My brows were in need of some love and Jolie delivered!!! I knew I was in good hands as soon as I met her and Daly to discuss my options and felt confident that Jolie would do an amazing job. I was not wrong. I now have even, beautifully shaped brows and couldn't stop admiring them after Jolie worked her magic. Shout out to Anna, who coordinated my appointment and helped answer any questions I had. She is responsive and super friendly, which makes the entire experience even more exceptional. I'm adding 5 more stars for my overall experience. If you are looking for the best brow service, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

I LOVE my new brows!! I was very nervous when I arrived. Jolie put me immediately at ease, reviewing each step of the micro blading and shading process with me before beginning. She is truly an artist!! From shape to color to application, she consulted with me to make sure I was completely comfortable and at ease. I even fell asleep while she was working her magic on my 61 year old “disappearing” eyebrows!! I am very excited to go back for my touch-up next month and working with Jolie on the many other of the services Arch Angels offers in the future. I had the most amazing time at Arch Angels with my master artist Jolie! I chose the Diva Brows and it was also my first time getting something like this done. The technique that she used was a combination of hair strokes and powdery ombré style that gave me the beautiful natural look I was going for. I was quite nervous and Jolie made me feel so comfortable, carefully mapping out my brows and taking her time perfecting them until I was happy. She clearly has years of experience and is truly an incredible artist. Jolie was meticulous, professional and kind. The location was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Jolie did my nano blading and it came out amazing. It looks very natural. I had barely any eyebrows and they were uneven. She made them look even and full. We met for a consultation and she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable with my choice. On the day of my procedure she took her time and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with how things were going. She definitely gets 5 stars - more if I could give. Jolie was phenomenal. I was very anxious coming in and scared to wind up with a “painted on” look when all I wanted was natural fore filled in and fluffy brows where nature left me. She was very calm and took a great deal of time explaining the process, what would be right for my face shape and how we could come up together with the end result I wanted. I had my Ombre' Brows done yesterday, February 15,2023 at Arch Angels, NYC. The place was very clean and they only take one person at a time. It was only me and my artist Jolie the whole session. Love, Love, Love! I took a microblading & shading plus diva brows workshop and the ladies there where very patient and professional on teaching the techniques. Daly the owner and master brow artist was informative on how the permanent makeup industry would be like. This course was pricey but fortunately Daly gives all the tools required to start your microblading career. Super grateful to have taken this course with Daly and her staff. So worth it.

Had an amazing experience here with microblading done by Maria! She really took the time to hear what my concerns were with my eyebrows. She struck a perfect balance in designing brows that suited my personal preferences while also providing expert suggestions as to what would suit my face and provide a more youthful appearance. Last year I had microblading done and I wasn’t happy with the end result. The individual who did my eyebrows used very dark black ink and my eyebrows looked too dark for my fair complexion. I visited the Arch Ángel location in Manhattan for a consultation and decided to purchase the tattoo removal package. My artist was Jolie and she was exceptional. From the beginning of my consultation, Jolie set the expectation and was very honest with what my end result would be. I did five sessions with Jolie and was extremely happy with my results. During the entire process Jolie was kind. She made sure to minimize the pain process as much as possible and would explain what she was doing during the process to keep me informed. My entire experience with this location was exceptional. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. If you are looking for any of the services this establishment offers, I would definitely recommend.

Olga made the process easy and painless and walked me through each step of the way. She went over color, shape, etc. and made me feel 100% comfortable. I told her the look I was going for and she exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with my brows and have received so many compliments already. I went in after seeing them on instagram and I was not disappointed, Jolie hooked me up and really helped take care and guide me though the process, had ideas that I didn’t know/take into account how they’d pan out being new to Nanoblading but Jolie gave me the brows I’ve been wanting for a while, they’re thick, and robust while still being very natural looking, I’m on day 2 and I haven’t had any severe itch or problems with my brows, outside of that usual extra darkness they have in the beginning, it doesn’t look like I have had anything done, no trauma, super soft handed , after the first couple swipes, the procedure was more or less pain free, I can’t wait to see them healed but this is definitely my brow place now and would definitely recommend giving them a shot ! Financing is super convenient too

