I had the most amazing experience having my eyelash extensions done today. My first time coming to JJ Lash and will obviously not be my last. The owner and staff are exceptionally so nice. They treated me like a VIP and explained to me what to expect. Very professional and yet so friendly!!! I just love this place, so clean and modern. But most of all, I love my new lashes!❤️❤️❤️

My experience at JJ Lash is excellent every single time I come here! Yesterday was my 3rd time getting a lash lift and the service was wonderful. I was able to book a same-day appointment at the time I wanted. When I got there, I was offered tea and an assortment of snacks while listening to beautiful nature sounds. I was then moved over to my private area/room to get my lash lift started. She was gentle when working on my lashes and then placed a warm neck pillow for added comfort as I waited for my lashes to be done - I almost fell asleep! After the service, I was offered tea and snacks once again. JJ Lash has become my go-to place for my lash lifts - already looking forward to my next visit soon!!!

I came here for eyelash extensions, Brazilian wax and eyebrow tint today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The Brazilian was so quick and probably the least painful of any places I’ve been to. JJ was thorough with the wax, getting in between areas. Sasa did my eyelashes and she was so delicate. They helped me pick out the size and shape. They look so natural and I am really happy with them. I definitely recommend this place to others and will be returning for my beauty needs.

I've been going here for more than 15 years. She's so good at what she does that I actually drove 3 hours from Boston, MA just to get my lashes done and drive back home 3 hours. I tried hundreds of other ppl who provide the same services and absolutely no one does it better then JJ Eyelash Skincare. Always up to date to the latest styles & trends on all of the services she provides and does amazing nails too. The overall experience was amazing, from the moment I stepped in the staff was very friendly, the girl who did my lashes understood exactly what I had wanted and was very caring towards how I wanted my lashes to look like. Lying down while getting my lashes done felt so relaxing! She really took her time with each eye and I love love loveee the end result! They’re light weight, full, beautiful in length and so cute all together! All done with mink :) Definitely going to come back to this place for sure! Highly recommend! <3

It was a very relaxing experience. JJ was not only careful, but also fast! I got the thinest lashes in cat eye style and it looks amazing. My friend got a more dramatic curved thicker cat eye and hers looked amazing too. I personally love the “natural look” so highly recommend going thin cat eye if that’s what you’re going for. Will definitely try the other things too during my next visit (will try the Lash Lift + Tint and the skincare services!).

I'm so glad I was able to find this place on Google! Absolutely amazing experience. I went for a full set of lash extensions. Two ladies were there ready to help answer my questions. Thankfully I was able to show them pictures of what I wanted and they were able to recreate the look. Before I started they also gave me tea and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. A major big plus for me was how clean and organized everything was. You constantly heard the sanitizer spray being used by the staff. I will absolutely be returning.

In regards to the service, I enjoyed the experience. Once I arrived I was given tea and given advice as to which set would fit my eye best. The Jjlash experience was amazing! This was my first time getting my lashes done and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing. I heard so many stories from people who got their lashes done from other places that said their eyes burned after or their was too much glue etc. I can honestly say that was NOT my experience. I took my 15yo daughter here today to get a lash lift. She loves it! The whole procedure took about 25min, $60. Can’t beat that price. Clean, warm, welcoming staff. There’s a waiting area with free snacks and hot tea. JJ did a great job today!

LOVE this place! If you’re looking for a new place to get facials/lashes I highly recommend coming here! The owner Jj and her staff are very welcoming and professional. I’ve been here a few times already and the overall experience is great every time. Their facials are a must! Super relaxing and your skin feels amazing afterwards. Very clean environment and peaceful as well. I last saw tiana for a facial and I was so pleased with her work, her hands are like magic! I also had my lashes done the same day by Sasa and she was very gentle and fast! The lashes were exactly what I wanted and they feel very light! I will definitely continue coming back! :)

The place was very clean and the lady who did my lashes was very nice and comforting since it was my first time get my lashes done. She did a really good job because most of the lashes are still on and it’s been a little more than 2 weeks. The only thing is it’s very hard to find parking in this area.

I got a lash lift and the experience was a 10/10. When i came in they offered me tea and there’s little snacks to choose from. The actual perm was good and they even covered me with a blanket when i was waiting for my perm to set. The staff was friendly and I’m happy with my lashes :)

I came here three weeks ago to get my lashes done for vacation and I have to say I’m super impressed! I have extremely fine lashes but the extensions still look great after all this time. The service was also excellent; JJ really knows how to cater to your individual concerns. In addition to that they served tea and cookies after! I got my lashes done here about three weeks ago and they are still intact! I really enjoyed my experience and it was my first time getting my lashes done. They explained the whole process for me and asked me how I wanted them done, since it was my first time, I told them that I wanted natural lashes. They noticed that my eyes are uneven as well so they put on different sized lashes to help make them look more even! The attention to detail and the time they took for my lashes was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone getting their lashes done here!

There’s this girl named Chloe who does my waxing, and I. Love. Her. Waits when I’m in pain, so detailed (does a double check that she got all the hair), and makes sure I have privacy. 100% would recommend the place and her! Only problem: I’ve been here three times and I’ve always had to wait about half an hour or more. Even if I make an appointment.

