Honestly the best salon. I just moved to Scarsdale a few months ago and I tried different salons out and this one was by far the best. I went back today and the service is unmatched. Little to no wait time and it’s a super spacious salon. I coincidentally got the same person to do my nails, Cam, and she’s amazing! Definitely going back.

The place is big and nice with the most nail polish options I have ever seen. My nail technician took her time with my pedicure and did a far better job than the D&C nail place a block away. She was very attentive and noticed a ridge in my nail. D&C never questioned it. This technician tried to remove it and my nail is back to smooth. She was also very friendly and we voluntarily had a nice chat learning a little about each other.

Friendly staff and beautiful classical music being played that makes it feel peaceful. Made an appointment for gel fill in and they did a great job. They have a beautiful flower wall that’s great to take pictures of your finished nails in. Will definitely be coming back.

My nail tech Jolie was awesome, she was friendly and made sure my nails came out amazing. My design did get messed up days later from too much top coat but Jolie fixed it without any issues. It's been about 3 weeks and my nails still look amazing. Steven did great with my gel pedicure. The only issue I have is their appointment system, they should probably not bother because it doesn't seem like they really honor the appointment times. It was chaotic and customers were getting upset about the long wait times. They should really work on that, otherwise I will definitely be returning.

I love Mai Nails lounge. I never have a problem getting serviced when I don't have an appt. The place is big so no one is on top of you. Service is great! Laura is the BEST for pedicures! and David is the man on the nails! but don't book them, then they will be busy when i get there LOL

Today I received the best and easiest Brazilian wax ever!. This is the first time in my life that I’ve gotten a Brazilian where it was totally ouch free!! Linda was caring and dental technician and was very professional. She is an experienced professional who knew exactly how to make the waxing procedure pain free . I’ve been getting Brazilians for 30 years and this is the first time that I’ve EVER left not feeling traumatized. I’ll now be going more often instead of only before traveling. I Highly recommend Linda!!

The experience was not perfect but the results were. Online booking was easy and quick and check in was a breeze but I still had to wait about 10 minutes before being seen. I booked with Jolie who was a total sweetheart and helped me walk through everything as it was my first time with gel nails. I was overcharged (should have been $5 for acrylic nails soak off $45 for UV gel full set and $5 for nail shape for a total of $55) but I was charged $75. She indicated that it was $10 extra for cuticle cleaning which was extremely minimal and honestly should have been no more than $5 in my opinion, but that addition still should’ve brought me to only $65. I was happy to pay the extra $10 (and a $15 tip, 20% of the inflated total), but I was truly not a fan of the lack of transparency and pricing difference between on-site vs. online. The ambience was below average (fluorescent lighting and worn bare walls), the staff seemed tired and overworked, but due to Jolie‘s customer service, final results, and care she provided, I still have to give both her and the salon a relatively high rating and my recommendation.

The place is nice, but I had a bad experience with the person who did my nails. She cut my toe when trying to shave my nail. She was paying attention to something else, and she ran the water over top of the basin. Idk, maybe it was just a bad day. Idk

The woman who did my pedicure did a very good, clean job on my feet. The place is very spacious, with a beautiful design. It feels like you can relieve your stress in there. The woman at the front, Jenny, and her other male manager, were very courteous. Jenny did my gel mani and she was a delight! She also seems to be very skilled in designs (I saw her samples). I will be going back. She was very patient with me and I say this because I could not decide what to get done on my nails.

Great place. All the staff is a pro at what they do. They are specialized in nails, feet, spa treatments, waxing and much more. The atmosphere is beautiful with a selection of colors to choose from. Once you go here for the first time you will go back. They're very reasonable with prices also. This is my number one spot for nails, pedicure, etc.

Went here one day on a whim as my regular nail salon was overcrowded and I did not want to wait amongst all those people. Went in and couldn't believe how big and open the place is. You can't really tell from outside bc the front desk blocks the view of the whole salon. I got a pedicure and SNS manicure. That was 6 weeks ago, today I am going back for another. My manicure lasted 6 weeks, how crazy is that and honestly I could probably go another week if I wanted to. The place is clean and the work stations spread out so you are not on top of anyone else. I have sent several people there since all of whom were very happy with the services. I'm glad I stopped in and will make this place a regular one for me now.

Very nice, large and very clean place, the only thing is that they did not leave my nails as expected but it was not a bad job, certain details that you should tell the manicurist that they assign you before starting if it is your first time there, but the place is very cozy.
