Wonderful experience! Was passing through the area on vacation and looking for a pedicure. Online reviews of this spa were great so thought I’d try it. Glad I did. It was a busy spot but the staff were super well organized and there was much activity for me to watch as I waited for my appointment. Bright, clean spot. The nail specialist frequently asked me if I was pleased with each step of the service as we went along. But what really impressed me the most was how kind each of the coworkers were to each other. As I said it was a very busy spot but they helped one another and made jokes as they worked. A relaxing experience. I will make plans to visit again the next time we are passing through. Thank you Ann and team 😊

I recently relocated to Portland from NYC and stumbled on AnnLe after leaving class at SMCC. I’ve been a regular for about 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been getting acrylics on my natural length for years, and I love Ann and Les work. I can go a solid 2-3 weeks between fills without a single chip. They’re a great couple, and provide amazing service. (PS The color in the picture is 372)

I have had two gel manicures. The first was great, the second not so much. When I went back a week after the second to complain, the issue was immediately addressed with no questions or embarrassment. I greatly appreciated the effort to maintain customer satisfaction.

Truly a hit or (big) miss - my first time going was amazing, the ladies were so friendly and did a good job. My second time was a bit different. My gel toenails started to lift the next day and one of my acrylics broke too.

Definitely feels like fair pricing. This was only my second pedicure in my life but it's absolutely something I should do more often. The message chairs are an amazing bonus. I left feeling so much more relaxed than when I arrived and now my toes are a nice pretty blue. Everything felt super clean and the staff was very friendly. I'll go back for sure!

Went to Annle’s Nail Bar for the first time today for a simple manicure. The manicure was performed fine except one moment she cut part of my skin trying to clean up the cuticles. The reason I’m writing this review is the experience I had when paying and leaving a tip. The manicure was $30, so I asked her to charge my debit card $35. She asked me if I had cash instead, I said unfortunately no. There is a sign at the front desk saying they ‘prefer’ cash, but I would have had no way of knowing this beforehand (I did call and make an appt - no mention of cash only). The woman proceeded to tell me it costs them money to charge a card. I say OK, I’m sorry, but that’s what I have, and I’ll do $35. She then went on to tell me that the machine takes 20%…. Still not putting my card through as requested. I literally had to say out loud, ‘Okay, I’m sorry, are you trying to say I need to give a bigger tip?’ She says nothing and looks at me. So I say just charge $38. One of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen. It’s too bad because I’m sure I would have returned given the proximity to my office if it weren’t for this interaction. Also, the woman mentioned also did my nails, and I would note her name if she had ever told it to me.

Received a pedicure for the first time at this salon and was thrilled with the service. Jennifer gave me the pedicure and it was amazing. It was hands down the best one I’ve ever had!! My toes and feet look great and I’m completely relaxed. The salon is also very clean, has fair prices, and is a nice environment. 100% coming back!!

I went here for the first time today and the experience was very positive. Quiet, relaxing, no over powering smell of acetone. My tech was Ben, he paid very high attention to detail and the result was absolutely the best French manicure I have ever received. Also very gentle, as I have been cut before at other salons when trimming cuticles and he worked quickly but gently and I really appreciated his work. Definitely recommend Ann Li’s.

I called last minute for 2 pedicures and they could fit us in. The people are very friendly, the place was very stylish and very clean. My tech did a great job- the basic pedicure uses hot stones which are so relaxing. Would definitely come back here.

i had a very good experience at this nail salon! it's not the best set of acrylics i've ever had but very close. they're pretty even and look very nice. the people are very accommodating and if u ask them to fix something they'll gladly do it! i'll definitely go back soon.

Happy to have stumbled upon this place. Great quality and service, friendly, very busy, I only would ask that the price be discussed before providing the service (they have a menu, but what I thought was being done cost 3x less then what was done). Be sure to ask if it's important to you. I will return.

In the area on business and broke a nail. I use nail dipping powder over my natural nails. The technician was talented and experienced. They use good nail powders and did a great job. If I lived local, they would be my regular choice.

Be sure to take off your shoes when you first come in, socks too and go barefoot so you do not slip on the floor, in case you did not arrive in sandals/flip fops. Felt quite at home kicking off me shoes/shoes first coming in.
