I drove 45 minutes and sometimes longer depending on traffic to attend Chic Image Academy. I NEVER doubted my decision to commute I absolutely adore this school. Not only did I make lifelong friends but the learning experience and the knowledge you leave with are priceless. Ms. Liz is so talented and has so much knowledge that she shares with her students that you just don’t get from other schools. I did my due diligence and researched schools for weeks before committing to Chic Image and the quality is unmatched. Ms. Liz wears many hats as owner, director, and instructor but has always managed to give us a quality learning experience. The other instructors; Paris and Rayah were always there to guide and instruct us in her absence without question. Chic Image is a boutique beauty school with lots of character and charm the school is kept in pristine condition and cleaned thoroughly and I always felt safe. You will leave this school with the knowledge to be successful in whatever program you choose. I am a recent graduate and can’t wait to continue my education and participate in advanced training with Chic Image Academy.

I love the staff and they only use top of the line profesional products/equipment . If I had to do school again I would definitely come back , I love the energy and the environment. I have absolutely loved my experience here at Chic Image Academy. I will admit at first I was scared to start this journey. Ms. Liz who is the director and instructor is an absolute wealth of knowledge. In the beginning I felt possibly that she was hard on me. Then I realized she did this because she saw the potential in me that I had not yet seen in myself. She will push you because she knows you can do the work. I love how much I have actually learned at this school. I look forward to graduating soon and completing many more advanced classes at the academy in the coming months. When I first met Ms. Liz and toured her school and student salon I knew it was the one for me! She is pristine in cleanliness and creating a welcoming inclusive environment. She uses up to date current practices, literature and technologies that most programs don’t even have access to. She shares her own vast set of skills and experiences, creating personal relationships with each and every student she takes on. I just graduated and I absolutely loved my time at Chic Image! The school itself is so cute and clean. Liz cares about the details and it shows. You have the opportunity to learn all of the current technology that you'll be using in the real world and will gain the critical thinking skills and knowledge needed to treat all types of skin. If you are willing to put in the effort and take constructive criticism then you will excel here. If you expect to show up and do the bare minimum and get a license, this isn't for you. Liz and her team know their stuff. They will give you all the tools you need to learn and push you to do your absolute best. I've heard of other schools where people feel lost once they graduate, and that is not the case here. You will leave here confident in your skills and knowledge, and will make great friends as well. I have never met such a supportive group of women. We were all eachothers' biggest cheerleaders. My time here has been amazing and I'm so excited to start my new career as a facial specialist.

She does pour her heart into this and pushes everyone to their highest potential. Honestly looking at schools to attend was very difficult and overwhelming, but as soon as I came across Chic Image Academy I knew it was the school for me. I just want to start by saying Liz Burns is one of the most amazing Instructors, It took me forever to find Chic Image academy as my school, One thing I fell in love with was the cleanliness and how it’s just like being in your own per so all spa which made it so much fun especially when providing hands on experience clients you invite for your student services. When finally meeting with herder the first time not only was she nice but I loved how optimistic she was, She gave me so much encouragement and provided all the information I needed to get started. I was so nervous to start something new but everyday that I attended she made sure to reassure us we could do it. She never gave up on anyone of us, She watched us until wee perfected everything she taught us. Anytime we had concerns she was there to listen especially when having emotional breakdowns like myself , She’s tough but it’s because she cares. she never made us feel alone through the process and is firm at making sure you walk out that school knowing you are Confident a d ready to start your career. I can not recommend Chic Image Academy enough! I am at my graduation date soon and I feel so blessed to have attended this school. I have had the opportunity to learn and get certified on many different technologies, learn many different skin care brands and their products, and received plenty of hands on experience. The cirriculum is far superior to other schools I have visited! I visited two other schools prior to touring Chic Image Academy and the difference was night and day! I recommend touring other facilites, then touring Chic Image. You will see for yourself!! Liz is such a passionate, positive role model and mentor. She will make you EARN your license! She will tell you from the very beginning that her school is more of a beauty bootcamp and she is right! lol However, I feel so much confidence in this field to go out and get hired right away because I worked hard and put the work in! I can not thank Liz and her amazing staff enough for the energy, time, correction, and love they have poured into this school and myself. I plan on attending further education here as I advance my studies. Liz respects the beauty industry and pours her many years of education into her students. absolutely the best education i’ve ever received. the environment, cleanliness, and the atmosphere is just wonderful. i attended the full time schedule with wanting to know more about the skin in hopes of becoming a full time lash artist scared of doing anything else, now that i’ve graduated i want to open my career to more fields with the spread of new knowledge that was learnt over the time i’ve attended. I have only been here for 1 month but I have already learned so much! I was from a small town so moving to Florida was a huge change. I wasn’t as confident with myself but when I got to this school Liz-the owner, really taught me how to be independent, confident, and straight forward. This school WILL teach you how to be independent. We have a lot of fun with everyone in class because of the activities we do everyday. The only thing that scared me was my first week or 2. Because you start where ever the class is at for that week. So it is a bit overwhelming at first but you will always get help from the students and teachers.

Where do I begin, I decided for a career change at 41. I was referred to Chic Image by a previous student who had amazing things to say about this school. She was right!! Liz was extremely knowledgeable, skilled & experienced. She has created a unique learning environment that is not only comfortable but also "chic". Location is easy to get to from wherever you are traveling, and the hours are very flexible. While speaking with other students who have graduated from other schools, I quickly realized that the education and courses Liz provides is far more detailed than any other school in the Tampa Bay area. (You are also certified in more). She is straight forward with everything you need to learn to get you ready for the real world. I am extremely grateful that I chose this school. I do believe if I had gone to a different school, I would not have gained the education I did! Thank you, Liz, for being able to pass on your many years of experience to your students.
