While visiting from NYC I was in search for a great manicure in Virginia Beach. After many mani fails I stumbled across this GEM! Hands down BEST MANICURE in the area! Staff was so friendly and even helped me choose the best red shade for my complexion. I will only go to Elite when in the area. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

Kira listened to her concerns and took the time to provide outstanding service. Jacqueline also sees Melissa for esthetician services. Melissa is a very caring individual who makes excellent recommendations for skin care and products. Jacqueline highly recommends Elite Salon and Spa for an upbeat, positive experience.

My friend and I had our first experience at Elite Salon & Spa, and we were happy from the time that we walked into the door. The beautiful young lady at the front desk was extremely professional, helpful and just a delight! She made sure we were comfortable and made to feel welcomed. And our technicians Michele and Melissa were the absolute best. Not only were they beautiful on the outside, but they had hearts of beauty as well. Oh yes, and their nail work for our mani/pedis was great! We felt very appreciated as customers, and that makes such a difference these days when your spending your money on luxury. I highly recommend!!

Ladies and gents, if you’re looking for a salon and spa that’s peaceful and serene, than look no further than Elite Salon and Spa. Upon arrival, you’re greeted as if it’s their grand opening and you’re the first client. You’ll be offered a beverage and a refill during your experience. Your experience provider will engage you in authentic conversation and make sure you’re comfortable. At the conclusion, you are provided with payments options (I prefer cash so I can tip). Please try to schedule your next appointment before you leave as this is a salon and spa with “regulars.” When you go, you will not be disappointed.

The Best Mommy and Me Experience! My 6 year old and I received the BEST service on one of the busiest days of the year (Easter Weekend)! Although the establishment was extremely busy Nail Techs Michelle and Nadia made us feel as if we were the only customers there! The customer service at this salon has surpassed my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and gets to know you on a personal level. My stylist was amazing, showed a picture of what I wanted and, did then personalized it to my likings. I typically don't trust hairstylist due to horrible experiences, but I definitely made the right choice in going there, definitely will be back more often.

My fav away from Miami! I absolutely had the most amazing experience at Elite from making my appointment, attentiveness of all the staff and my nails...my nails are EVERYTHING! Nadia is amazing!!! Adore her and I am definitely going to become a regular. The salon is immaculate, CLEAN, and very inviting! Go and you will never want to go anywhere else! I am very particular about my nails and have had a lot of unpleasant experiences. So elated to have found this little gem.

I have been to many hair stylists and she has been the best one in a long time to meet my expectations. My husband is overseas in the Navy and he had purchased a gift certificate for me from Elite European Days Spa for our 10th anniversary. It was the Elite Signature Package that included a 1 hour massage, a facial, manicure, pedicure and even lunch from Taste Unlimited (which was delicious by the way). The massage therapist was a female and she was wonderful. I felt like a new person after the massage. The facial was the best I've ever had and my nails never looked as good as after they were done here. Not to mention the friendliest customer service and the modern decor!!! I would definitely recommend anyone to check this place out on their own. You can thank me later:)

I was a regular at Elite's Norfolk location for a long time. I have recently moved to the beach so Hilltop store is much closer to me. You get the same high quality service, smiling and friendly staff and gorgeous modern decor. I have yet to see another spa that comes even close to Elite. Literally the first haircut I've had in 16 years,ponytail had to Go! The wife has had Emily cut her hair for over ten years and has always been happy with the results. I decided to go their and let her cut my hair and I must say that I am 1000% happy with the results. Emily is super nice and very talented and I highly recommend letting her cut,style your hair!

Nadia is the best nail tech in the Virginia Beach area and this salon is so clean and she uses only professional CND and OPI products. As soon as you walk in a fantastic receptionist greets you and brings you a drink and it's so nice and peaceful in this salon. I will only see Nadia for my manicures in VB!

After returning for my mani/pedi, I left so beyond pleased with experience I had. Today, I felt like I was in a spa and a little getaway from my stay at home mommy duties. Marty was the nail tech and I absolutely adored her. I didn't feel like she was just being nice because I was the girl that complained. She was incredibly genuine, took her time, and did an incredible job. The receptionist was very curteous and made sure several times I was comfortable and didn't need anything. Even referred to me by name while she was walking by which made it more personable. Im very pleased with the customer service and quality of work I received this time. And when I go back, it will definitely be to see Marty. It was like talking to my mom. Thank you Elite!

I had always walked by Elite since I live in Hilltop and I'm in that shopping center quite frequently. However, because of how fancy this place looked from the outside I never went in thinking they would be very expensive. After all I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with their reasonable prices and unmatched service. I will definitely become a regular now! Ask for Nadia if you are going in for mani/pedi. She does a wonderful job and she is very sweet!

The Beach

The staff is professional and always take care of me like it's my first time there. The spa is beautiful and always clean. I have been sending friends and family there for years. It's really close to my beach house, which is great. Wish I could give them more stars.

In response to the bad review by Lisa Christian I am so sorry that she assumed that she revceived such bad service , however I was present while getting information about the salon services they provide for a gift certificate for my mom and I witnessed and heard Ms. Christian's behavior the minute she walked in and it was not appropriate or professional. It appeared that she was very angry at the world and needed to blame someone for her issues. She treated the staff from the girl at the front desk to the nail tech that was doing nails so disrespectful and very cruel. I have never in my entire life saw a customer mistreat a worker in the manner that Ms. Christian did especially to the nail girl. In all do respect that customer should of been escorted out of the salon and services should of been denied. No one has the right to mistreat and use such foul language to a worker for no reason. KUDOS to the nail girl who was doing her nails that remained so calm and professionally. The nail girl went out of her away above and beyond to make Ms. Christian happy and welcome , but no matter what the nail did even so far as apologizing several times the customer was not happy. It so Happens that the customer stated that she's been to three different salons and she was not one bit satisfied so to my opinion no matter how great or wonderful service Elite can offer and provide Ms. Christian is and never will be happy. That's her character, my friends all have been to Elite and have such high recommendations and referred me to go see Indgrid she does an excellent job and is the most friendliest, down to earth person.

The natural products and great customer service make this THE place at the beach for a pedicure. It is probably the best pedicure I have ever had. The staff is friendly and engaging. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Wow!!! That's all I can say. From friendliest receptionist to the amazing massage and perfect Shellac I was amazed. Elite is on a whole another level from all the other spas I have been to in the area. This is the place to go... Can't say enough good words, that's how impressed I am.

A couple of weeks ago I had visited Elite's Norfolk location and I was very impressed. It was there that I found out they have just opened a new location in Virginia Beach Hilltop area. Went there for a facial today and was very satisfied with it. Their staff is very friendly and the spa is gorgeous.

This is actually his wife.....I had the most wonderful facial last night at the salon plus my eye brows waxed.....from the moment I walked in after lunch I knew this was the place....staff was beyond helpful and when I came back after work the process began....I was not pressured into treatments that I did not need and the skin care line that was recommended to me and which I purchased was just what I had hoped for...If you are looking for a great salon this is the place I look forward to my next facial next month and I have already had compliments on my skin with no makeup on......thank you again :)
