I LOVE Millenial Nails. It took me a long time to find a good nail salon in Bedstuy and relatively close to my place. I’m so happy I ran in to this salon. My go to ladies are Karen and Arlina. They both do amazing jobs with my nails. But overall, all the girls are super friendly and helpful! Customer Service amazing and efficiency amazing.

Had a great experience here getting dip powder for the first time, Suzie did an excellent job and I'm excited to come back again soon! Update: I had these for barely two weeks before one of my nails popped off 😭the top coat started peeling almost immediately, I'm disappointed... I was excited to return! The staff was great! But I've had gel manicures last longer than this dip so it's hard to justify going back...

I was surprised to see a bench setup. The first time that I had been in a nail salon that had such a setup. I almost left but I am glad that I stayed. I found the bench set up uncomfortable since I am tall and of size. Emily the technician was great and tried to make it as comfortable as possible for me. Emily does excellent work and my regular manicure lasted for more than two weeks. Although a little uncomfortable, I will probably return.

I had a nice experience at Millennial Nails. I arrived at my appointment about 10 minutes early and was assisted as soon I arrived by Lorena. Lorena listened to all my concerns about my nails and altered them to my liking. I love how she shaped and designed my nails. This is the first time in a long time that I’ve come out of a nail salon completely satisfied with the appearance of my nails. Although I am satisfied with how my nails turned out and Lorena’s service I do feel it was a little pricey for the length that I got my nails. Before booking an appointment, I contacted the nail salon through their Instagram page to ask what option I should book for the specific nail design I wanted. I was suggested to book “Acrylic Color (Full Set) with Nail Art”, which is priced at $75. Of course, the price varies with the design that you pick but, I didn’t expect to pay $115 for a medium/short set. Other than that, I can say I was satisfied with how quickly I was assisted, with the end result of my nails, and how Lorena took all my concerns into consideration.

Incredible! Today was my first time and they were able to take me in early for my appointment. Elizabeth did my pedicure and marble gel manicure. The salon is in pristine condition with plexiglass and all appropriate covid 19 measures being taken. I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning! Do yourself a favor and treat your nails to a wonderful experience and go to millennial nails.

I’m writing this review 2 weeks after getting my nails done just to show you how well it is holding up. I got the poly gel done for the first time, way more healthier and less damaging on your nails. The process was a little longer and a little more expensive but it was worth it. I didn’t even use any gel polish top coat which is extra. I was worried that this would start chipping away soon but as you can see this is still looking fresh.

Love this nail salon! The women who work here are skilled and know what they are doing. They provide excellent service and are super receptive to feedback and requests. I have enjoyed my pedicures with Nicole and Chelsey. Nicole is very efficient and gentle. Chelsey remembers to offer wine and water and tolerates me laughing hysterically during the pedicure because I have ticklish feet. Tatiana is really good on acrylic sets, my sets last long from her. She takes direction very well, I am very specific about how I like my nails and she gets them right every time.

Great salon with great service! I've been going here for a few months now after a long and stressful search for a salon that would do acrylics. (A dying art it seems?) this is a great place for any acrylic ladies out there! You can make appointments online and they always keep them on time- I have rarely had to wait at all when I arrive. Prices are reasonable and upfront- no nickel and dimeing here. Tips have to be in cash fyi and there is a deli across the street with an atm. Staff is friendly and funny, and offer a drink upon arrival. I've been seeing Dana and she does a fabulous job! Great smooth acrylic work with perfect polish application. Highly recommend this salon, and especially Dana!

I went here once in September to get a fill in on my acrylic tips because my previous nail tech moved upstate & I just been struggling looking for a new technician to be just as good as she was unfortunately it’s been hard . My last nail tech in Williamsburg did a bad job on my nails they were lifting at 2 weeks which is way too early and my pointer finger was bending so badly from lifting constantly so I booked with Cheri here at Millenial as I liked her work on the Instagram page . Fill ins are $50-55 with gel polish any design per finger is $5. So pricing isn’t so bad but it’s not the best either but I didn’t have a choice I needed my nails done like yesterday 🤣. I saw in reviews people were offered champagne & tea to sip while getting their nails done but I wasn’t offered anything which was weird it was 9-11 am but another nail tech who was there actually offered me something but it literally was the last 10 minutes of my service so it didn’t make sense to drink anything as I’m about to leave now . Definitely something that should be worked on in the shop because everyone should get the same hospitality service . Cheri was quiet & nice she took her time & did my fill in but I had somewhere to go & I didn’t expect to be there for more than 2 hours for a fill in so I wasn’t able to finish my design completely so I basically left before the design was finished but it still came out beautiful 😍. My fill in lasted no more than 2-3 weeks as the nails started to lift & feel weak . 2-3 weeks is the usual time frame but I prefer when my nails last 4-6 weeks.. whenever I’m in the area I would definitely go back again .