It was a first time for me, and I wondered how the experience would be. The venue was immaculate! Pristine, crisp and colorful, with a delightful ambiance. Ahhh, the aromatherapy! Joile, my artist, Jolie, was very affable. The process was well thought out. She had a routine of explaining the procedures, and allowing for clarification and questions. She melted away any apprehensions, and I was and ready. Jolie meticulously applyed her artistry, and her experience and expertise was apparent. During the initial phase, the plan was templated and plotted. There was ample opportunity for discussion, tweaking and approval. Then the work began. It was a long process. Nearly 3 hours. But oh my goodness what an incredible result! I was very pleased, and happy I went through with it! Jolie explain the aftercare, and informed me a second phase is needed in 4-6 weeks. Buyer beware, this place was pricey! A couple of hundred dollars more than average. But being my first experience, it served me well to pay top price for top shelf service. My personal experience was pleasurable and Jolie is the consummate artist and service provider.

I would give this place a MILLION STARS if I could…. I have taken 6 courses with their academy so far & I could not be happier. Back in February 2021 I took their microblading & shading course. I did so well with that, I came back this July 2022 to take teeth whitening, ombré brows, Candy lips, scalp pigmentation & phi removal! I am a woman of business and I only put my money where I know I will have a return. Ever since taking their courses I have mastered the skills and I have been making my return through my income. Daly, Eli, and the entire Arch Angels staff has been so helpful through every step of my journey. If I have questions before I take on a client, arch angels is there at every moment! They offer apprenticeships where I can go in and watch their clients and/or bring my own for them to watch me. This place is not a place where they teach, take your money, and send you your way. She has made me her student in real life and guided me, mentored me and has held my hand in every step of my learning process. If I call her, she answers at any time of day. If she doesn’t, her team is available 24/7. If I need something, a material or supply, they have it available for me right away. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. If you are thinking about taking a course here or getting a service done… this is the place !!!! Daly and her team are so experienced, so knowledgeable, so welcoming & worth your money. I believe Daly has many many many certifications that she has gained over the years. Daly basically gave me her lifetime’s worth of education and knowledge in such a little time period. One thing Daly did for me that I will forever be grateful for is: She let me see how she runs her business. Yes she taught me all these skills through these courses. But skills don’t run a business…. Daly has let me see the behind the scenes and she has let me see how she handles her daily operations. She’s taught me business skills literally for FREE. She did not have to go out of her way to reach me or tell me things about her personal business…. I can vouch that Master Daly CARES! I had a great experience here. Booking was straight forward with all options and pricing explained clearly. The office space was really cute and comfortable. My service (microblading) was done by Dana and she was the sweetest person! She was very meticulous and made sure to check in with me to ensure I liked how everything looked. Jolie did my Diva brows and I'm very pleased with how much care she took to measure, map out, and apply the nano + ombre shading. I was nervous about getting semi-permanent makeup for the first time and Jolie made me feel very comfortable. She was professional and let me know what she was doing at every step of the process. It wasn't really painful. The result looks natural and I'm sure will heal to look even more natural. I was nervous about the color because I am Asian and haven't looked good in brown toned eyebrow pencils in the past. Jolie picked a good and appropriately dark color that matches my natural hair color very well. Now I'm wishing that I did this for myself years ago when I wanted to get it done! Jolie was my technician. She is so nice and patient. She removed a 6 month old nano brows service that was not done well. She removed almost 100% of the old ink in 3 sessions. I received microblading from Jolie about 48 hours ago. I was really happy with the results immediately after. She was incredibly meticulous and made 100% certain I was getting the shape I wanted. I loved the mapping process, making sure everything was aligned appropriately with your facial structure. They even run photos through an app to double up on the accuracy (which made this perfectionist really happy). When I left I received a card explaining the healing process and what to expect Day by Day. Don't freak out if you wake up the next day with black caterpillars on your face! This is completely normal. I will update my review as the healing progresses throughout the next few weeks. But so far, super pleased!

