A really great bicycle store. High quality products. Staffed by very knowledgeable people who love cycling. One of the very few businesses I have worked with who really understand the concept of customer service. All the staff are excellent. Thank you Andrew for all your advice. I don't often post or rate stores, but this store is an exception. It deserves a 10, and has earned my loyalty as a customer. Thank you.

I couldn’t figure out how to add air to my son’s Spiderman bike due to the spokes being so small. I called and asked if they would help me and they said to bring the bike over. Thank you for making my Spiderman loving boys day!

I have been to this shop many times over they years and they have always treated me right. I got my first mountain bike there when I was a kid in the 1980's when Bill owned it. The shop is now owned by Andrew and he is awesome, as well as everyone else that works there. Their head mechanic Josh is a freaking wizard when it comes to servicing bikes. In short, great shop, great guys, and highly recommended.

Great service and very nice customer service. I have taken my 13 year old sons bike twice to be repaired. Both times I have gone in, I have been greeted by the nicest and most knowledgeable people. After looking at the bike and figuring out what it needs, they would call and tell me and give me an estimate. This last time, my son told me that his bike has never felt so nice to ride and said I couldn’t take it anywhere but here for repairs. When I pick the bike up, they help me take it out and load it up too. Their business practices will renew your faith in customer service!

This is the best bike shop, hands down. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their customer service is unbeatable. I can drop by with an issue and they will drop what they’re doing to address it. I won’t shop anywhere else.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew identified the issue with my drivetrain quickly and did an excellent job fixing it. My bike shifts better than ever now. They also gave me some great advice on Kanawha State Forest trails. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service!! These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful but laid back at the same time. They have a great selection of quality products and if they don’t have it they will get it for you. The service in the repair shop is also excellent. I have had my bikes in for tune ups and repairs and very happy with their work. They will take care of you long after your purchase. Support your local bike shop!!