Tatiana did my nails and she was very sweet. She did a great job! I also did eyebrow threading from someone else which I can't recommend because I asked for my eyebrows to remain thick and she did the opposite. Overall, the prices are high, but I would consider going back for Tatiana's services...she has many years of experience.

So, I have been going for several years due to the quality of work (the nail techs be on it and I usually am with Tatiana, who always makes sure I come out looking and feeling amazing. Besos mami! Thank YOU!). However, I would say that customer service has been affected a bit. I've called to book and greetings and energy are very important for a consumer in order to continue at a place of business. I called Friday, 9/30 to book and then called to communicate that i may be about five minutes late. It was a bit disappointing to say the least because I always want to support and recommend folks. The front desk/receptionist didn't feel as welcoming and the last time I went about a month and a half ago was a bit curt. Otherwise than that, the services provided are excellent. Nail techs to the rescue!

I’ve been here on 3 separate occasions, each time the receptionist is rude. The nail tech do great work. It’s still pricey for simple work, I feel as though the website is false advertising. Price can be $60 online, and you can end up playing 100 at the end of service.I don’t mind paying for quality as long as I know what I’m paying for up front. Will not be returning here.

Got my nails done on Friday. After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I forgot the name of my technician but this is the FIRST time I’ve gotten dip powder nails and the top coat peeled in less than one week. My job is pretty demanding and I’m always using my hands but my nails have always looked nice and never peeled/chipped. I may come back again and see a different technician. We’ll see...

Beautiful establishment!!! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and talented. I was a walk with 2 other people and received sensational service. They offered complimentary water, tea, coffee, and wine! The pedicure also came with complimentary wax for your heels. It was too good to be true!!! They carry great brands like Chanel, Tom Ford, Floss Gloss, OPI and Essie. So proud to see this is a black owned salon! Absolutely wonderful!!!

This place is just awesome! I’ve been waiting to find a place where they know how to properly do SNS nails. Lorena was awesome! And was very informative about SNS powder. She was also concern on what I wanted and if I liked the nails. Such a great experience. But sad that I gave Lorena such a low tip because I had no cash. I’m definitely coming back!

I’ve been coming here awhile for nails (Jessica is great) but just got my lashes done here for the first time. Suzi is amazing!! My lashes came out perfectly and look exactly how I wanted them too. She’s also super fast and the pricing cannot be best for the quality you get. The only complaint is I wish they had a better chair for doing lashes because the one they have right now isn’t very comfortable, but hopefully they will get a better one in the future. Wasn’t a big deal those because like I said Suzi finished my lashes quickly. I would definitely recommend and will for sure be coming back! UPDATE: I just cried for like an hour and they still look perfect. UPDATE 2: It’s been three weeks and they’re just now getting to the point where I should probably get them redone. Could probably wait another week or so if I wanted to. Super happy with the results!

My son treated me to a Mani Pedi for my Birthday and I wanted to go to a black owned business. The first thing I liked is that it did not reek of acetone/formaldehyde and they had clean air filters throughout the space. I read the reviews and kept seeing good reviews about Suzi so I chose her as well and was very satisfied with her work. Friendly professional and timely. My only critique is To give the calves and forearms a massage, I do not get my nails done frequently maybe they don’t do that anymore but I like that.