So, I got my Diva Brows done almost a week ago. Charity was amazing with the design and then final product. She was patient with me and took her time to explain everything and put me at ease. I even fall asleep on her table, lol. She made me trust her!!! My eyebrows are still heeling and it is gonna take few more weeks to get final results. I’m very happy and I wish I had it done earlier. Daly performed the nano+ombre service on my eyebrows and I am very pleased with the result as of today. She is warm, patient and gentle on the skin. She explains every step of the process and makes sure you are happy throughout the process and the end result. The second touch up session was offered free of charge as the pigment in my eyebrows disappeared after the initial session and the first session. Highly recommend this place. I had missing eyebrows from over-plucking in my 20s and 30s. I would spend several minutes every morning drawing them on and filling them in. Eli is a Miracle Worker! He did an amazing job on my procedure. I did lots of research ahead of time and knew the Eli is the best available. He truly worked a miracle. Before the procedure, I used powder hair fibers to camouflage my balding areas. It was expensive and such a mess. I couldn't go out in the rain, or swim, or sleep on a white pillowcase, or lay my head back on a friend's sofa without leaving my mark of brown powder. Sooo, I really wanted to share my experience with everyone. I was very hesitant about this procedure, and was sooo scared I would be horribly disfigured lol. So to avoid that, I did some research and made an appointment at arch angels for diva brows. Anna, is the first point of contact and she is the sweetest, always really polite and tries her best to be as accommodating as possible. I arrived for my appointment on 8/13. First impression, The space is very nice, and extremely clean. Daly greeted me warmly upon entering and she started pretty quickly after that. She was extremely thorough and made sure I was comfortable with every part of the process. Daly asked me multiple times about what I thought AND if I had any questions or suggestions for brow length or shape she LISTENED and made sure when she finally started the procedure, I was 100% on board with everything. Daly is a perfectionist, there were times when she asked me how I thought my brows looked and I would say they look good, she’d look at me again, do some adjustments and say ok, now now they’re good lol. That put me at ease because I knew she wasn’t going to let me walk out of there with anything less than amazing brows. For me, it wasn’t painful at all, no worse than tweezing your brows. When Daly was close to being done she had me look at my brows again and made sure I was happy with what she did. Then she finished and we were both extremely happy with the results. Just came back after my 3rd session of phi removal. I got tired of my eyebrow tattoo and I was recommended to chose phi removal over laser to avoid scarring. Since my first appointment everyone was very professional. Daly recommended me a 3 session package and so far I am satisfied. The tattoo hasn't faded yet and I will need more session, but I trust the process as I am seeing improvements and most important there is no scarring so far. Daly and Andrea were very careful in explaining the after care process after every removal session. Kudos to Andrea for being so sweet and patient with me for always asking to take breaks during the removal session and adding more numbing cream to avoid feeling any (little) pain. I visited the NJ location and I have to say their studio is very nice and clean and they respect Covid measure taking everyone's temperature and making sure no more than 2 people are accomodated at once. 5 I got microblading done at arch angels Nyc by Senior technician Daly , and I am completely obsessed!! I was a little nervous at first because right after the procedure (which was super painless) my eyebrows were very dark. The technician said that it would take about a week for them to heal and about a month for them to be FULLY healed. They look so natural and I have never been happier to have perfect, natural eyebrows. Not only is Daly a real professional, she’s loving and really cares about you as a client. I came to Arch Angels NYC to have the "Diva Brows" (Nano + Ombre) microblading/shading procedure done by the amazing Daly on 7/2/20. As I am a natural blonde with fair skin, it's very difficult to find an artist (in NYC) who specializes in and has years of experience working with blonde brows, let alone one that is a PHI Academy certified Master. She and her technician Alexandra made me feel at home and incredibly comfortable so as to shake off any nerves I had, as this is a life changing, semi-permanent experience. Just a tip, please prepare for your initial appointment to take several hours as Daly, being a highly professional perfectionist, will spend over an hour consulting, mapping, shaping and reshaping your brows prior to microblading and shading. She ensures client satisfaction and talks you through every step of the process. Her bedside manner is incredibly sweet and calming. She has a great understanding of color theory and skin tones, so, for fellow blondes, rest assured she will have and use a variety of ink shades so as to ensure the most natural looking depth, stroke and color. Daly continuously checked in with me to see what I wish to add in terms of color, shading and strokes, and had me either sit up or lay down throughout the procedure to check how the brows "sit" on the face. After four hours, we were done and I was thoroughly amazed and in love with my new brows! Once the session was complete, a follow-up /touch-up appointment was made (4-6wks after) and Daly provided a packet of Golden Brows After Care Pads (to be used for first 2 hours after procedure), a pair of PhiPatches (sterile and waterproof adhesive PU dressing to be worn overnight) as well as a tube of AfterInk ointment (used from day 3 until touch-up day). It has now been only a few days since I had them done, but I am extremely happy I came here and let Daly create a masterpiece. For anyone concerned, the facility and techs take great measure to have CDC compliant PPE available to clients and staff and follow all safety guidelines. I highly recommend this brow studio and especially, Daly.

