I've been a customer of Element Nail since it opened. It's simply one of the best nail salons in Scottsdale. The environment is warm, friendly, and classy. The staff is competent and attentive to their customer. I never feel rushed and it's most relaxing. The owner has been in the business a long time, and it's evident. Every detail is taken care of with professionalism, every customer is treated with first class service. I've been happy since the day the salon opened, and will continue to be a customer for a long time to come.

I stumbled upon this nail salon on google maps to get a last-minute gel manicure and pedicure. I was so happy that it was open late, and they accepted my walk-in. I had terrible experiences with other salons, and I was hesitant to get my nails done. I am so glad I decided to give this place a chance. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and funny. I did not feel judged because of my recent injured thumbnail. I felt embarrassed walking in the doors but came out confident. Thank you, Element Nails Bar, for making me feel beautiful with my gel white manicure, and pedicure. I will be coming back soon.

I had a nail emergency while out in AZ and researched salons in the area. The reviews were pretty good for this establishment so I decided to give them a try. Well, I was very pleased with the results. The gentleman was able to fix my broken nail, filled, shaped, and painted my nails beautifully!

My first visit to this location was wonderful, I love the atmosphere. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. I was looking for a new nail salon and this place got me the second I walked in. Very clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated immediately. I got a full set by Rena who is so skilled and so sweet. She did my nails amazing. She took her time and treated me very well, told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

I want to say that I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and have been to a ton of nail salons. I am from out of state and I tried Element Nail just from driving by. I have been very pleased with their service, cleanliness, and professionalism. They are very much into personal customer service. In response to one customers opinion about the owner not caring when she left, etc. that is the one point that I am impressed with is that Erik and employees are focused on the individual and is present with them when they are receiving their service. That is important to me! I have brought friends in from out of state and they have been happy too!

It was my first time going in and as soon as I walked into the salon I fell in love with the vibe, the knowledge and how transparent they are with their customers! Every single person there was talking, laughing, and having a good time! I went in with a specific design in mind and did NOT expect it to turn out as amazing as it did. Kelly is awesome and knows so much about nails and will tell you up front what is good and what isn't suitable for you.I admire her accuracy and how detail oriented she is. They're all so friendly and accommodating! If I could give them 7 stars or more I totally would!! I would definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back! Thank you so much!!!

My put a brand new set of acrylics on me and did a PERFECT job. I usually shy away from getting my nails done because they rarely come out the way I want them too, but she didn’t hurt me, the nails came out perfectly shaped and even, and the color was exactly what I wanted. The whole staff is SO sweet. The salon is clean and welcoming. I will DEFINITELY be coming back - you guys are the best!

I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT ENOUGH!!!!! It's all in the name top notch. I typically do not do my nails because of the harshness on my natural nails. This place is outstanding they truly care about your nails an you as a person not just a customer. I decided to keep my nails through the holidays because they do such an outstanding job. I lost a couple nails working an my natural nails looked healthier then before I had them done here so I decided to go back. I have arthritis, nail technicians in the past have always nicked my skin,but not these nail technicians they definitely have a different way of caring for your hands. I won't ever go anywhere else. I highly highly recommend this place.

The nail artists who work here are super friendly, and talented! I got a manicure from here before my prom, and I am so happy that I got so many compliments for my nails. They have the best collection of nail polish, and they charge fairly reasonably as well. Definitely coming back for more. 5 stars!

I have been to Element Nail Bar for years and see how hard Lisa works to grow her business, super nice to her staff. I'm a nurse practitioner, who loves to domy pedicure and manicure every three weeks. After tried out other salon I find the girls here are the best no matter to do your cuticles of nails art I Never been disappointed. I don't usually write reviews because to me if you don't like the place don't go back but I want to do it for this salon just because they're amazing, they deserve a five star. Keep up with the work girls!

Nice massage chairs. Had pedicure with Q. Very nice and well done. I would love a bit longer leg massage but then again I am not sure that any length is long enough for me.

They truly made me feel at ease for most of the time I was on one side by myself. It was so nice to be pampered. I wasn't rushed; they were very sweet but not overly talkative. No one pushed me to purchase more things as a mom and a 24/7 caregiver.! Can't wait to return with the hubby next time!

Saw a woman's nails in a store and was so impressed that I asked where her nails were done. Element Nail is it! The nail bar responded to my inquiry within a day and they easily set my appointment. The day of, I was happy to pull in and have ample parking. The shop was clean and I was instantly greeted. Niki did a beautiful pedicure & manicure. She paid careful attention to every little detail and the pedicure was truly relaxing. My gel manicure is a work of art. I showed Niki some photos and she was so incredible and surpassed my hopes! I felt like a Queen because they did my SNS manicure while I was getting the pedicure. They are very welcoming and friendly. I went again today (only my second time) and they all recognized me and kept me laughing the entire time. I wish they had more color variety. I was able to still find the perfect one! No list of prices on their website or anywhere as far as I can tell. If there was an upcharge for any particular reason that was not communicated to me.

About 3 weeks ago I visited Element nail and was impressed. The place is lovely, the staff is friendly, its a vibe! I had a dip set and eyebrow wax by Ruby and a Jelly pedicure by Tammy, the ladies were great. Nails lasted 2 weeks and Jelly pedicure going into the 3rd week, Im very delighted and this is definitely going to be my salon when Im on the west side!

My wife and I went for pedicures (my 3rd time going with her for a pedicure) after driving in from out of town. It was very clean inside, nice relaxing music playing and very comfortable pedi chairs. Their service was thorough, professional and relaxing. Price was very reasonable, too. If we're in town again, needing pedis, we'll be back here

I just got home from getting a pedicure here and it was heavenly. This place is walking distance from my house so it’s super convenient, but I’d never thought to stop in. My toes were in desperate need of TLC so I decided to stop in this morning. When I walked in, it was fairly quiet, but they got busy fast. The girl that did my pedicure did an awesome job and gave the best foot massage! I wish I had gotten her name. Unfortunately, I didn’t know they only took cash for gratuity so I wasn’t able to leave a bigger tip for her, but I will definitely get her next time I go in. Very friendly and very clean.
