200's bike, but the salesperson did not make any effort in telling me or showing me the features of the bike. Neither HE told me I could try the bike on the parking lot. It was after I talked to friends I realized that nothing about the bike was explained. I have to admit that I was passive, but I was an ignorant in front of an expert.

Mack Cycle is amazing! They are crazy busy but don't let this scare you. My wife and I showed up in sunday brunch attire for an impromptu bike shopping trip. They didn't bat an eye and took amazing care of us during our shopping. We never felt rush and never felt pressured. They took the time to find a bike that fit the best and never tried to up sell us. If anything they tried to find us a great deal below our budget range. We bought two bikes that same day and couldn't be happier. I just had to take my bike in for some small maintenance and they were incredible. The service department was very busy (again on a sunday). They took the time to walk me through everything and even show me how to correct what I had been doing wrong. This place is a gem! I have always tried to support my LBS but this place makes it easy with their stellar service and great pricing.

This store used to be the best place to buy cycling clothes & accessories but because of the virus they closed for to long compare to other smaller bike shops that started opening 8 weeks later at least for service & curbside pickup now some are even open to customers but limiting the amount of customer inside at a time wich is the way it should be for now; but they still doors closed only curbside service and pickup, I guess owner has lost good amount of money but they are rich so they can afford it . We'll they been open for a while now but prices have increase tremendously.

Hello my name is yoandi, I would like to share my experience with Mac cycle. I purchased a couple of mountain/ trail bikes there dec 2018. The sales associate was very knowledgeable in the bikes they had in stock and was able to help me find the bike that best fitted my need. Since I’ve been at their shop now three times just buying gear and safety lights and what not. Latest visit was today, took both my bikes to get tuned and maintenance done and replace a tire tube on one of them, the tech knew his job very well and very efficient, the girls in the front help me find the right answers to every annoying question I had so very happy with the awesome customer service and they even help me walk my bikes out to my truck also very surprised, not used to people going the extra mile to make their clients happy. But here is like second nature for them all in general. Every employee I talked to seemed very knowledgeable. They looked like one big family. Most people spend a lot of time at work so with the right team, everything is more effective and efficient. Thank you guys for all the help shout out to everyone and to j. Lopez the one that helped me find the reviews site. Nothing was paid to me for this. So no strings attached I just like recognizing those who really deserve to be. I came into Mack Cycle and Fitness looking for a new triathlon bike after my road bike had been destroyed in an accident. An employee named Noel not only found me the best deal in the store, but also set me up perfectly to ride it! He took the time to do a personal bike fit adjusting the aerobars, seat height and position, to make sure that I was totally comfortable. He then transferred my pedals and computer over to the new bike and recommended additional triathlon accessories. I'm continually impressed with their customer service and the products they offer both for causal and endurance riders. On a separate occasion Chelsea helped me pick out nutritional supplements for my upcoming Ironman in May and recommended group training with the Alien team. Overall, I'm very satisfied knowing that I'm supporting a family business, while receiving excellent personalized customer care. Super store!

I purchased a bike from this store today and was helped by Rachel Losada. I had recently had my bicycle stolen and the salesperson was sympathetic to my story and helped me find a bike that exactly suited my needs and was even able to do so while matching my very low budget. Finally, when they tuned up the biccycle before handing it over to me, they replaced the front tire due to a tiny bulge that I had noticed and thought was a truing issue. They said the bulge was not a real problem, and then they replaced the tire anyway.

