I've been going here since my birthday October 2022. I do enjoy the calm atmosphere my nail lady has been Rosa all this time but the last time I went they made me go with Linda. Out of the 2, Linda is who you want if you need a deep massage (it's not light and thats a good thing for me when im aching) I hate when the massage feels light as a feather, but Rosa is who I like because she does extremely well fixing my nails. My nails are real so some grow crooked and she takes the time and extra effort to make them look straight by adding extra powder to even some nails out. It makes me comfortable growing out my natural nails. I'm a diabetic so it's important to me the nail person takes their time so I don't get nicked and possibly loose a limb. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the add on pricing for every little thing. Change nail shape, extra. Use gel polish instead of regular, extra. Want a pedi with wax on your feet, extra. What I used to spend elsewhere I can for get about it here.

Very relaxing when I was there (Sunday afternoon), all friendly staff, online booking was a breeze, was offered a free beverage, everyone wearing a mask because of Covid, clean, most customers there are regulars. I purchased the 'Summer Pedicure'....so nice, I really needed that....detail oriented in regards to polish. I love my toes and my feet feel fabulous!

Tammy and her staff are very kind and welcoming. I brought my daughter in to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows waxed for her first high school winter formal. They got her started right away, worked as a team so that we would be finished in a timely manner and did an amazing job. Tammy did especially well on her nails. She wanted a design she found online, and Tammy was able to match it perfectly. We are very pleased and will definitely be back 😊

Have come here twice and love it every time. The pink and purple set was based off a pic. I'm very happy with our decision to not go matte and use less colors! I'm so happy with how Tammy did them! Will be back again!

The young lady that did my nails was so nice and she seem like she did a good job on my nails . I just went for a color change she trimmed my cuticles which was nice! Nice place, friendly owners. One of the owners (the woman) fixed one of my gel nails for free once because I had messed it up like 2 days after my gel manicure (it was totally my fault, not a defect of the manicure). They can get busy it seems, but you can book an appointment on the phone or even on their website.

The nail tech Vicky was very skillful. I've done nails in over 20 nail salons and this is the most beautiful one! She made my nails look so perfect, as perfect as artificial nails.

Yes!! By far the best nail salon I have been to in years! (My second visit) I had my nails done today at 5pm (called beforehand to make an appointment, walk ins are accepted) and was immediately seen. The woman who worked on my nails was amazing, took 1 1/2 on white powder dip with fake tips but girl... I went home and put together a new TV stand and nails still feel and look new 🥰 I am a now a regular lol

I wish I had gotten his name, but the guy I had gave me the absolute best pedicure I have ever had I visit OKC about twice yearly to see family and will make a point to stop at Nail It for a pedi every time now. He was so thorough and also had a great personality. Overall fantastic experience!

I visited Nail it Salon back in 2018 with a friend and loved it so I decided to go back this time. Can you tell I’m not big on having my nails done? Lol I’m very proud of how long my natural nails are (1/2 of an inch). I started dipping them to protect them this past December and don’t regret it. I would of given Nail it Salon 5 starts if it weren’t for 2 things. One, she didn’t shape the nails the same on both hands. That drives me crazy.! Two, she didn’t allow enough time for the gel coat to dry on two of my nails so they’re smudged. Other than that, love how thin the coating is and how close it’s to my cuticle. That there is a plus because I like the thinness of my natural nail and they grow fast. I was given a massage, water and cough drop (wasn’t expecting that but thankful for it).

Took my mom to get mani/pedis. Everyone was lovely and welcoming, the place was clean. They opened new instruments for cleaning. The extra special touches definitely made us feel like VIPs. Definitely worth every penny. I got a design and I'm not sure how often they do that as it took a bit longer than it has in the past but I would still go again to visit this place. Honestly one of the best experiences at a salon I've had in a very long time.

First pedicure at this salon, but will not go back. Selection of non-gel polish colors was limited and weighted toward dark shades. No liners used in pedicure basins (!) Chairs comfortable but didn't have massage feature. No hot towels used in basic pedicure. No polish drying stations. Very weak, brief foot/leg massage. And nails trimmed unevenly - one big toenail a full 1/8 inch longer than the other. Very noticeable. Their prices are comparable to salons with better features/service, so for me, it wasn't a good value.

Bailey (probably misspelled her name) was GREAT! She is funny and did an incredible job! I've never been faithful to any nail salon but I think I have found a keeper! All of the employees were so friendly and professional! 10 out of 5 stars!

