I had a manicure and pedicure with Gail and she is outstanding! I was getting a specific design I wanted to recreate from Pinterest with small flowers and she was so attentive to detail and so kind in making sure I really loved it. She even helped me match colors to get exactly what I was looking for. The shop was closing at 5 P.M. and she stayed after to make sure I had to best experience with my pedicure - she did hot stones and the whole nine!! It was so kind because she could have easily just rushed through it. I’m so happy with my experience here and definitely will be back!!

Leahn is my nail tech and she is amazing!! She does great work, but is also very kind-hearted. I'm never disappointed. I have attached a few examples of her work. I take on a picture from Pinterest and she works her magic!!

Let me start off by saying my nails look DIVINE! Michelle did a great job. However every time I come here I feel like I am nickel and dimed. I have never heard of a nail salon that charges an extra $5 for filing when I barely got any change in the length just a clean up and I didn’t even change my shape. I asked around to all of my friends and colleagues and they said they’ve never heard of that either. The only time the charge for shape/file should be if you’re changing shape or during the first fill. Filing should be part of the refill process. Also was charged an extra $25 for design which seems a bit much.

I have been coming here for a year at this point and usually see Lily. she has always done an amazing and thorough job on my acrylic nails. However she has not been in for a while and I had to see another technician named Leanne today. It was my first time seeing her. I requested that she file down my nails as well as apply a matte topcoat. At no point did she say there would be extra charges for either of these items. I have never been charged extra to have my nails filed down and if there is an up charge Lilly would always tell me first. When I approached Leanne about the additional charges, she kept saying how long my nails were and it had been four weeks since I came in for a fill. I never have grown my nails out to the point they need to be cut and she may be drilled down less than a quarter of an inch on my nails, she never even took out nail clippers? There was no special shape requested either. The cost of the services have gone up which I understand but what I refuse to accept are up charges for filing down my nails or just secret up charges that aren’t disclosed at the time of service. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be finding a new salon after this experience. I have previously left them 5 star review but this was so unpleasant.

It was our first time at Manhattan Nails. Michelle and Susan were our technicians and they did an amazing job with our pedicures and Full sets! The salon was spotless and all of the staff was very friendly. My only suggestion is that a cellphone usage be enforced. I sat next to a lady that stayed on her cellphone through the pedicure and manicure and she wasn't using a low tone, so the rest of us could enjoy our services. I know most clients just want to relax and enjoy the service and not have to listen to a 2 hour conversation about soccer teams! Manhattan Nails was absolutely not in the wrong and most people are respectful enough not to be on the phone a solid 2 hours when receiving a relaxing service. It is definitely our salon and look forward to seeing Susan and Michelle on our visits!!

This was my second time coming to Manhattan Nails after a recommendation from my friend. I called ahead to see if they had time for a walk in and when I arrived, I was greeted quickly, showed to the gel polish wall, & then to my seat for a pedicure. Amy was the technician who did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. She was very attentive to detail and making sure I had a relaxing experience, all while making sure my nails looked great!

Her motives are to help the client relax and leave feeling refreshed and smiling from ear to ear! Besides all of this, the product is outstanding! Today's my first time here. I had a great experience with my visit. I only had Eyelash extensions done. The girl that did it was so gentle and attentive to how little lashes I had left. I really appreciated it. I've been getting my lashes done for yearssss. Decided to give it a break but felt like I was naked without my lashes done so I impulsively decided to get them done. I'm really glad I did too. They turned out really nice! Very impressed. I'm gonna attach a photo🤗

Great atmosphere. I made an appointment for my friend and myself. I was greeted at the door by name! Very beautiful decor. Very comfortable setting. Extremely clean. The experience was relaxing and professional. My nail tech did a great pedicure, even a leg massage with warm smooth stones with the regular service! When I moved to the area, I transitioned from a private nail studio in Seminole Heights to a public nail studio and I must say if I’m going to be out in public getting my nails done I love the customer service at Manhattan Nails. I am SO happy I found this place!! I had Amy as a nail tech and I can honestly say she will have my business as long as I am in Tampa! I'm pretty picky and she was AMAZING all the way through! From start to finish I felt like she listened to what I wanted and accommodated me every step of the way. I have never had such quality acrylics on a first try at a new place, I was definitely impressed. She did a great massage on the pedicure as well, I felt like she really hit the pressure points perfectly. The salon itself is very clean and everyone i encountered was friendly. Excellent color and dip choices and they do in fact carry coffin tips but I opted for regular since I need my nails short and round for work.

Very very clean establishment!! The staff all seemed very friendly. And although the two ladies that were attending to my daughter and I did talk to each other they did engage in conversation with us as well. And that's rare in some of the nail salons. This was my first time here and I can say I really enjoyed my visit, but my daughter frequents it often and she also really likes it which is why she continues to go back. And I have to say I will definitely be a returning customer there myself, plus it's really close to where I live which makes it even better. So if they happen to read this review, I will be seeing all of you again soon!! Thanks for my pleasant visit to your salon and my pedicure was fabulous too!! Almost forgot to mention that. I called for an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I recently had my nails dipped elsewhere and they didn't look good. The technician (I didn't get his name) took his time and made my nails look WAY better. A lady (also didn't get her name) gave me a fantastic pedicure and was quite meticulous with my toes. Overall fantastic experience and I'll definitely be back!!

