My girl Dan does an amazing job on my eyebrows I’ve been struggling for years to get grow back my eyebrows fully with the right shape after another shop took to much hair off 🤨 I wanted to give up on my eyebrow journey until I met dan she let me know what I needed to do and what i didn’t need to as far as growing my eyebrows back fully with the right shape dan is the only one I let touch my eyebrows if you want your eyebrows looking bomb just come here or call and ask for Dan I promise u you won’t regret it #nofilterbaby

VERY glad that I stopped in here on a whim! This place has a very warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere. Their hospitality is as high quality as the services they provide; Crystal not only did a PERFECT job on my very first dip manicure, but also went out of her way to offer refreshments (wine, soft drinks, etc.) to ensure I was comfortable. I am very impressed with this team, very grateful for the services rendered and very exited to book an appt with Crystal again in the near future!

Nice place with wonderful service. They had me bleeding in a few spots and weirdly the lady put super glue over it. I've never had anyone do that before. Also after asking for the basic $25 acrylic white tips, they used the clear saying my nails were too short for what i wanted. I told the lady that was fine and that i would get a regular color. Before i could get up to pick one when it was time she told me not to worry that she would bring them to me. They were sample colors from which i picked and continued on. Well when it was time to pay she tells me it is $40 not $25 like i had asked. Her reason was because it was $25 for basic and $15 for gel. Wait a minute i never asked for that! After reminding her of my exact words she says well your nails were too ugly to get what you wanted done. So... I guess she just decided to do other things without telling me it would cost more. In the end she only charged me an extra $5 for the polish making it $30 and i left her a $5 tip. It's not that i wanted my service free but if i asked for a certain price, i expected to pay that in the end. Anyway, even if you ask for something please make sure you keep asking if that's what you are getting. Our conversation was fine during the service so speaking English wasn't the problem. I would go again but I'm giving 3 stars for making me look crazy infront of everyone there and saying my nails were too ugly. Talk about embarrassing!

I saw a guy named Henry for a SNS dip nail set. He was very nice and took his time. Even after he finished one hand and I changed my mind on the color, he was incredibly polite and started over so I got what I truly wanted. I absolutely will be coming back again in the future ❤️

The dip powder has held up amazingly over the last week and I am confident in my nails staying perfect until my next appointment. Excited to see what she does with my nails next time! If I could say, I also overheard two customers talking about how they liked this nail salon more than most and will be coming back. Everyone seemed happy with their service. I have been using this salon since they have opened. Kourtney is hands down the best in Hampton roads. Love her!!!! She always has a smile (even behind the mask) and makes you feel relaxed and confident your nails are going to be exactly like you want. First time going here because my tech is not available and wow can I just say that, besides being so gorgeoussss on the inside I was treated with great hospitality and my nails are gorgeous!! I am obsessed, and not to mention - WINE??? Definitely a 20 out of 10 for me. I was greeted and asked to sanitize my hands, which I LOVE TO HEAR and the wait was very short. I got exactly what I asked for and more and I will be back for a pedicure, fill and more. Highly recommend

The salon is very relaxing. Amy is awesome! But then again, most of the staff who I've had is too. Hint... Its best to make an appointment. They stick by it, but will try to fit walk-ins in. I had gotten my nails done for Easter and wasn’t happy with how long I had gotten them from another place (completely my fault) but I went to get them fixed here and was very pleased with the service. I've been going DB Nails for years in Chesapeake. The owners are an amazing couple who always makes sure their customers are happy with their services...I recently moved back to Virginia Beach so unfortunately I lived too far to keep going to the Chesapeake salon and had been struggling to find a solid nail place. While visiting my BFF, I decided to take us for mani/peds for her upcoming birthday, and she remembered DB Nail Studio. What an awesome experience! Tammy did my nails and Kimberly (I think) did Deb's. We were welcomed with the option for a glass of wine and a delicious bakery cookie, and it was a wonderful experience! We both walked out feeling very pampered and relaxed. Prices were excellent, the salon was clean and nicely decorated. Can't wait till my next visit when we can go there again!

For the first time I don't feel like I am in a Jiffy Lube type nail salon! It is very open and airy, unlike all the other crowded & generic shops that want you in and out as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next person. Kourtney fixed an issue that another shop caused and it was done efficiently on my lunch break because she is truly a professional and expert. If you wanted to be treated like an individual without spending any extra money, go to DB Nail Studio.

By far the best place to get your nails done in Virginia Beach. This nail salon is the most gorgeous salon I’ve ever seen. It is clean and the staff is wonderful. Every nail tech in this salon is good. I’ve never had a bad mani or pedi from any of them. The pedicure chairs are top of the line and in great condition. They give you complimentary bottled water and also delicious cookies! You will not be disappointed when you leave there.

**Update: My guy Patrick left. So, I've been seeing my lady Courtney since Jan. 2019....SHE IS THEE BEST, EVER!!!! "Often times, I find it challenging to find a nail tech that WANTS to service long natural nails. As a result, I had tried a few different techs and shops. I thought I had found someone, until I noticed the quality of work wasn't matching up with the value I had paid. Soooo, the journey began...I walked into DB Nail Studio, silently praying, and I was seated with Patrick. His work speaks for itself. No lifting, no breakage, no uneven shaping, no "accidently" cut cuticles or side skin. His work station is clean. His appearance is fine as well. He is friendly, professional, and provides QUALITY work! I'm loyal to greatness, and he provides just that. I ONLY work with him. He cares, and it shows. Greetings, I do not mean any harm but I am not pleased with my nail work. The environment was nice and clean however my nail technician forgot steps and over charged me for my nails. He did not inform me that he was using gel acrylic nor pricing. I did not ask for gel acrylic. He stated that they all use gel acrylic. I would not go back to him and I recommend doing research about the acrylics as well as the steps so you will not waste money on a half done job. Upon rehydration on the nails he forgot to use a bonding agent which cause my nails to lift in a week. 😒

Wow is this place accommodating! Needed a mani, pedi and brow wax.....I was in a hurry and these ladies were on it! One worked the pedi while one did a gel manicure. DB Nails has been here for a while and a couple of my neighbors told me after using the Post Office, which is located next door, they have stopped in to get their nails done, waited on by a friendly staff, nice work, reasonable prices, then they go shopping at the SUPER Wal-Mart, donate at the CHKD thrifty store or eat at the Taco Bell, Wendy's, Kao Thai, other numerous restaurants ALL located at Hilltop Square, a Target is across the street. Then they head for Interstate 264 which is less than a quarter of a mile away, either head for the ocean, less than two miles away or head towards Norfolk on the way home after having a wonderful experience at Hilltop Square. I'm just saying. :^)