I was greeted nicely once I sat down I was offered wine 🍷 “which I love Btw” She was so caring I got the charcoal detox pedicure it was amazing 👌🏾she asked me if the water temperature was ok for me & if I wanted more drinking water wine Etc. she took her time everything I had asked her to check up she did. I only went for eyelashes and they squeezed in the eyebrow tint last minute for me which was awesome because they were completely booked for everything and I really wanted that service as well. I was greeted and given a glass of red wine with a refill. Suzi was awesome! Felt like I was going to a friend. She was funny and tried her best to make me feel comfortable as it was my first time getting eyelashes. The eyebrow tint looked amazing. The work station for those services could use improvement but other than that I left happy. (Me looking in the mirror: Wow, yaasss Suzi! I love it! They bring you a menu of nail polish colors (it looks like a real food menu) and you get to pick which color you want without being overwhelmed by the dozens of options they have. Very clean environment and not overcrowded with staff like many other salons. 10/10 experience. A bit pricey however it's reasonable and discussed through the design process rather than at the end so you know what you're getting into from the beginning. I'll be back!

My first visit was a great experience. Made an appointment online for the same day. The salon is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and my nail tech, Marielle did a great gel mani and pedi. I prefer my nails a bit shorter than most. She did a wonderful job making them look perfect. Designed with pink/silver accents, the salon has a bright and cheerful vibe. I love the geometric patterns painted on the walls.

These ratings are great, I found this place just by searching "highest rated nail salon near me". I made an appointment at 4:00pm and I got there around 3:52 and they told me to have a seat. I made an appointment online but since it was my first time here I did not pick a specific person to do my nails. BTW Natalie did my nails and I will be going to her again in the future she did a great job. So I sat down but I ended up getting my nails done at 5:02. No one was informing me as to why they were taking too long, just to many side conversations. Finally at 4:50, the man came to me and apologized for the wait stating that the person before me was getting a whole bunch of designs that took forever and offered me a drink. I got my nails done 10 mins after that and it was great, when it came to pay I asked for a discount for waiting one hour and they gave me $5.00 off which was nice. I will be giving this place another chance. But keep in mind if you make an appointment at a specific time, things happen you might wait a while depending on the customer before you. It was non of the workers fault. Edited: changed it to 5 stars went back a few days ago for a fill in everything went smoothly, they're so nice and funny.

Really unsure how I feel about the service. It left a lot to be desired but I wouldn't say it was bad. The young lady who serviced me was not necessarily friendly to me but she was polite. I was offered tea which was welcomed due to the salon literally freezing. Little irks here and there but I'm also one who expects a lot when I shell out my hard earned money. I observed the other staff and there wasn't an overly atmosphere of warmth in the place. Could be because I'm not a regular, dunno. But I'd expect to get stellar service to encourage my return. Anyway more than likely I'd still return as I do believe hiccups happen and my first impression is not always the correct one. So we will see.

I visited Millennial Nails for the first time today. I was completely blown away by the courteous and professional service. I was serviced by Liset who was phenomenal - she took her time with my pedicure and I did not feel rushed like I do when I go to other salons. She also did my gel manicure which came out great! I would highly recommend this salon. The atmosphere and service was well beyond my expectations plus it's in Brooklyn! The owner even gave me a glass of wine while my gel mani was drying. I am definitely looking forward to my next luxuriating appointment.

Today was my 2nd visit, and I should have left this review the 1st time! I had another tech the 1st time who was really good, and today I had Suzi who is extra special and phenomenal! She's super attentive and asks questions before having to let her know any special needs or requests. For example, I have a callous on the bottom of 1 of my feet, and it no longer hurts (it did for months, and took a lot of time and care to get to this point of being pain free again), but Suzi noticed it when it was time to buff the soles of my feet. She asked if it hurts when she applied pressure. Loved that! Also. I have a callous (😞) on the side of 1 of my big toes on the opposite foot. When she got to this foot, she noticed the callous on the toe and asked if it was painful when she rubbed it. It wasn't, but again. I LOVED THAT!! I have been to other salons in and out of state, and most techs I had to ask them to not apply pressure in those areas. She also asked what I wanted to drink...today I opted for green tea...my last visit I had a couple glasses of🍷. Love this place and it's close to home. **Take cash for tips, because you can't add if you pay with a card. I didnt have cash on me, so I went to the bank, and brought Suzi her tip, which was much deserved.