My nails did not last. If you don’t get gel polish, the regular polish does not last more than a day. The service is good but the quality did not match what i spent.

This was my first time here. My girlfriend and I went here to get pedicures before she went on a cruise. When we arrived there were a few people waiting, they told us to pick a color and sit in a pedicure chair. The lady started my friend’s pedicure right after we sat down, I waited about 15 minutes before someone started mine. I upgraded to the pedicure with hot stones, it was an average pedicure nothing special pretty basic. I wasn’t disappointed but I wasn’t impressed either

The first time I came my nails were long enough to do french manicure gel nails on my real nails. They lasted 2 weeks and were beautiful. This time I chose to do acrylic nails the French manicure with the pink and white because I broke off my nail completely on my pointer finger. They turned out lovely and I am very pleased. I will be coming back again. The people are friendly and nice.

This is by far the best nail salon in South Tampa! Nina is amazing! My dipping powder manicures last more than 3 weeks and always look beautiful. Such a relaxing pedicure experience as well. Make an appointment!

Clean place and pleasant employees. Foot basin had a plastic cover which is a plus However, Too quick of a service for a deluxe upgrade. I'm use to a nice paced pampered massage, not lazy and it felt rushed even though there were barely clients there. Plus I got nipped twice which made me nervous and I had a hard time being able to truely relax. I had gone some years back and never returned however, a friend surprised me by setting an appt. I know its not a place for me as im used to a more superior service at the same price range elsewhere. * Give it try and make your own opinion.

Went to this place for the first time last weekend and fell in love. This is my new nail salon. I got a deluxe pedicure for $30 which included a mask and a hot stone massage-absolute heaven. So relaxing and the massage really made it worth it. My toes looks fabulous as well. I also got a manicure which was only an $8 upgrade with the pedicure. They have wine and the staff is very nice. Parking gets a little crazy though since they have such a small lot. I am definitely going back!

Pleasant experience. My nail tech was Han, and she did a wonderful deluxe pedicure plus gel polish. Clean facility. Massage chairs work well. They also offered water, wine, or beer. It was a Saturday so it was busy, but they took me right in. They have several stations for pedicures and separately for manicures, and an appropriate number of employees working.

I went Friday around 12ish and was shocked how busy they were! Although they were busy I was helped right away. I'm kinda strange when it comes to cleanliness and was very happy how clean they are!! My pedi was pretty good. The girl I had wasn't the best at rubing but my toes look cute. She also did my pink and whites. They look nice... the right shape, thickness and length. The only thing, she hit my skin so many times I have cuts all around my nails and my fingers hurt! I won't see her when I get my fill but I will go back and try another tech. Nice prices, pretty good service, and the guy at the desk was really charming.

I get the gel pedicure here and let me tell you, it lasts. I’m very rough on my feet just with exercise alone. I run 6-8 miles five times per week, play sand volleyball and kickball once weekly, plus walk my dog daily. The gel polish lasts for three full weeks without peeling or chipping. This alone brings me back here. Other important things to note: they’re one of the latest open salons in Tampa, I’ve never had to wait as they always have plenty of staff and are a great size (15 pedicure chairs, 15 manicure stations), they include a lot in their mani and pedi options (scrubs, hot towels, massage, hot stones, etc.), each tech takes their time and doesn’t rush, the attention to detail in their work is phenomenal (my feet, not just my nails, look great), the salon is very clean, they offer beverages, the chairs work, the music is on point, they will layer on thin colors until it’s the shade you want, and they don’t force conversation on you (This is a huge part of my experience as I like to zone out after talking all day at work and this is the only salon I can do that at without feeling rude.) On top of all of those amazing things, at the end of the service when they ask “How do you like it?” They actually mean it and are willing to fix anything that hasn’t met your expectations. Hana did such a great job today that I actually remembered reviews are a thing. Thanks y’all!

They did an excellent job on my nails and when I messed up my toes when I walked out the door (I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait for them to dry) they fixed them super quick. I went with a friend and we were seated within a couple of minutes. We were offered either water or wine. I appreciate the fact that they were very sanitary, they put plastic inside the foot baths and opened tools from a sealed plastic pouch. We were able to let our pedicure dry and we were not rushed at all. It began to rain very hard while we were there. There was some flooding in the roads. One of the gentlemen there was kind enough to walk to our car and get our umbrella for us. Because of the road flooding we went next door for a little while and needed our umbrella. This was the first time that I have been there, and I will definitely go back.

This place is decent. A few people can do good quality work, however there are some that are not good at all. One person that did my pedicure there was heavy handed and filed my toenails to hard and cut my skin! 4 of my toes were slightly bleeding after. The selection of dip powder colors is great!
