I absolutely love this place, I’ve been here for over 6 months and it’s a wonderful getaway, the girls are always so sweet, and the place is always clean. Unfortunately, my house flooded with sewer water when our main water line was compromised. It’s taken all of my money, and time, to take care of. I was a month behind my payment, about to be two months, I called the European Tan customer service and they seriously were so wonderful in helping me out. I will be coming back once this mess is sorted out! Thank you guys so much! Merry Christmas!

This is the best tanning salon I have been to. The staff is always friendly, beds are always clean, there is hardly ever a wait due to the amount of beds and variety offered, and they even have a hot/cold water dispenser for refreshments. Awesome experience every time! Oh, and the beds are STRONG but most are customizable so when the face tanners get too hot I can turn them down a bit :)

I've been going to Europe tan for a few years now, I've met a lot of front desk girls. They always meet me with a smile and even if there just learning they are kind. They are really clean at the Murray location and seem to have everything I need when I go in. I always appreciate them asking me if I have my tanning products and let me know when things go on sale!! I’ve been going here for years. It’s really the only place to go to get a great base tan, or to maintain that summer glow. Their beds are the best, and the spray tan is ok (but it’s been a few years since I’ve had that service) The girls are helpful and they keep this place immaculate!

The facility is fine.. It is clean and organized, and the staff are friendly. But the spray tan is WAY over priced. I get personalized, airbrushed spray tans for $15 less, which looks much more natural and evenly colored. I only go to European Tan when I can't get in to see my professional spray gal. I would consider European Tan MUCH more frequently, since you can walk in whenever without an appointment, but the price is NOT worth the convenience.

I would highly recommend European Tan to anyone looking for a tanning salon. Not only are their salons cleaner, nicer, and more up to date equipment wise than other salons I’ve been to, but their customer service is second to none as well. George goes out of his way to make sure his customers are treated more than fairly and have the best experience possible!

I absolutely love European tan especially the downtown location. The staff is always so warm and friendly and so knowledgeable. But one girl worth calling out is Madelyn (Maddie). If you are beginning out this is your gal! she is super helpful with recommendations on products and switching up beds and after care. She’s the best! Go see for yourself. Overall best tanning experience. Super clean always. Staff definitely makes it #1 for me.

Every time I go to European Tan I always have a great experience! The receptionists are so kind and the salon is always very clean. The Elite bed is definitely my favorite but all beds are good! Definitely my favorite tanning salon in SLC!

Every employee is super nice. Quick and easy tanning experience, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. My only issues are during the COVID-19 shutdown I was still charged and also there is a membership fee that you are charged even if you cancel for a few months and come back.

I’ve been going to this place for 5 years and would absolutely recommend it! They generally provide excellent customer service and I particularly like they’re spray tans (best booth spray I’ve been in). Last night, the girl who helped me was by far the most unfriendly I’ve ever had (you could just feel her negative energy/attitude & that she didn’t want to be there). I sat in the spray room for 5 minutes and walked back out to ask if she was going to turn it on and she said, “I did.” Walked back to the front and turned it on with no apology or anything. One poor experience over 5 years is nothing tho! I’ll definitely continue to go here while I live in salt lake.

I had a great experience with Elisa this morning. First and foremost I am completely a rookie when it comes to tanning and even more so when it comes to spray tanning. Elisa made everything so simple and I loved the results. She also helped me with picking the right product to help enhance my experience. The place was clean and well kept. This is the only place I will trust to do a spray tans! I had never gotten one before and Hunter was so friendly and knowledgeable. She kindly answered all of my questions and helped me figure out what would be best for me! I ended up getting the perfect level of spray tan and a nice lotion to help set it. I will definitely be going back and I love feeling so tan and confident. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the beds and great at offering deals and promotions. The beds all are up-to-date with bulbs and it is a clean atmosphere. It is my favourite tanning place I’ve found in Utah!

i bought a package for the sole purpose of beating the winter sads but will probably be a regular customer after my experience. i was assisted by Mianna and she was so helpful and informative which is greatly appreciated because i know nothing about tanning. the whole experience was very comfortable and the beds were great. will definitely return!

I go to the downtown SLC location, and absolutely love it there!!! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facility is always kept super clean. And, they always remind me of special discounts on tanning lotion to help keep my costs low. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

1 Star for the customer service and front desk staff. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Facilities are great and clean but I would not recommend if you are looking for a fair experience. I will up date my 1 star review to 5 stars as a representative called and was eager to help make amends. She was much more friendly and talked me through the various options of my request. Thanks!

A bit on the pricey side, but the girls that work here are so nice, there is a great lotion selection, and so many beds/spray tan options to choose from. It's always super clean and the beds with water misters are super relaxing.

I’ve always been hesitant about tanning beds. But a couple of weeks ago I decided to give European tan a try. All my hesitations are now gone! Bella was so kind to explain all the options they had. There were was many beds to choose from besides spray tanning. They even have a red light that kills acne. Im pretty impressed by how professional and clean everything was! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to GLOW

I'm changing my previous statement below, because after posting this today I got a call from one of the girls that works their, she was genuinely concerned that something had went wrong and wanted to do whatever she could to fix it. Although at this point my tan still doesn't look great the fact that they care enough to try and figure it out and make things right makes all the difference in the world. Previously..... => Went to get a spray tan with one of my friends today, decided we would try European tan... HORRIBLE idea! I cannot believe how badly it turned out. Seriously I look like I'm dirty. She said they had just gotten a new booth, well they should have stuck with the old one. Don't go here. Really spend your money elsewhere.