My regular salon is temporarily closed and so I HAD to research and find another Black Owned Salon. I came across Millennial and a majority if not ALL of the reviews were positive. I kept seeing the name "Suzie" in the reviews, and after about the fifth one decided to book an appt to see her. I had to create an acct with their appt app (can't recall the name at the moment), which was easy peasey, and thank the Heavens was able to not only get a same day appt but one with the revered Suzie! Arrived a minute or so early, but Suzie seemed to be awaiting my arrival (DUH I booked an appt but come on! What's wrong with feeling a lil special!?) Started off with a pedicure which was great, I was offered a drink (pamper me more!) and ended with a Mani. I have been wearing aprés nail gel extensions and needed a break, plus I like to start at the basics with new salons). Suzie did a wonderful job and she was delightful. The whole team seemed to be pretty cool and the salon seems to have a lot of regulars. I paid around $60+ for both services. I mentioned earlier I was looking particularly for a Black Owned Salon. I don't want to sound ignorant, but it appeared everyone (minus Suzie) was Spanish speaking. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The work was great and I want to support as many great "minority businesses as possible! I will definitely be going back (already made my next appt) It's not in my neighborhood, but I will always travel for great service AND to be beautified!

I am someone that doesn’t enjoy getting manicures or pedicures because I’m so specific about what I want. Typically if my nails are not exactly how I asked them to be then I will ask to have them put back to their natural state. Never in my life have I received such a beautifully crafted set. Thanks to Elizabeth one of the kind and artistic stylist at Millennial Nails I’ve finally attained that perfect manicure!! My daughter comes here. I took her for her birthday and sat with her. The atmosphere is calm and serene. The artist i call the are all so pleasant. The owner a young couple have years of wisdom. Great place to get pampered and have intelligent conversation. I will definitely be coming back to thus posh salon. Great service. I looooooved my gel manicure/pedi. Aiyana did a great job, and was very nice. I'm going to go back to her for sure. They do need to hire a person to handle phones and scheduling (if they don't already have a dedicated person for this), so that the nail techs can not be interrupted, that would be my only feedback. It'd be win-win because yes it would cost more, but you'd capture more appointments/clients and the nail techs would be free to focus on more clients as well.

The host understood what I wanted thanks to the hostess beside him and they were able to give me a price before I did my nails. It was a 30min wait until I got to do my nails but I was a walk-in but it was all worth it. My nail tech was very nice and gentle with filling my nails and listened to me when I wanted something fixed (athough it was really good nail shaping I just wanted something sharper) and my nails came out perfect.😍 Pricey but worth they serve water and another drink (unsure what the other drink was) as well and the place does more then nails, waxing and eyebrows. I will totally go again

Let's start by saying I will return again. Pros: The place was clean, Coming off a pandemic, I felt safe, their environment was clean very clean , 1st thing they ask is can you wash your hands and befor coming they mention to have a mask on. She has not mastered her English yet but she was still friendly, and smiling and tried to get me to understand Im Thankful. One Con: One thing I must say I did see the Gentleman ask the other 2customers who was getting their nails done would they like a beverage Which I was like nice they treat their guest with great customer service and treat people with good hospitality but then i didn get offered one. I Don't know if its only for guest who get their nails done, i was getting a gel pedi but I think it should be offered to all guest just to make all guest feel welcome Other then that I hope to give it a 5 🌟 on my next return

Went here twice and my first experience was just horribleeee.. so we won't even get into that - I was hoping for a drastic change on my second visit I don't remember the young lady's name -it was pretty rare but she became very social once we sat down of course. I was excited about the color I picked but was not pleased with the outcome after day 1- but that's always the case... IDK what she put on my nail, the gel chipped / peeled off throughout the week I had foil literally on my nails & she wanted to charge my $8 for each nail which was ridiculous so she thought she was doing me a favor by charging me $6 each nail but you had to see the sprinkle of foil that was placed on my nail better off with just plain gel but that didn't even last. So this goes to show that the best is yet to come -I really want to support black business so I won't give up on my entrepreneurs!!!!

Today was my very first visit here, and i must say i loved the vibe. Everyone was friendly and professional. They did have to use my debit card to book my appointment bc thats the option i chose. But they only use it to hold your spot. I got a pedicure and a massage, it was great! The person who did it was Danielle (or Daniella). She was very profressional and friendly. The rooms were spotless and all clients were being serviced. So I was curious about my appointment schedule because it looked like I would have a slightly longer wait than anticipated. Rosario, asked what time I booked for and when she looked up my appointment she realised I was 1 week early! I put in the wrong date. However, she asked if I would like something to refreshing to drink as it was a hot day and said she would take care of me anyway. He went ahead and made phone calls to see if the booked clients were still making their appointments. He got me in for both a pedi and mani. The service from both techs were great.
