We came in for a pedicure for three ! Chose the classic! Reasonable experience though it was difficult to communicate with the lady who attended me! Recommend that you try Cindy who did a great job for mom! Hannah took extra care in helping me dry my nails! Thanks Del here is friendly and helpful

Beyond phenomenal. From the man running the place to all the nail techs beyond anything I've ever experienced or expected. The peace and tranquility. The atmosphere was delightful. The techs took extra time and throughly worked through my rough calluses. The gentleman who ran upfront was also cleaning throughout checking in to ensure everything was fine and nothing was needed above and beyond and one hell of a price! I did the Volcano treatment and highly recommended it as well!

I’m a teacher from New York City and I’m visiting St. Louis. I needed a good manicure and I am so glad I found this place!!! I absolutely adored this nail spa!!!! We walked into this salon today only because we had time to kill and noticed them as we drove by. What a lucky find! Bill greeted us upfront and was so welcoming. Mary took care of me and, I think, Mia, did my husband's pedicure. Both of us in terrible shape. I have not had my nails done in nearly 2 years. And for him, like forever! He LOVED it and so did I. They were wonderful. Took their time and everything looks great! We will be back regularly!!

I was able to call from the parking lot and walk in. The staff is wearing masks and everything is very clean. The staff even wear face shields during pedicures and there are screens up for manicures. It felt very safe and I was very happy with my service.

My mom and I went in for Mani/pedis. We had an okay experience but both of felt the people working on us were less than gentle. We like our results but it's the second time we've been there and it's not the best we've had nor is it the worst

This was my first time at this salon. Had a French tip powder dip. I already had dip on. I was in and out in less than an hour! My usual places takes almost 2 hours!! My nails came out exactly as I wanted them and the woman was very very nice . Definitely going to be a returning customer!

I have never had a nail salon ask for my opinion, as they generally don't seem to care. I've had 2 pedicures here by different people and both were great. Also, had a number of polish changes--all good! Thank you for caring enough to ask what your customers think!!

I had the best manicure of my life today. Carrie was amazing and did a great job on my gel manicure. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all! She still had me out of there in less than an hour. The price for my gel manicure was 30 dollars, which is 5 more than I usually pay. However, her attention to detail and friendliness made it worth it! I will for sure be back!

When you walk in it is clean and bright. The smell is not over powering at all. They stick to the schedule when you make an appt(which I recommend). Right now, it may be appt only. I got a pedicure. They show you a menu with prices, which is great. They don't pressure you to get add-ons. They practice social distancing.

I’ve been here twice. I come in on my lunch break. They always have me in and out in exactly an hour, and despite their quickness, they do a wonderful job. I stopped going to the shop near my house (I live across the bridge) because the quality was very inconsistent. I will be coming here instead. Lena did my nails this last time and it was really perfectly done.

I always get the best pedicure ever!! They just for st least 6 weeks without a chip!! Tracy is amazing! She is a perfectionist and always does an awesome job!! I highly recommend Ballas Nails!!!

Although Pell seems quite young, he did an excellent manicure, and the pedicure was one of the best I have ever had. He was very attentive to me whenever I was walking and moving from one station to the other. I appreciate his patience with me and my Parkinson’s condition. I look forward to seeing him for my next manicure and pedicure.

Everyone at Ballas Nails are amazing! I've been a customer here for over 3.5 years and I have no desire to change. Amy is the absolute best! I know I can count on her to get me in and out (I typically come on my lunch breaks) and for my nails to look amazing! I love this place!

This has been the only place I have been able to stay at over a year! Kim is awesome and her staff have always been eager to help in any way. My nails have never looked soo good until I started seeing Kim. My nails look so natural...I have never had any chips or breaks in the 1 1/2 years I have been going to Ballas Nails. Kim really cares of her customers - I just love her. If you want a great place to go to get your nails done please stop by anytime, they will be happy to see you.

I've always rode past this little shop but never went in- but today I decided I would go in and I am so happy I did. they were all so friendly! so very friendly and they did an amazing job on my pedicure and full set. I think I might've found my new "go to" place!

I've been here quite a few times. Several times for acrylics sets/fills and pedicures. They do a rather good job on the full sets and I love one of the guys that does it because he always really takes his time to get it right. Not a big fan of the pedicures.

Everyone here is amazing! They do a great job everytime on my nails and toes PLUS when you get a mani you get a neck massage. AND, for pedicures they don't skimp on the massage, its always longer than I expect. The prices are truly very reasonable. I tell everyone to go here.

I have been going to Ballas Nails for 4-5 years. Kim is my nail tech. She does a fabulous job each time. The business is clean and all of the workers are very friendly. I would highly recommend Ballas Nails to anyone looking for a nail salon!

Very friendly staff! I walked in 13 min before close and they had no problem taking care of me! I work construction and my feet were pretty jacked up and now they are silky smooth! They even allowed some very rude lady troll to come in 5 min before close making demands and throwing insults left and right. They kept a smile on there faces the whole time! I will be back, 5 stars from me!

Walk right in, sat in chair for a pedicure, my feet is bad I know but that why I get them done. But at this place no type of razor are used so all my dead skin is still there. So pretty much a waste of time. But I give them 3 stars because it was clean and I liked all the accessories.

Really the best! I’m very spoiled and finicky when it comes to pedicures and my feet in general. The deluxe pedicure with the mask was wonderful and worth every penny of the $40! I highly recommend this nail salon.
