I came in today to see John and he did great! The people here are always busy but super nice and professional. I had a previous acrylic gel set on that we removed and then did a new full set, gel polish, with designs and John did amazing! I also did another service after this which was french tip gel toes and he did great! Definitely recommend!

To all my corporate elegant ladies. Please believe me when I say this is the BEST acrylic fill i have ever received. This man made my nails look so elegant and natural and not bulgy or thick. If you are looking to get acrylics ask for ANDREW. He did amazing!!!! This was my first time here and ANDREW went out of his way to find a clear glitter gel I wanted. If you look closely he went so close to my cuticle it looks completely natural. I love them! I will be coming here for now on! 10/10 service!!!!

Cindy did such a beautiful job on my dip nails! Exactly what I asked for, she has a great eye for design and I loved them. I’m really rough on my hands and normally destroy manicures before they get the chance to grow out, but you can see how well these lasted - this is 3 weeks later and they’re pretty much intact!

Tommy chose the most beautiful red to accent the glitter I wanted. My nails are so beautiful and strong, he did such an amazing job! I can’t wait to come back for more SNS nails! Update: this is now my third dip manicure (my nails grow quickly) and yet again, Tommy knocked it out of the park! I am absolutely in love with my silver holo dip. Tommy is the best and you can tell he takes such pride in his work.

I did a manicure and the Deluxe pedicure and the pedicure was as good as any I have had at an expensive spa. Linda did my pedicure and foot/leg massage and it was fantastic. She took her time and made sure to inquire as to my comfort throughout. It was very relaxing and she applied just the right amount of pressure. I’d highly recommend her. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly.

I have been to this location many times throughout the years. I hadn’t been here in awhile and to my delight they got a facelift and it is looking great. The same great service with new life. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Today I had Kelly and she was excellent. The deluxe pedicure was exactly what I needed. It comes with a scrub and the massage was heavenly. I appreciate the cleanliness. They use gloves and the instruments are in sterilized individual packages. For that reason alone I will definitely be back and asking for Kelly!

Very clean place. Was my first time, the reason why I gave it a 4 star rating was that I asked my technician to do a color on my toes and a different one on my nails ( I think 94 & 347). When done with toes we started nail paint on the hands, I asked if she's sure that's a different one & it looked the same as my toes, she told me that it was and to stop moving ( lol) because I was trying to look at the package making sure she hit the correct one. Needless to say, I was right, both hand & toe nails were the same color . Paid for the service and left a little disappointed.

I recently moved to Arizona and my skin is not doing well with the dry weather. My feet were dry and cracked so I turned to them to see if they could help. The man at the front desk (I assume he’s the owner) went above and beyond to help me, recommending certain services of course but also giving me tips to manage the problem over time at home. They were highly attentive to my needs. My technician Kelly paid great attention to detail and was generous with her time with a fantastic leg and foot massage. Moreover, when I called to make an appointment earlier in the day, I couldn’t get through initially. They called ME back within minutes! I hadn’t even left a message. I’m so impressed with their customer service. Will absolutely go back!

Tommy was great at taking off my SNS/dipping powder (healed me of my PTSD from Greenfield Nails & Spa). Bee is my go to for SNS/dipping powder manicure now. I'll drive an hour just to do my nails here from now on. Apparently October can be a slow month so if you're looking to get in asap, give them a ring or book online.

Not only are the nail techs skilled but if you come here you’ll find a true family environment. The nail techs are friendly and meticulous - they don’t skip steps. I have tried a bunch of nail salons since moving here and this one is my favorite. Andrew does a great job my my acrylics. Kelly does a great pedicure too. If you catch them on a non-busy day you’ll have the best experience.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year and absolutely love it. They are *consistent* which is the difficulty in finding a good nail salon. After all the months I’ve been coming here I have never requested a nail technician in particular because I don’t even have to hassle with that since I’m confident with whoever I am put with. I usually do pedicure, dip manicure, and eyebrow wax. Excellent service and they didn’t go crazy with pushing mask wearing on the patrons. Great people working there.

I booked online (very convenient system) with Susan for Dipping powder aka SNS full set and asked for pink all over with the glittery purple accent nail on my index finger. She did exactly the same I requested and even suggested the ombré addition on my ring finger nail which looks pretty darn cool. We got done on time. Loved everything about this nail salon - ton of color options, and Susan was fabulous. Can’t wait to be back for more services and update here. Highly recommend!

While I felt like they did a good job with my pedicure, I felt like I was being rushed by the time I was getting my manicure. They didn't trim or take the dead skin off around my nails. UPDATE: After having a concerning experience I did continue to go to the business as they do a nice job. At my last visit they made sure to seek me out to talk to me about what happened at that prior visit and make sure that this was resolved. I was impressed they approached me and cared to check in with me to correct the issue that caused my prior experience. The woman doing my nails cut my toe because she got over zealous with trimming my cuticles and it caused me to bleed! Never ok especially during a pandemic when everyone is cautious. This nail salon is great! The new owners are present and ensure that you have a great experience. I found this nail salon by chance on Yelp and can honestly say it is now the only place in the valley I will go to. The parking was a bit tricky (I went on a Saturday right after a big movie release). There is ample parking, but you may have a short walk. Even though it may seem a tad inconvenient, it should not sway you from the salon. The customer service was top notch. The salon was clean and felt relaxing. This is the only place I will get my nails done now. I had the SNS Dip done and went 3 weeks with no breaks or chips and could of easily gone another week or 2 before getting them done again. ***NO STARS⭐** I went to get my lashes down as I have in the past with one of their former employees and the last few visits have been at the Scottsdale location. I couldnt get in with my lash technician so I went to this location instead. I hated them to be honest. It was a fill and she didnt even glue them on my lashes but my skin and the glue was burning my eyes the whole time. I mentioned it and she said it was normal. UGH No its not!..She proceeded to continue and after she was done she showed me the finish product and it looked like she just stuck a bunch of extensions without fanning them or bothering to attach them correctly. She didnt even brush them to align them. By then she had left the room and left me sitting there trying to find a lash comb to at least make them OK. She put everything away and I didnt want to dig thru her stuff just to find one. I paid because at least she did a good job on my brow wax. I told her I wasnt happy with the lashes and she stated she doesnt do hybrid fills often that she always does Volume. I wish she would've mentioned that before hand. 😒 I'll just keep going to to Scottsdale location from now on. **UPDATE 2/11/22** 10 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANK YOU KATHY FOR REACHING OUT AND MAKING IT YOUR PRIORITY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I just had my lashes done and first of all every one was so sweet, the place was popping and they were clean and quick. My lashes look amazzzzzing, I'm so impressed! And the prices are so affordable! My daughter Hannah has raved about this place and her long coffin nails and luscious lashes always look fire so I finally went and I couldn't be more happy! Like I legit almost cried when I looked in the mirror because I felt so beautiful ( but of course I was like oh hell no Amber, no tears- 👏🏼you👏🏼 just👏🏼 got👏🏼 these👏🏼baddies on👏🏼! Hahaha❤).
