Linda did amazing. She took her time and was very thorough. Most of my experiences in Omaha are rushed and poor service but not here! Definitely worth every penny. I got builder gel + glow in the dark shellac as well as a shellac organic pedicure and loved it! I will definitely come to her every time I visit Omaha. Very friendly service.

I called at 130 pm, they were able to get me in at 3 pm the same day. When I arrived, there was no waiting and they were able to do my mani and pedi at the same time. This may not be what everyone wants but for me, I don’t want to spend 2 hours at the salon. Also, it was an option to have them done simultaneously but not necessary. I was in and out in 40 minutes. For me and my busy schedule it was perfect and my nails look great!

It's a really nice place my 7yr old daughter really enjoyed it they're great with the little ones there fun and they take good care of them and I also enjoyed the experience they're gentle not like other places that hurt you when they work on you. Best manicure in Omaha ! Shayla did my nails beautifully, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted white nails and some sparkle to fit the winter wonderland theme and Shayla completely understood what I wanted and did an amazing nail art on me. The dip feels thin and even and the I am in love with the shape of my nails. I got offers a coffee and everyone was super nice. We had a nice chat and I felt directly at ease. I will definitely come back 😍😍😍

I had a wonderful experience. I travel for work and more often than not trying to find a nail salon that takes walk-ins that doesn’t make you feel rushed is almost impossible. But the 2 ladies that helped me today didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My nails look great and my feet feel and look amazing too! If I lived in the area this would be my regular nail salon. I also feel like the prices are very reasonable! I wish there was a nails salon like this everywhere I had to travel to! They are also very sanitary! They use the liners and take all the tools out of sterile packaging! Thank you so much for taking care of my hands and feet! I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

My bridal party and I went to this salon to get our nails done the day before my wedding. They did a great job managing our large party and completing our services in a timely manner. They created an extremely welcoming environment, allowing you to bring in your own food and drink. They even gave me a complimentary pair of sandals as the bride! I would definitely recommend for brides and for all your routine nail needs!

I’ve been here a couple of times. I’ve had good and bad experiences. But they do tend to rush you and that’s a huge no no for me. When I go to a nail spa I want to relax and enjoy my time. Especially since this place is a little overpriced, and when they rushed me on picking the color and doing both my toes and nails at the same time. It’s upsetting when you see the finished work and you can tell the very obvious errors. If I am spending a good amount of money I expect good work and attention to detail.

This was a very nice looking spot and the woman who did my nails did a pretty good job for the most part. The pedicure was much better than the manicure. During the manicure she seemed very rushed even though she started and hour before they closed and it was very basic. None of the colors I picked out turned out the same, It was almost like she was grabbing completely different colors. They also didn’t have very many gel colors to choose from. This still isn’t a bad place for whenever I can’t make it in to my usual spot.

Couldn't be happier!! I went here on a whim because they were open til 8pm on a Saturday (unlike anywhere else). I called ahead and they not only fit me in immediately, but the gentleman at reception offered the best customer service I've had EVER at a nail salon. He even told me to "drive safely" on my way over. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and taken back to a chair. I got the dip manicure and Linda provided incredible attention to detail. The value was great. The inside is beautiful, there is nice music playing, everything is very clean, and I felt calm and stress-free. Thank you! I will be back.

This is seriously the best salon I have been to in Omaha. I tried for years to find a place that is clean, luxurious, yet relatively affordable. Look no farther because this is the place. The staff is very talented and the front of house, Morgan, is so friendly and always makes the experience a positive one. I highly recommend coming here for your nail needs. I had a great pedicure but the lady really rushed my boyfriend pedicure, which really bums me out. Also they only take cash tips, I wanted to split $25 bucks for both ladies but the cashier misunderstood and broke my $20 with 3 $5 and then gave me my $5 back. After thinking about it I’m realizing I’m short $5.

My sister in law and I went together as a combined bday gift from my parents. Omg. Being working mothers and on our feet constantly, this was such a rare treat. The staff was funny, kind, genuine and just all around great. Their business was clean and beautiful! We felt so pampered! We even enjoyed a glass of wine while having our pedicure! I love being personally greeted and welcomed when I am there. No matter what, the owner/manager gets to you and welcomes you. The pedicure is always top notch and they do not hurry you. My Mom has a toe that goes over another toe and often gets hurried out of the chair, but not here. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! When we walked in, we were greeted and filled out a questionnaire and had our temperatures taken. They have a wonderful polish selection and the salon was beautiful! We were led back to the chairs, the salon was extremely clean and socially distanced. The ladies who provided the pedicure/manicure services were lovely and did a great job. The tea was delicious! Everyone working was attentive and kind. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend! Thanks for such a special experience!

My only recommendation is that more detailed attention be given to cleanliness of the massage/pedicure/manicure/spa chairs & tables between client traffic, as obvious evidence of previous clientele should not be grossly apparent.

First time today going here today 08/14/21 after trying multiple other facilities in Omaha. This was by FAR the best! Beautiful and relaxing space, friendly staff, and very clean and tidy. I highly recommend Diamond, she took her time and did a fabulous job. I am confident that the nails I had done today will be very durable and they look clean and smooth.

I loved the people working here and my nails looked great when I first got them done. Prices reasonable. I got dip polish and it has been 1 week since my service and they are already falling off and peeling, which has never happened to me before with dip polish. Disappointed with the quality. Update: they have since called to make things right. Customer service is excellent.

