I always go to this particular sun tan city as it is close to where I live. I can’t say that I’ve had many memorable experiences when it comes to the customer service. However, yesterday was a bit different. The girl who had checked me in, Sarah, I believe was her name, was a breath of fresh air. Very nice and professional. This business needs to keep her around for awhile :)

Went here last night to sign up for a membership and had a great experience. The two girls working were SO helpful and very professional. One of them took me on a tour and explained everything and answered all my questions. They were both very nice and very personable. Thank you!

It all comes down to how well the beds work for me:) I prefer the high pressure beds over any other ones that they offer. I think the staff are accommodating but there could be a little more common courtesy. Other than that I love this place and would recommend this to everyone!

I like getting my spray tan here. The service is good when you have a membership but they always try to up sale you something, ALWAYS, and that is just annoying. The last time I got a spray tan, she told me I would get orange and spotty if I didn't by the extra cost package... Which I think is stupid because she was literally telle that her regular product suck. Bad selling tactic...

Have not had time to frequent this as much as I want to but the staff is very friendly. The location of the Portland branch is surrounded by construction. Plenty of parking. Clean booths and beds. Lots of lotions to choose from. Always running various specials. It helps me break up the winter with some warm lighting.

I love how they offer many different tanning packages, options, and pricing is not really that highly priced considering with some of their member ships you do get to use all beds and booths and even Sun spray tanning. Great great place for all your tanning needs.

Love it but frustrated with the fact that I can't use my fingerprint and I've wasted a whole month of tanning because I lost my ID even though I've been going there for months and they know my face thanks a lot sun tan City
