I have hyperthyroidism, my nails are thin and I have to have them covered. Too many places are ruff on the nails and make my hands hurt. No more , I found a nail salon called Detail Nails in North Providence RI. I have a gentle soul to do my nails. Thank you Sam. He goes into details with nails so they match the person's hand and he takes his time. No rushing.. The ladies are nice also. A great team at Detail Nails. Thank again.

The customer service was great! This was the first time coming to this place and they did such a great job! The water for the pedicure was a little bit cold though. The overall attention to detail was great. I would definitely recommend this place! The price is definitely way better compared to mostly nail salons and very high-quality job =)

I am glad I gave this Nail salon a try. I enjoyed my first time experience. Staff were friendly. The establishment is clean and cozy. I find the prices to be fairly priced. I only got a Regular Pedicure for my 1st time and I'm satisfied with the results.I didn't have a scheduled appointment but I did call before showing up to be sure they weren't busy. 😊 I plan to return again.

The best I have ever been to! I called the evening before to see if they had a particular color, they didn't and the owner went out and purchased the gel color I was looking for so that I could have it the next morning. Beyond customer service. It was my first visit and I had a fabulous pedicure and a gel polish change no. Selene was professional and did a fabulous job on both the pedicure and my nails. I will be a new regular. I already booked a pedicure for my husband and I for our anniversary!

Tim did my pedicure today. She took me in last minute and was very thorough And thoughtful. She had my nails looking beautiful by the time she was done. While my toes were drying she decided to file and shape my hand. I'm very impressed with the thoughtfulness. It looks way better than I expected! And the service was excellent!! Highly recommend

Welcome to my Diary

Its very rude to continuously speak another language in front of your guest or paying customer. One may not understand the specific language but body language is universal. I only give this place 3 stars because my nail tech was soo kind to me the first time. When I went back the second time she was not present so the owner I believe did my nails and proceeded to do the same thing. Rude, Rude, Rude! FYI I did put a translator on my phone so..... Again RUDE!!!

I went here for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. I was happy they were able to take me on such short notice. Sim has an awesome personality, and she talked me into getting gel nails (first time) and I'm so glad I did. My feet and hands look great. I will definitely be returning. Prices were good as well.

This place was absolutely the best! Sam did my nails, he did everything I asked for his sister did the color and gave great advice on what I wanted and it came out perfect! I wish I could give them 10 stars !!! Not only did they do a great job they were the nicest ppl and humble! It was not all about the money it was about making the customer happy!! They did beyond that!!! GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! What a great place I can’t say enough !!

First time here, I appreciate that they were fast and also explained everything they were doing . I wish I got his name but I saw the man who works there. I appreciate his work and honestly you can tell he knows what he is doing my nails came out so natural and flawless. I will def come back, also the pricing was so much cheaper than most places!

This was my first time coming to Detail Nails. My experience was by far a 5 star! Sam was so beyond nice. He did exactly what I asked. Throughout out the entire time Sam was doing my nails he made great conversation with me. I will definitely be going back!

Walking in without an appointment was a breeze. The place is nice and clean and the acetone smell isn't too strong. The customer service was great. The work its self was average. Would have been 4 stars if they offered leg wraps with pedicures. Great pricing as well.

The staff is incredibly friendly and make an effort to get to know you! They've been in business for 7 years and you can definitely tell why! Although the Spa Pedicure is cheaper than most salons, the experience is way above average! They don't treat you like just another customer walking through their doors. They take their time and will ask you throughout the process if they're being too rough. I will definitely be returning to this salon!

My daughter and I walked in for 2 sets and a pedi and thry took us right away.. I have to say they are the best.. I had my nails done at alot of different places but this place is the best.. The prices are good.. Its been 3 weeks today and all my nails are still on.. I recommend all my friends to check out Detail nails!! I found my spot not going any where else..

This was the first time for getting a pedicure this was the best thing I have ever done for my self if you ever want a real great pedicure go there .the only problem I had there was how do I walk out of there without walking on air. I gave them a 5 but they deserve 10 and above.I will be back .