I have been a patron of Mack Cycle since 1998. All of my bikes (Road, TT, Mountain, Urban, Kids) have been purchased and serviced at Mack. No bike is to expensive or inexpensive to purchase or service. Service team is top notch. From hi-end (electric shifting, hydraulic disc brakes) to a kids scooter, the service department has always been able able to take care of any issue. Mack has outstanding relationships with all vendors, so anytime there has been a warranty issue it is resolved within a few days. The sales and service staff is couteous and accessible. Once it was brought to their attention the master technician on staff ( Roberio) told me to bring the bike back and they would address any concerns that i may have. If you need a perfect bike fit please visit Chris @mackcycle. Chris helped me with my 3rd Ironman Distance several years back and shaved off 20 min of my best time. After a long hiatus not riding my TT bike I decided to enter the Mami Man Duathlon and low and behold the fit is still perfect. No back pain , comfortable as can be. I was able to be on my aero bars for 99% of the 56 miles. And the cherry on top!! I place 5th in AG and qualified for World Championship in 2020. Thanks again Chris. Guru fitting? Yes, Guru fitting!!! I was hesitant to get this fitting done because I didn't really believe on it. After doing my research, talking to other friends who did this fitting and getting a detailed explanation from Chris P. , I decided to get it done. This past Saturday, I went for a ride with WP, tough riders, and I mist admit, it was a big different, I had more resistance, I was more comfortable, and I felt more in control. On Sunday about 11:30am February the 8th I walked into Mack Cycle and Fitness to look at some lights for my road bike because I ride a lot in the early morning (4am) and at 1:30pm I was walking out with a brand new 2015 Cannondale CAAD 10 52cm with no money down because I was approved by the bank. Then I took the bike home to get my bike shoes and pedals to bring back to be installed on the bike, after installation I thanked everyone at Mack Cycle for their help and business l was going to take the Metro Rail back home I said to myself it's a great day to ride so I took the 8.5 miles to my house. I just raced in the HD tri today and my main concern was shipping my bike for the first time. But, my gosh, i couldnt of had better service and knowledge from the folks at Mack cycle and fitness. Without a doubt grade A++++ . I was coming from new york down to miami and not only did Mack Cycle and Fitness put my bike together flawlessly but when i had a slight concern how to transport my bike to the race, they went well out of their way to help. And as if thats not enough, when the race was over they came to see how i was and how the race and bike did and then offered to bring my bike back to the shop and send back to New York for me. I cant thank the staff at Mack cycle enough for the awesome work and service and knowledge they provided me. They made my whole first olympic tri experience excellent. I'm a long-time Mack Cycle customer but wanted to comment as to why. Every time I go in, no less than 4 people ask me if I need help, and all know what they're talking about. Last weekend I went for a flat tire workshop and got a personal session with Alex which was outstanding. The same week I had to take in my tri bike for its annual visit, and Robeiro helped me with a new chainring on the front. I had the best ride ever today with it. Finally, Mack Cycle really cares about the community and gives back. They were at this morning's Pinecrest Community Ride, complete with a mechanic and fun bikes to try. Their knowledgable sales staff provided excellent guidance in selecting the right bike for me. After the purchase Roberio Bezerra, their head technician/Mechanic, fitted me for my bike. The fitting process happened over a period of time with Roberio making slight changes and having me ride for a week to ensure that the changes are the right one for me. His professionalism and willingness to understand my needs have made this a great experience. Roberio really took the time to explain the techniques and methods he was going to use to better fit me to my bike. The changes he suggested have made my riding more enjoyable and comfortable. They all go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied.

I started going to Mack Cycle to service my road bike after my ususal shop changed ownership. From the start, Roberio welcomed me like an old friend. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable. When I first took my bike it was making a sound as if the bottom bracket were cracked. Roberio started investigating and later found that the sound was being caused by a gritty lube that had been applied to the crank. He cleaned it, applied the proper lubricant and it was working perfectly. Recently I cracked the hub of my back wheel. Roberio provided a temporary replacement while he dealt with the manufacturer to get the replacement wheel. In the end he was able to get the warranty to cover the a new wheel and I never missed one day of riding. What I most appreciate about Roberio and his team is that they know what they are doing and they don't try to goad you into doing unncessary work just to fatten the bill. In fact, the service prices are extremely competitive. I have gone in with problems that could be diagnosed as major (expensive) issues only to have them turn out to be simple fixes. My Cervelo is running like new thanks to Roberio and his crew and their attention to detail. The service department at Mack is everything that you can ask for. Everyone is knowledgable and with Roberio at the helm the operation is smooth and simple for the customer.

FITTING PAIN to PERFORMANCE GAIN - During my time as a mountain biker, I was courted many times to have a bike fitting. It did not seem that necessary and often times friends were skeptical, so I never did it. Then I started road riding, so a fitting seemed like a good idea. My first fitter, who is from a shop other than Mack Cycle, was terrible and got zero results. The second fitter (also not Mack) sold me a new bike, so I knew this was the right sized frame. This fitting put me into bikefit hell. After months of not riding and a visit to the physician for anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxing pills I was able to ride again. Now along comes the Third fitter. He makes his run at it and then throws up his hands, without success, and says he can not do anything more to help me. Then I found Chris Pavon and Mack Cycle. That took 3 years! Chris got results and solved the problem in 3 months! Chris made measurements others had missed, he listened to me and collaborated with me. He was always on time, knowledgeable on a wide range of cycling matters and professional at all times. I feel SO much better on my bike these days. My mileage is up dramatically and so are all my times! I have dropped weight and my cardio and muscle performance is at all time highs, for sure! I would say my average speed has increased 3 - 4 miles per hour. But, most importantly, I am no longer in pain. Chris - You are a champion! Thank you.
