I cannot express how amazing this visit was! My friend and I have been trying to find a good nail salon to make our own and let me tell you... AMAZING! The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and well managed. We got in a little late but they still decided to see us, I have never been this happy with my nails. Great conversations, truly professional job and not a bad price! I have to give an extra shout out to the tech that did my nails Lisa. You can tell that everyone who works here really cares about their work. I’ll be coming back without a doubt! Thank you for such a good experience!

It was my first time going in and as soon as I walked into the salon I fell in love with the vibe, the knowledge and how transparent they are with their customers! Every single person there was talking, laughing, and having a good time! I went in with a specific design in mind and did NOT expect it to turn out as amazing as it did. Victoria is awesome and knows so much about nails and will tell you up front what is good and what isn't suitable for you.I admire her accuracy and how detail oriented she is. They're all so friendly and accommodating! If I could give them 7 stars or more I totally would!! I would definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back! Thank you so much!!!

You can tell that they pay attention to detail and took their time with getting the exact shape I wanted. They also had snacks which I think it's pretty cool. Saw a woman's nails in a store and was so impressed that I asked where her nails were done. Luxe Nail is it! The nail bar responded to my inquiry within a day and they easily set my appointment. The day of, I was happy to pull in and have ample parking. The shop was clean and I was instantly greeted. Andy did a beautiful pedicure & manicure. She paid careful attention to every little detail and the pedicure was truly relaxing. My gel manicure is a work of art. I showed Andy some photos and she was so incredible and surpassed my hopes! Literally everyone who has seen my nails today complemented me...and I was at an event. Really impressed and excited to go back!!

If I can sum this salon up in two words it would be simply amazing! All of the workers are professional, well dressed, and very friendly. I recently moved from the east coast and stumbled across this salon on google after seeing its stellar reviews and it happens to be only 7 minutes away from my job in Phoenix. One of the nail technicians My is super talented. She is very efficient and every unique design I have pitched to her she was able to master instantly! We has an amazing conversation with her and shared some laughs. She killed it on the shape and design I was wanting. I got a deluxe pedicure and acrylic/ gel manicure as a walk-in. Yvette did such a great job with my ombre mani and the other ladies were very nice! The salon is beautiful and clean, chairs are comfortable, and they have sooo many colors to choose from. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done!

I LOVE this place! I've been coming here for the last 3-4 months. They are both incredible nail technicians! My nails always look amazing! I'm there every 3-4 weeks (Yes! That's how long they last!). My nails never lift, they never break. Even if they did, the technicians are more than happy fix it for you. I highly recommend making an appointment though, especially if you are planning to go on the weekend.

I want to say that I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and have been to a ton of nail salons. I am from out of state and I tried Luxe Nail just from driving by. I have been very pleased with their service, cleanliness, and professionalism. They are very much into personal customer service. In response to one customers opinion about the owner not caring when she left, etc. that is the one point that I am impressed with is that Annie and employees are focused on the individual and is present with them when they are receiving their service. That is important to me! I have brought friends in from out of state and they have been happy too!

The staff is competent and attentive to their customer. I never feel rushed and it's most relaxing. The owner has been in the business a long time, and it's evident. AMAZING. Second time coming here and will forever come to this place only. First time was with Kelly, good pedicure with gel, and gel nails. But the second one, man, even better. Had Rena, as my nail artist, and would recommend her, not only is she professional and amazing in what she does, but she is the sweetest person that i clicked with! She outdid herself, showed her a picture of how i wanted my nails, told her you do what you think would look good, and surprisingly she did amazing, was gentle, and just so artistic with her work. 100/10 haha. Just came to Luxe nails and loved my visit. Kim did her magic on my nails & they turned out to be beautiful. These are my own nails & we used the dipping powder on them which is amazing.. Then I had a pedicure with Lynn & again it was a wonderful experience and I was so happy with the results. The next time I visit Scottsdale, , I will go back. Love love love..

Will absolutely go back. Experienced technician who taught me about the process of nail dip and what to look for as I often travel and need to go to other locations. That was very helpful. Nice massage chairs. Had pedicure with Andy. Very nice and well done. I would love a bit longer leg massage but then again I am not sure that any length is long enough for me.

I am a licensed manicurist, so my service standards are very high. I have been coming to Luxe Nails for deluxe pedicures every three weeks for almost a year. I went again today (only my second time) and they all recognized me and kept me laughing the entire time. I wish they had more color variety. I was able to still find the perfect one! I love this place! A few months back I was in a jam when my nail cracked in half and my previous salon would not get me in. Luxe Nails got me in and nailed it! Trendy, chic, clean, great value, great service. Everyone I have had contact with here is extremely kind, helpful and fabulous at what they do. Check-in is expedient. There is always someone walking around making sure everyone is being taken care of and everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Numerous nail services and a plethora of colors from which to choose. I have had both dip and gel manicures and their stuff will. not. come. off. Other places I have been, you can peel the color off in about 2 or 3 weeks. Not at Luxe Nails; you have to go back in to have it removed. I highly recommend!!

I drive 30 minutes just to come here! I have been going for a years, and watched it become such a beautiful spa! Expect longer waiting times if you go during busy hours, but it’s worth it. I have tried other salons with friends that live in different parts of the valley and it is always a waste of time and money compared to the experience here! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and more than accommodating. The atmosphere alone will have you saying "wow!" And that doesn't even include the vast array of polish colors ;) what's not to like? I would rate 6 stars if I could. Extremely accommodating for larger parties as well. I get gel mani/pedi's and never have issues with peeling, bubbling, or cracking before I'm due for my next appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

I went in today for a classic pedicure only. Got right in because it was early in the day and it was not busy. Website and menu said that I got a got towel WRAP with my service I got a warm towel rubbed over the front of my legs once only. A towel not even 2 towels. I asked for extra massage but the tech couldn't understand me very well and i also could not really understand her very well. She was nice but I did not get the service as provided in writing on their website and the menu in the shop. I don't live in Scottsdale and this was far from home. If you go here make sure you get what you paid for. Nice atmosphere, but they don't get more stars because of my experience.

Got a manicure and pedicure which bare bones and the deluxe pedicure which was $50, walked out for $80 so apparently the manicure was $28 (for a 30 second soak, nails clipped, cuticle removal and 30 second "massage" with Jergens). The pedicure skipped the included mineral salts and the rest of it was very abbreviated). As a man I didn't get any polish. All in all a lot of $$$ for a little service.

It is a luxurious set up with marble table tops & we were seated promptly and pampered! They did the best job that has ever been done!
