Very nice customer service! Sat down with me and my husband and showed us her arts and crafts and made conversation, and even told me to not worry about going over their closing time because they had time for me. Worth the price! They listened to my wants and made sure I really liked my nails too, and I’m picky about my nail shape and size 10/10 just like the photo! Mike was who did mine

Kim gives the BEST pedicure. She is so gentle and attentive to detail. I would 100% go back to see her and recommend her to everyone else! The man who did my manicure did a fantastic job, looks just like the reference picture. They both gave great massages and moisturized my hands and feet. It did end up being a little pricey, but very worth it!

My friend and I wanted to get our nails done, we had called a place, they said they would accept walk-ins and that they would be open. We got there and THEY WERE CLOSED! We were rushing to find a place that would be still be open, considering it was 6:20 pm, we found Top Nails, they were very welcoming and did an amazing job. We felt bad for coming in 30 minutes before closing, even though we came in late they still took their time and made sure we got what we wanted! I am very content with my nails, I don't think I'll go get my nails done anywhere else!

I had a great experience at top nails when I was in town for training in Omaha. They were able to get me in at the last minute and my nails looked amazing. The only thing is my nail polish chipped after the second day, but other than that I will definitely be back when I come back to Omaha.

He did an amazing job on my hands and the lady I had for my feet gave me the most amazing rub I’ve ever received .this is for our holloween wedding an I’m absolutely in love with them . Now I would say the prices are way more then I’ve ever been charged anywhere but for the quality it was worth it ! I will defiantly be coming back from here on out !

It's an okay place. Not a bad experience. Although my nail stylist dug into my nail deep enough for it to bleed and then she just picked it up and showed me like I'm supposed to do something about it. I said it was ok and let her carry on, every time the nail paint hit it, it stung. She didn't mess my nail shape and the customer service was not bad, so I'd probably recommend this place

Extremely kind and professional. Texted the address and confirmed appointment beforehand. Did an INCREDIBLE job with not only the acrylics but the design as well. If your looking for a great nail shop, come here! I have been going to Top Nails on 41st and Valley street for approximately six months and service is always great and consistent. Katie is extremely detailed oriented when doing my nails, they are always perfect! I have been to many nail shops, but nothing compares to Top Nails. The rest of the ladies in the shop are extremely kind and welcoming too. I mainly get a shellac full set (done by Katie), but Q has done a pedicure for me and it was great! And Michelle has done my eyebrows, and they were great too! This shop is extremely affordable for the quality of service you receive. My 8 year daughter also LOVES getting manicures here too.

My husband Steve and I get pedicures and manicures and Michelle is awesome at removing ingrown toenails and Q does awesome and Kim has helped me as well. Only great things to say! Absolutely would recommend going to Michelle any day! She is one of the most nice and most professional women I have met. Anytime I come in to get my nails done she tries to make sure that they match up with whatever picture I bring in and always ends up doing a fantastic job. If you are sick of the cow branding type of service you are getting from the typical Omaha nail spa - GO HERE!!! Their chairs are in great shape. They have good air flow so it doesn’t smell like chemicals They use very high quality scrubs and lotions by NuSkin. They take good care of each client that comes in. I mean they broke out a fan to dry the art on my toes! Made me and my three daughters feel very special.

I had gotten my nails done at another salon and came in for a fill, i absolutely hated the nails i had before. (80% of the nails i’ve gotten i’ve hated, the shape wasn’t clean, color didn’t last, etc..) i believe who helped me was the manager or owner, she’s absolutely amazing. Agreed that my nails were ugly and did an amazing job. Also had 0 wait time! the only thing i didn’t like was prices aren’t posted, found out later they charge based on length. not a problem for myself but may be for others.

I moved to Nebraska from Florida almost two years ago and I have been coming to top nails for almost a year now. It’s a hidden gem. Everyone does an amazing job and I never had a problem getting in on my scheduled appointment. I usually go in the dip nails after Michelle suggested it and I have no regrets. People are always impress by my nails. I usually get my nails done Michelle or the guy that works there (I don’t know his name lol but he’s really good and the main person I get my nails done with). I recommend EVERYONE checks out this place. Just make sure you’re on time to your appointment. They are a business and have a lot of customers.

I've came here several times to see Katie and Michelle and have had great experiences with both of them. I have my real nails and these girls take great care of them. I go in for the powder dip nails. They both do an excellent job, they're work is artistic and one-of-a-kind. They're also very nice to their customers and take care of them. The prices are very reasonable for the work. I even came in today because some of my diamonds fell off. That has never happened, I usually have the diamonds last a couple of months before I come back in. Since it was not common to have the diamonds fall off I came in and asked if she could fix them. She was very apologetic and very understanding and had no issue seeing me that same day and fixing them. You can see the pictures for yourself that the work is amazing and you can see they have some of the top reviews in Omaha. Love these ladies ❤

My wife and I have been regular customers here for about 6 years. Due to ingrown nails, pedicures are a regular part of my routine. This is by far the best place I have found. Very clean and relaxing space. I got a Mani Pedi with no polish. The massage chairs for the Pedi were very comfortable and the woman doing the Pedi was very sweet. Her English wasn't strong, but her co-workers made sure we were all set and kept their ears open for us during the service. Her foot massage was amazing, even paid attention to the pads of my toes! My Mani was equally as great. I mostly get Manis to get my cuticles trimmed up and this is one of the best cleanups I've had (I do massage and work in a warehouse and go to school for diesel mechanics so my hands get pretty torn up). I will definitely be back!