I highly recommend this place to anyone in Omaha looking for a new nail place! The place is very clean and beautifully designed on the inside; it looks like a high end spa. I had a hot stone pedicure done, and it was a great service and my toes look and felt great! I chatted with the owner while I was there, and he was very nice and friendly. This place was a big step up in terms of good service and atmosphere compared to a lot of the other nails salons I’ve been to in Omaha. I will definitely be back.

I just had the best customer service I have EVER received at nail salon here in Omaha. I just went here the other day to try out a dip powder manicure - sadly there was so trouble and mistakes in the beginning but Monica came and saved the day! She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them and the ladies went above and beyond for me. They took of 50% off my manicure, a coupon for a free pedicure, free cuticle oil, AND another 50% off my next manicure just for the inconvenience I had in the beginning of my appointment. AND I did not even need to bring up or ask them to do anything that they did, they did all of this on their own because they care about their customer and want them to have the best experience. AGAIN this is the BEST nail place I have ever gone to in Omaha and I can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Monica and the rest of the M. Vince staff!

You can not beat the atmosphere at this place. It feels like a spa. They will ask if you want a cocktail or drink and are very polite and accommodating. That said I don't think the quality of the work is worth the prices. I enjoyed my experience but I feel it's overpriced.

They are passionate about what they do for their customers and want to make sure the customers are happy with the services. I have been getting my nails done by Monica for the last 2 years and she is absolutely AMAZING! Definitely recommend getting on her calendar 100%!!! She will take care of you. Tony does my pedicures and he is just as amazing with his leg and foot massages! Monica and Tony are a dynamic duo and where they go is where I go!!! Hands down! Everyone was very nice & it is really nice inside. But, after a week my gel manicure started chipping. I also got a pedicure at the same time and I didn't feel like I was able to enjoy it because they were doing my manicure at the same time. Also, their prices are a bit high for the experience I received.

I came for a shellac color change. The guy didn’t have me wash my hands after taking the previous color off. He attempted to file my nails but managed not to be consistent. I received a birthday gift card from my daughter that had the accompanying gift receipt and the individual who checked me out claims it was already used. Impossible! I just got it. I couldn’t even use the giftcard and had to pay with my debit card. I will not recommend this business to anyone. Check out Tru Elegance on Maple Street instead. Disappointed customer!

My mom and I got our toes done this afternoon, walk-in. The spa is beautifully set up and very clean. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, prices are comparable to other spas. Will definitely come here again!

This salon is a gem! From first glance, I was wowed with how beautiful the salon itself was- lots of beautiful marble and gold accents, i felt like I was at a salon I would see in a big city like Vegas or LA. The man at the front, who I believe may have been the owner, was so attentive to me and my two friends. He made our experience very personable by calling us by our names and making sure we were comfortable. As we were leaving, he gave us plastic bags to put our shoes into as we walked out with our flip flops on. Definitely recommend for kind service and a beautiful atmosphere. Felt very safe from a Covid perspective as well!

Best salon in Omaha. They take COVID safety guidelines seriously and take temperature checks when you walk in. They’ll ask you write down everyone’s name for contact tracing. They have a selection of all range of colors and use quality products. They are friendly and the service is great. They offer drinks and gave tips on how to remove gel at home. Price is reasonable and I would highly recommend this place. Clean nails and attention to detail.

I’ve been searching for a good nail salon since moving to Omaha last year. I finally decided to try this salon last night. I got an ombré dip mani and it turned out great. What I was most impressed with was the level of detail the nail tech had for my nails. She continued to ask me for feedback on if I liked how she was shaping my nails or the level of ombré she was doing and she even added an extra layer for hardness when I said I typed a lot for work. Everyone was extremely polite and kind and the whole place is modern, clean and sparkling. I’m slightly ocd about my nails and I was super happy with how they turned out. It’s a little bit of a drive for me but completely worth it. I feel like there aren’t any other nail salons even close to as nice as this one here in Omaha. Highly recommend.

It’s hard to find a nail salon that gives you 100% during your services. Most places you go see there are people waiting so they rush and don’t focus on you... at M. Vince Nail Spa you are the center of attention and the noise level is minimal so you can relax and enjoy. One quick note... they also serve alcohol so if a glass of wine or cocktail suits your fancy go for it.

A Texas level nail salon! I am from Texas, and I'm always appalled by how low quality the nail salons in Omaha are compared to the salons in Texas, in terms of cleanliness as well as service. M Vince Nail Spa is beautiful, clean, and the pedicures are amazing: when I found out the owner is from Houston, I realized why! He really knows how to run a quality nail salon. I highly recommend pedicures here if you are in Omaha!

M Vince is a beautiful salon and very professional. I had a dipped manicure and was very disappointed it was only for the dip. There was no manicure such as cuticle removing or hand massage. I will be going back to my usual place Aksarben Nails... there it’s standard.

Came to visit family this trip and while I was here was in desperate need of mani/pedi. I called the day before to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate my last minute request. When I arrived I was greeted and checked in immediately and seated at the pedicure chair. The seat and space were clean and I had one on one attention from my nail specialist. She took her time with little to no distractions during my pedicure. She then took me to her nail seat and gave me an excellent manicure! Highly recommend this nail salon!

I went in for a gel manicure. When I was finished and walked out I noticed that it wasn’t to my satisfaction. I called and explained and they had me come with no issues and re did the manicure. It looks fantastic! The service was great and they understood my dissatisfaction and made amends to leave me satisfied. I would go again!
