I LOVE this nail salon. The interior was very clean, well-kept, and relaxing. I originally scheduled with a different nail tech, but I got Emma instead, and I couldn’t be happier with this manicure. She was extremely careful with my nails, and she put so much attention and effort into making sure that they looked their best. She treated my cuticles with care and respect, and even 2 weeks later, my nails still look great. Plus, the other staff were so friendly and kind. Even the other clients were kind! Paradise is very close by to me, so I‘ll DEFINITELY be back.

I feel like I owe this nail salon a good review. They always do an excellent job on my nails. I left a not so great review due to my impatience and found out today what had happened, so I apologize. Always very kind employees. Very clean and relaxing environment. My nails are always beautiful and last for at least 2 weeks. And their pedicures are always a treat. I would recommend here, especially if you like getting acrylics. They also do beautiful designs. I'll add some pictures of their work. Thank you!!

This place was amazing 👏 I walked in with intentions of drawing in my eyebrow, because of a childhood scar, to make it easier for the technician to get my eyebrows perfect as I had done in other places. The technician was not only very welcoming and kind, but she said that wasn't necessary. As I sat down for the first time having my eyebrows threaded in this place, I couldn't help but get so excited not only with the skill, but the look of my eyebrows 😅 I give this place a 5 star rating because they were great! I came in nervous and I walked out happy as ever to have found such a great place! I would highly recommend 👌 👍

The salon is beautiful, clean and for the most part very professional. I just think it’s a bit pricey considering the location. I paid $93 for a gel refill, and gel pedicure. The pedi took over an hour and a half to do. And I had to come back two days later because one of my nails chipped. I would’ve been more understanding if not for the high price.

I’m new to the area and needed to find another nail salon! I called to check if they had openings today and they fit me right in on the time I requested. They were friendly and professional! Very very clean salon as well! I even booked my next appointment after the first one!

First time coming here and while I love my nails I've noticed that my tips aren't securely glued down to my real nails.. i can clearly see the open space between my real nail and the tips on five of my nails. Nice clean establishment... they offer drinks while you wait but should practice on their craft.

I called last minute to see if they had an appointment available and she told me exactly what time to come in. I only waited 10 minutes and Ruby did my nails. She was sweet, gentle, and took her time. The salon was very clean and modern. Very spacious and designed well. She did a really good job on my nails and the wax they use did not break me out like other nail salons. I just moved from Philadelphia to Delaware and was looking for a new nail salon as I get my nails done every 2 weeks, and lucky me I found my salon on the first try. Very satisfied with their service. Will definitely be frequenting this nail salon.

Nice, clean place with a variety of the latest services. Polite and thorough, I did get nicked and the nail tech brushed it off even though I was bleeding a little, but that could happen at any salon it was clearly an accident. Otherwise great service, slightly pricey, but you pay for quality.

They did a really great job! Great hospitality. Offers fruit water and snacks. I got my nails, feet and eyebrows done for $68.50. Sanitation is a priority there. Also, the use liners inside the foot tubs.

Such wonderful customer service here. The technicians are detail-oriented and kind. The shop is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I particularly loveee the Deluxe and Paradise Manicures and Pedicures. So many service options that add a splash of luxury. This place comes highly recommended by me.

I love this nail bar. The owner does an amazing job. He has been in this business for years and it shows. He is very talented and stays up to date on the latest trends in nails. I love the color selections. They are able to so things I have had other shops tell me can't be done like adding decals to gel nails. I absolutely adore his daughter and her cousin. They are very sweet and bring a sense of youth to the shop when they are there helping out. Anyone having a bad experience must not have communicated with the owner. He is very big on "making it right" if it is in fact their error. This place understands customer service and does an amazing job with it.

I went with my granddaughters to get my nails done yesterday and it was a really nice experience. Everyone is very nice and truly cares about what you want to have done. Salena was great helping me choose a color and Tony did a wonderful job on preparing my nails with a gel overlay. The salon was nicely equipped with safety precautions against the virus so I felt very safe. Thanks so much for a great time!

Amazing place was a slight wait, but well worth it! Alex took care of my finger nails and he did an ombré pink to blue on me. He did amazing details and took his time! They even took a picture of them. Very good prices as well. Make an appointment and you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place. I found it back in September and I’ve been obsessed ever since. They do my acrylics nice every time. I’m never disappointed. I even got a full set on my toes and they amazing. You couldn’t even tell they’re acrylic. My absolute favorite nail spot in wilmington by far!

The wait was excessive. Our appointment was for 1pm and we waited at least 25 minutes before we were taken to the pedi area and my wife's soak began. I waited at least another 25 minutes before water was run for my soak. From there waited long enough that we had to add hot water to begin my pedi. My feet feel great, but why bother accepting appointments if you don't service them with priority?

Went here for the first time yesterday and was not pleased by the service I received. When I was called back to sit down, Daniel did not sanitize his station before requesting I sit at his station. Another nail tech sanitized hers properly before her next customer, so I asked him for something to clean the surfaces. He did give me a small paper towel with alcohol. Next thing, I told Daniel several times I was getting the deluxe manicure, yet he rushed through getting my nails prepped for a regular manicure. He seemed irritated, saying that I didn’t tell him, but I certainly did communicate it. After he took the deluxe materials out and started it was the sloppiest and half done “deluxe” massage treatment I’ve ever received. It seemed like it was his first time doing a deluxe manicure. His whole attitude was not desirable and he was rushing through the steps. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure as well, but after that I decided against it. While I know others around me may have had an attentive and pleasant experience, mines was not and for that I will not be returning. I gave three stars because at least he did my nail design right.

This nail shop is very neat and spacious. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately my nails did not look as good as I would have liked them to. The nail technician filed my nails very poorly. I had to fix them when I got home. Even though my nails were not 100% to my satisfaction I will probably go back and just request a different technician.

Got a last minute appointment for my boyfriend and I today for mani-pedis. We ended up being an hour late but they still accommodated us! I had Emma, who was wonderful! Atmosphere was clean and calming. Had a wonderful experience, I definitely felt pampered!

I think I've found my new local nail salon I will frequent loyally for waxing and nail and feet care. It's a new place opened a few months ago, nice clean new equipment. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my requests and needs. I got exactly what I asked for, and Anna was patient with making sure I left satisfied. Last couple times I've been in it's been weekdays before noon, and it's been dead when I walked in. Fine by me less wait. But I hope people start hearing about this place and giving it at least a chance to see the quality of what they have to offer.

The customee service is amazing. Im always in and out but everytime i get my natural nails done with gel i have to go back and have them fixed. I think the gel polish used might be cheap. The last straw for me was my nail breaking on the side. It looks like it is chipped ( maybe from the electric file) amd i have 3 children 2 businesses and a full-time career. I can't keep going to the salon every week

I'm a from Philadelphia and traveled here bc everyrhing is closed in my city due to COVID 19. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail of the place. The customer service- Selena is such a sweet heart and of course the amazing job Tony did with my nails and pedicure. I'm so picky and he nailed it!!!!! Definitely will come back!!!

They have really good customer service I have been going here about 3 times and the first time I had no issues and I loved it and went back the second time after getting my nails done I fell in love I did the jack skeleton for Halloween and loved loved it but then about 1 week later my nail broke and my nail Polish on another started peeling and I thought ok that’s fine I’ll just go get a fill and fix it but literally while I was sitting in the salon another nail just broke out of no where after being back it’s been about a week and now two of my nails have peeled completely off I love this place but I will not be returning