I loved this place they treated me so nicely and gave me and my husband tea , they did my lashes so NICELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. They are so welcoming and warm. The lady told me to take off my jacket so i can be comfy and even offered a blanket to me. Very good covid measurements made sure i washed my hands before even going in. Cleaned my eyes and lashes and used eye drops. gave me snacks and did not ask for tips , we gave them because they deserved it! So sweet and warm people , i loved it here and i will definitely come back again. My lashes are so amazing and my eyes are NOT AT ALL RED. This girl has the golden touch she was so cautious about my eyes because honestly eyes are so delicate they need delicate hands to have work done on them. The last eyelash place i went to was horrible!! they used so much glue and my eyes hurt so badly after. They did not let me leave until i paid a tip, and they were so aggressive with my eyes and when my eyes burn they did nothing. Jj is a professional 11/10 recommended the professionalism, cleanliness, timing, customer service . Very Friendly 😊

When I arrived I was greeted at the door and had to take covid safety precautions which was great. I did not have to wait or anything. I believe JJ was the one doing my lashes. I love coming to her! Best experience ever. Now with COVID she gives you a KN95 mask before entering , takes your temperature, gives you shoe covers and gloves to wear. I have been reluctant to write a review, only because I wanted to keep this gem for myself, I have been going to JJ for over 5 years, I have tried several different places because they were closer to me, but I have always been dissatisfied and returned back to her. She always takes her time, never rushes her work and you always know your going to get what you wanted, she is a master at her craft as she knows what lashes would fit best for your face. The lashes also stay on the longest from all the other places I have been too! I have recently tried the facials, I highly recommend ! Not only does my face look refreshed and healthier the massage you get is heaven !!

Absolutely love them! The main technician was super friendly to me and my mother-in-law and advised on what would look nice based on our eye shape. I was super nervous because the last time I got my lashes done at a different shop, they were upset at how indecisive/unsure I was. The technician here was very patient and kind! :) They took extra precautions to protect their clients and themselves through this pandemic which I really appreciate! They check up on you right after you've gone home from your appointment to send you photos and about any deals they will have. When I had questions about the aftercare, they replied immediately and was super helpful! I will 10000% visit them again!

Jj Lash & Skin Care is very clean and the workers are very attentive! I did a lash perm which took about 45 mins, but it felt quicker than that. I wanted to tint my lashes too but Jj suggested that I don’t do it because I told her I have sensitive eyes, so I appreciate her honesty instead of her easily just wanting to take my money. Jj even offered me a warm neck pillow while I was waiting for my lashes to perm. Overall, excellent & comfortable experience. Thanks So much Jj! 🥰

I get my eyelash extensions done here and they come out perfectly every time. She does your lashes exactly how you want them and what fits your eyes best whether it's natural, dramatic, or something in between. She is also the sweetest person and the whole experience is very relaxing. The extensions also last a lot longer and don't fall out as much as other places I've tried. As for safety precautions, she checks your temperature, gives you shoe covers, and a change of mask right at the door.

I went here to get a Brazilian wax and was immediately greeted and offered tea and snacks which was so nice. I had to wait for a few minutes and the environment was so calm and comfortable. I went in to get my wax with Quinny (I’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name) but she was absolutely incredible. I was nervous at first because I don’t know how it would turn out. I told her I wanted natural looking lashes, like I just applied mascara. JJ was not only able to produce it, but she took the time and patience to perfect it. It was done really quickly, as well. The next couple times, JJ asked whether I wanted the same specifications or adjust it a little. She made suggestions on how to make it look better. I complied and I was so glad I did because I got even more compliments than the first. The material that was use is incredible- soft and light. You can barely tell you have lashes there. The glue is incredible. It’s stays on really well and you cannot see the glue at all. It’s definitely, “I woke up like this.” JJ is very attentive with real quick response to appointment requests as well. She remembers all her clients names. Very polite and courteous. The interior is clean, takes health and safety measures for covid.

I've been going to JJs for a few years now primarily for the facial service. It is by far the best place I have ever gone to get a treatment. JJ knows what the latest skin tech is and she always has specials if you try the new stuff she gets. My favorite add on is the laser treatment and that alone at other places is very expensive but if you buy a package at JJs that includes it, it is very affordable. My favorite part of the facial is the face and head massage, she also includes a hand mask while you're getting your facial. JJ and her staff really work hard! Even though I live in NJ now I still make the drive out to Flushing whenever I can because I haven't found any place as good.

this spa takes over and beyond in sanitizing, they ask you to wash your hand then they take your temperature, hand sanitize your hand, and provides you new mask and foot covering. i had a problem wtih my extensions but then fixed it with no problem. I got a full set of lashes from here and it came out amazing!! For me, extensions are really confidence boosting since I have really light eyelashes and it also saves me so much time. This was my first time here and it was sooo clean and relaxing. Great atmosphere in terms of lighting, aroma, and music. The owner and the technician both went over what I wanted so we were all on the same page. The technician was extremely thorough and even made additional adjustments after I had my eyes opened (of course she taped down my bottom lashes again, etc). I was offered tea and to sit and relax afterwards which is really different from the one other place I went to which only did lashes. There was a spa like atmosphere which was a pleasant surprise for me! I will definitely be returning, this seems like a service you can’t really get in other places. May not be your thing if you aren’t interested in sitting down for a bit and relaxing and prefer a boom-and-done thing. But from my experience the work was amazing and it was an extra plus to be able to enjoy the environment for a bit longer outside of the lash service. Also, isn’t this before and after crazy lol??
