I absolutely love Tropical Tan for the staff and it’s overall quality. The staff (which makes this particular location so special) are super friendly, customer-centric, and professional...this is especially the case for the owner and manager Tiegan. Also, the tanning beds are high quality and kept squeaky clean (especially important during Covid). You really can’t go wrong here!

I've been tanning at the Queen Ann location for a little over two years. The super friendly and knowledgeable staff have always and continues to provide outstanding customer service. The beds are well maintained and always clean. The products are well worth the price as they deliver great results. I love their new tanning bed (#13), which provides great color in one session. I adore the red light therapy, as it also works well and is so relaxing. I would continue my membership if I wasn't moving out of state. A very special thank you to the following staff members (in no particular order): Asteria, Amanda, Chloe, Emma, Jordan, Molly, Natalie and Hailie (Client Services). Highly recommend this fabulous tanning salon!!!

I really like this place! Its always fast and convenient,plus I never have to wait! Shay and Ian are both awesome. They've been extremely helpful when helping me figure out how long I should go and which lotion to use based on my tanning goals. The beds are always super clean and the prices rock : ). Highly recommend!

Excellent service with a friendly and well trained staff, I've always had an amazing experience at this store. You can't beat the new Versa Spa Pro for instant color and this location also has my favorite bed, a stand up Ultra! Along with a great selection of other amazing beds! Absolutely love this place! The salon is always clean, staff is super friendly and inviting, and they're always knowledgeable about any questions I have. They also have red light therapy which has been a miracle therapy and offered on a super cheap unlimited membership along with tanning! Thank you for everything ladies!

This is my favorite Tropical Tan location! Super clean and beautiful, great staff, great beds and competitive prices! The manager Molly is amazing and so are all the other girls. I recommend the VIP membership cause you get to use all the beds, redlight and the versa spa pro, all for a great price!

I've enjoyed tanning at Tropical Tan mostly because all of the staff is super friendly! The place is clean, which is fantastic. It's close to work, so it's very convenient. Very good prices and there are student discounts, plus specials going on all the time. By far, my favorite tanning salon. One thing that I don't like is that there is only street parking. :-( But, there is a cute little dog that always greets me at the door, and it totally makes up for the parking. :-) Overall, good place!

#1 The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, even when it gets crowded. Everyone gets their turn to learn the benefits of each bed personalized for their skin type. #2 My tan is amazing after only a week, no burn, natural coloring. Just a great experience overall. I use to manage a tanning salon in New Jersey and this service is just as great or better.

I walked in to get info on what is offered, was greeted by good music and the smell of tanning lotions!! The woman working the front desk was very helpful and sweet. Definitely going to get the 2 week deal for $60!

When I called Tropical Tan about coming in they were very welcoming about coming in anytime. When me and my friend arrived some time later they immediately asked if we'd called earlier and were again very welcoming. They were very thorough and knowledgable about their various tanning beds and packages as well as lotions that were available. They did an excellent job working within our budget to get is into a package that worked for us. Very good ambiance, very clean and got a great base tan after just the first visit. We will continue to go to Tropical Tan after a great experience.

Tropical Tan has exceptional customer service! I get the best deals every time I come here! The beds are clean and I don't feel ripped off purchasing tans here! I highly recommend checking it out and giving it a try. They always have specials going on so be sure to ask the front desk for the latest (they are extremely helpful and nice!!!).

I have gone to a couple places to tan in the past and I have to say this place is my favorite. They are extremely friendly and they have a large range of options. The beds are all really nice and clean also, which is incredibly important to me. Not only do they give you a lot of options, but they completely explain every option so you can get exactly what you want. It's also not overly pricey like a lot of tanning places are. You should check this place out.

This is my favorite Tropical Tan location in Seattle. It's easy to find parking nearby, and sometimes I just take the bus here in the day time from downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and they have good quality tanning bed. Generally I can get the tanning bed or spray tan booth I want to use even I just walk in. Good place to hangout for dinner nearby too.

This is by far my favorite place to tan in Seattle! It isn't close to my home but I go out of my way to come here. The beds are awesome and always clean and in good order, the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I never have to wait since they have great hours and lots of beds. They always have great in store deals and I have gotten groupon and living social deals as well. I will continue to tan here as long as I am in Seattle

So I went in on a spree and got right into an unltra bed with great assistance. The staff in Queen Anne are great and totally down with your tanning needs. Plus if you work and live in Lower Queen Anne, there is something to say about a great place to go and feel welcome and get some well needed warmth both from the staff and their great tanning beds. Since I have been to a few, its great that the staff are so helpful and informative, its the best in Seattle so far! Can't wait for my ultra and mystic tomorrow! I have been tanning @ Tropical Tan for 5+ years and I have been very pleased with the service and value. The staff is very helpful and kind contrary to other salons where the staff can be quite stuck up so to say. The deals are great and they also have red light therapy to protect your skin, variety of lotions and lotion deals, and a mystic spray tan, which is as good as a airbrush tan but half the price. I personally go to the kenmore location, it is very clean and there you will find my favorite girl, Ally, lol i hope i spelled her name right. Ally is knowledgeable sweet and helpful, and answers any questions i may have, assists me with finding the package and lotion right for me, plus shes nice to chat with. i will never go to any other salon but Tropical Tan. I suggest coming here if your a tanner, you will never go to another salon again.

I have been going to this location for 15 years. There have been many different managers & employees. Tigan, the current manager, is by far my favorite. She has turned this facility around. It was getting kinda sketchy. Tigan is so friendly, professional and runs a great business. The cleanliness and maintenance is top notch. Bravo Tigan!!!

Awesome tanning options from Tropical Tan. Fast, clean, affordable service near downtown Seattle. I'm always in and out for my VersaPro spray tan in 15 minutes - an even, confidence-boosting tan! Sometimes street parking can be a challenge depending on what time of day you go, but there's a parking lot across the street.
