Eric was awesome! Took care of my flat on my Trek Portland and what was causing it. Redoubled the rim tape and recommended a few maintenance prevention for my daily commuter. Thank you for your great customer service!

I was searching high and low for a TREK bike and not one location before the Stuy Town store had what I wanted. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff, especially Eric. I purchased my new Emonda on a Wednesday and had a ready date by Friday. My order was rushed and it was ready the next day. I picked up my bike, my seat was sized to my height by a lovely young lady, I believe her name was Hailey. I am not that great with names so please forgive me. I had my first ride this morning and I have to say after not being on a bike in over 10 years, this bike gave me a wonderful ride. I have been feeling wonderful all day!!! Thank you Eric and StuyTown Trek!

I am professional cyclist and I had a really good experience at this store when I needed some help in NYC. The guys were super understanding and knowledgeable and we had some good chats about riding in the area. The shop was well stocked and inviting. I would go back for sure, and probably will next time I am in NYC.

This location has amazing staff. I’ve come in here multiple times and they have always been great. Simple things like pumping my tires, tightening parts, and even giving me a reflector light when my broke. Frank and Xavier in particular are friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks guys!

TLDR: I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else trek Stuyvesant town has employees who care. I went to a a different trek store and one of the people who normally work here was stationed at that store for the day and when I walked in he remembered me and asked me about my bicycle project (kudos to the tall black gentleman). On top of that the workers want to talk to you. When I come in I am greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff that make you feel welcome and assured that they know what they’re doing. One of my favorite parts of this shop is how it’s laid out. The front desk is the service desk which makes no snaking around the store to get to the person you need. I came in today needing my cassette replaced, I had no wait time (thank you Andy), and while they were working on it I got to have a conversation with the other employees there. while I felt special it is how they treat everyone another customer came in and right away got helped. To say this store is managed well is an understatement. I have been in non trek bicycle shops in Brooklyn and heard about how well run Stuyvesant is. I could not recommend a better bicycle shop

The customer service is exceptional. The team helped me with bike selection, the neceassay bits and bobs needed, but most importantly the local knowledge about riding on NYC (I’m from Australia). I’ve been back a few times and they continue to really look after me.

Always love going to this location. Frank and Xavier are always so helpful and go above and beyond every time. I went in there today needing help with my chain, and they not only fixed it, but guided me on how to avoid the problem in the future. They really know everything!!

Best bike repair experience in NYC. They can fix any brand of e-bike so it rides like new every time. The service is fast and the staff is top notch. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else. I can’t wait until Trek comes out with the e-cargo bike.

I’ve learned so much from the team here: taking off my wheel, fixing my bike parts, etc. They’re such a helpful group of folks that I’m comfortable asking noob bike questions. Amazing shop and service. I visited this store because I had a problem with the front light that fell out of the mount several times. The shop employee without thinking replaced the old lighting and the mount with new lighting and a new mount. I asked him several times if I had to pay extra, he replied no and wished me a nice ride.