This is my favorite nail salon in the metro area. It's always clean, the work is great, and the nail techs are friendly. Plus if you're into coffee, Higher Gounds Coffee is right there. These are two of my favorite indulgences right next to each other!

Since moving, I've had to find a new place to get my nails done and Nail It Salon was recommended to me by a co-worker. I've had both Vicky and Quin do my nails and they are both great! They really take their time and all of their services are reasonably priced. I will continue to come back here for regular mani/pedis!

I can’t say enough about this salon!! They were SO good, my nails looks perfect!! They were extremely nice and really professional. On top of that I was expecting to pay at least $65 for tips and dip and it was only $40 which is insane for what I got. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much, ask for Vicky. :)

Good service..salon does .only powder and gel....I didn't add tips..did my natural nail..cut down to start over....clean facility...very efficient ....best to make an appointment...LINDA rocks!

My Mom and I have been going here for almost 2 years. My Mom had broken both her wrist and unable to do her nails herself so we started going here. As soon as they knew about my Moms wrists they treated her very gently to not put her hands in an uncomfortable position. Kassie, Quinn, Vicky and Tammy's entire staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Tammy always makes sure the customers leave happy and Kassie is the best in my opinion!! She takes her time to do an excellent job and I recommend this place to all my friends. Won't ever go anywhere else for my nails.

Nam was the person who did my nails. When he explained that they don’t recommend acrylic nails but doing the dip powder I was a little bit anxious because I never had any experience with that Nam set my fears at ease and told me that I could trust him that it would look great and it would be better for my nails so I just went with it and I was not disappointed my nails look beautiful he did a wonderful job and he explained it really well and I will be going back customer service was great the business was very clean and they were very accommodating and explain things thoroughly I just moved to Oklahoma City and I’m so glad I found my place to have my nails done

Won't know-- was so looking forward to trying this salon. Was told to come back, they are too busy. Won't be back, very disappointed in lack of service. 7.6.21 Okay, so I honestly am not sure what was so upsetting the first time I came here. I booked an appt with Tammy Saturday and she did a beautiful job on my nails. Broke a nail this morning and came back tonight for her to fix it. I recommend booking an appt before coming. Sometimes they are extremely busy. Give it a try!

Best nail salon in all of OKC. No matter who you go to, they will do exactly what you want! My main nail tech is Kasey but both Zac and Tammy have done my nails as well and did it perfectly! Super friendly and welcoming. They always offer you something to drink and give you a neck message while your nails are drying! I absolutely love this place!!

My wife has been going to tammy for 9 years and will not go anywhere else. Whenever she comes home from her manicure she is so thrilled with the way her nails look. Tammy and her staff take their time and are prompt and thorough. Call ahead and make an appointment if you do not want to wait.

At first we had problems understand what they offered and im not the type to get my nails done often but all confusion got sorted out. (They do not do acrylic nails). I had shown a picture to my nail tech and she gave me exactly what I asked! Great quality!

I am in the hair biz and don’t often get a chance to get a pedicure but when my friend said she needed a spa after a bad day , I called the closest place to our work that I knew of for us a pedi. They were on time , they followed the cdc protocol guidelines , they did not rush thru even tho we had a 6:00 apt and they close at 7:00 . It was probably the best pedicure I have ever had . We both purchased the summer time pedi , I think it is what it’s called . My heels were ratchet !! They feel and look so good !! I don’t know if it was because I went with my bestie , or after a hard day at work , or because I haven’t treated myself in a hot minute but it was a very good experience . She wants to make it a monthly ! Yay! Lol

The best nail salon in oklahoma city!!! As a licensed nail technician myself, I am extremely particular about nail salons because allot of them do not follow sanitation guidelines and they have people working in the salons who are not licensed. I have been doing my own nails for the last 7 years and just happened to see this nail salon on my way home. I was so happy when I saw how clean it was and that they use professional sterilization machines for their re-usable tools; the nail files and other items that should not be re-used like pummace bars are thrown away. The staff is extremely friendly and remember you by name. They are personable and do customer appreciation gifts for their customers. They also do an amazing jobs with their nail services and the owner Tammy makes sure that each nail tech including herself does continuing education on different nail products and trends. If you are looking for quality, this is the place to go!!! And they're not scimpy on the quality of products, services or sanitation! KUDDOS TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!