Just moved here and looking for a new nail place. Decided to try Top Nails based on the reviews and the fact I like different nail designs. I called and made an appointment with Katie. She was sweet. Her technique was not what I was use to but went with it. Showed her a picture of the nail designed I wanted and for the most part it was okay. Next I had a pedicure, the lady was good and it was very relaxing. I decided to get my underarms waxed ... Katie did it and it was very painful and she missed a lot of hairs. My total, including tip was over $100. After a few days (3 or 4) the polish on my toes chipped and the next day the gel on my acrylics started to chip as well. Everyone was nice but the quality of product was not up to my liking.

This place is AMAZING!!! I am a male of 40 years who has fairly rough, worn, thick skinned feet. I have had 3 pedicures in my life and they all felt like the person doing them just sorta gave up... And honestly I kinda dont blame them. I was hesitant to try again BUT the women at this shop (Top Nails) did the total opposite. They went above and beyond to make my feet fabulous 😍. I was literally showing them off to my nephew of whom I am sure didnt care lol. I am proud of my feet now and I will be returning monthly. Top nails is a cute place and I would go there again in a pinch, but wouldn't be my first choice. Lol. The ladies were all nice and did an okay job on my nails. By okay I mean it's just a little messy but WAYYYY better than what I had before. Lol. I would say for me is not my first choice but you should go and try it out abd develop your own opinion. Lol Edit and response to the owner, i went to 4137 valley st, with my sister in law. Is that not your location? I left this review because it is a cute place, you ladies are nice, but I still feel like a better job on my manicure could have been done. I never said anything about how my nail tech made me bleed while cutting my cuticles because accidents happen. Either way my sister and I enjoyed the atmosphere there yesterday OK.

I've been going to Top Nails for about 6-7years when the old owner was still there... First I'll start by saying Michell is the BEST! She's MINE and she knows it! lol Her and her staff have always been amazing and have always done an excellent job with any task. Michell has also become a wonderful friend to me. Katie is one of the newer gals and she's always so so sweet... she does my pedicures and if Michell isn't available for some reason, she'll do my nails. And again another friendly and talented staff member. Half of the time I just walk in... sometimes I'll make an appointment. I just love this place, and as long as I'm in NE I'll never go anywhere else! Honestly for the negative reviews... you people just must be miserable. Complaining about wait times and their work/attitudes is ridiculous to me because usually you're the ones that are just arrogant and spoiled. You complain about wait times yet how do you expect them to do a patiently well done high quality job on your wants and needs? A little hypocritical don't you think? Anyways... I’d never been to Top Nails before; in fact, I’m an out-of-towner visiting my folks who just moved here, so I’d never been to the Omaha area prior to this weekend. I arrived to Top Nails on Saturday, mid-afternoon, without an appointment and was given a wait time of 25 minutes. It was just over 30 minutes before I was seated in a spa chair with water, and then I waited roughly 30 minutes more. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, as I wasn’t pressed for time and they were super busy (still, an accurate time estimate would’ve been nice). I selected the third pedicure option, which was $47 and included a foot/leg massage with all the perks. While I find this somewhat expensive for a pedi, I feel that this price is comparable to other deluxe pedis I’ve had, and the extra $$ was worth it to me, as I am VERY pregnant and was desperate for some relief for my poor feet and ankles. The cleaning/message process was very enjoyable! The woman who worked on me (I’m sorry to say I didn’t catch her name) was thorough and had a sweet disposition; I was pleased with her quality of work. The issue came with my toe nail design and the raise in price that resulted. Now, I should clarify that I used shellac which I’m aware is a bit more expensive. But to do shellac plus a SIMPLE design was an up charge of $15, totaling a whopping $62. Add a tip, and I ended up spending $67! (And after what a great job my nail tech did, I felt like this tip wasn’t really adequate, but with the price being so high already, I decided it would have to suffice.) To put this in perspective, last week I got a gorgeous hair cut plus all-over color for $70 (including a $10 tip). I could see spending that much on a full set of gel nails...but for a simple pedi? It seems a bit steep to me. And to top that off, when I got home I was super disappointed to find that the polish on my left pinky toe didn’t cover the entire nail, despite the two coats my tech put on. It’s a small and barely noticeable error, but an error nonetheless - and one that absolutely should not happen at that price. I don’t necessarily regret my trip there, but I will not be returning for a pedi. On a side note, the nails I saw there were consistently beautiful and high-quality. If you’re looking for a basic pedi or impressive nails, this seems like the place to be. But for me personally, the price didn’t match up with the service/product I received.

Nice little salon in an unassuming location. Every time I go, it’s always busy, so that’s saying something. I recently got a pedicure, and right off the bat I noticed that they charge about $7 more for the service than most people. They did a good job, but I’m not sure I’ll stray from my normal salon due to their higher prices.

Came here before Valentine's Day to have a set put on. Came back for a refill a couple weeks ago no problem. Came back for a still 3 days ago, she didn't are off the old acrylic that was lifting on the sides leaving it missing really crappy and my niece also got her nails done one broke they didn't remove the old acrylic glued-in tip on top of it and put new acrylic just kind of patched it up but still charged even though I broke less than 24 hours later.. looking for new places..