My eyebrows are a product of the 1990’s. Like most girls I over plucked to the point of no return. Since then, I have been exhaustedly filling them in only to be consistently disappointed by my lack of precision. So when I heard about microblading I became obsessed with the process. For two years I researched and followed artists on IG trying to learn everything I could about the best techniques and necessary certifications and expertise that I would want an artist to have. I knew that I wanted someone who was Phibrow certified due to the rigorous learning process it entails. That’s when I found Daly at Arch Angels NYC. Daly immediately asked me to send photos of my brows undone, photos of how they look when I have them made up, and of course photos of brows I like. Even though my appointment wasn’t for a month, Daly wanted to know exactly what she was working with. She does her homework! When the day of my appointment finally arrived, I was super excited but also incredibly nervous. Daly set me at ease instantaneously. She’s amazing! The scope of her knowledge when it comes to eyebrows and PMU is mind blowing. She took me through everything step by step before beginning the procedure. The amount of attention she payed towards mapping out my bone structure and the perfect brow shape for my face was so impressive and incredibly comforting. She’s a true perfectionist and believe me that is exactly what you want when you’re getting a semi-permanent tattoo on your face. It’s now been 1 week since the procedure and the healing process has been EXACTLY as she said it would be. I love my new brows and I’m so excited for my retouch appointment in 5 weeks. For almost the entire year of 2018, I was obsessed with obtaining the perfect brow. Those IG girls have them right? So I watched videos, bought the brushes and makeup thinking that my brows would suddenly look perfect. Wrong! I couldn't quite get it right--so what were they doing that I wasn't? Well, it turned out that some of those IG models had a little help. That's when I discovered microblading. I went on a search to find someone that did the procedure. That's when I came across Arch Angels. My first session was with Hannah. I came in with photos of what I was looking for. She analyzed and measured to assure that my brows would fit my face. Once the procedure started, it was fairly painless. The final outcome was beautiful. Six weeks and many compliments later, I went back for my first touch up. My brows did fade a bit, but Hannah applied the necessary fill in to bring my brows back to perfection. Several weeks later I made an appointment with Daly for shading (this was suggested to give an even more long-lasting natural look) which came out great as well. Daly and Hannah are true artists serving professionalism and creativity. They both took the time to explain the process and what to expect during the healing process. Only one client can be serviced at a time so you have their utmost attention while you're there. And last but not least, they have a great playlist!! What more could I ask for?

The studio is professional, clean, and just carries with it just an overall positive atmosphere. Daly is so helpful and extremely well informed. I had a wonderful experience with Magda that did my microblading. After a very bad microblading experience 2 years ago I did much more research this time and decided on Arch Angels as the way to go. My research paid off. The office itself was by far the nicest, cleanest one I have been too and I have been to a few for consultations. It is also the only one I have been to that you are escorted into your own room with a door that can be closed for privacy. The first time I had it done I was on table in a large room with several other tables just a few feet apart from someone else. This is what I observed at other consultations too. So privacy was a pleasant surprise. Magda spent time listening to my past microblading experience before she began looking at my brows and offering suggestions and advice to go along with what I was hoping for as an outcome. She drew in the perfect brow shape that was slightly different than what I had been used to but was so much better. We discussed how I would benefit from doing shading as well so I agreed to that also. I was excited to do this and my nerves were gone. She was meticulous throughout the procedure. Talking as she worked to let me know how it was looking and and progressing. Final result, amazing. I can not believe the magic she worked with how little brow of my own I had to work with. I'm excited for my follow up with her and will definitely not go anywhere else. As I unfortunately had to find out the hard way, there are a lot of bad microblading studios but this is not one of them. You will be so happy if you let Magda perform her talent on you.

I got the "candy lips" procedure done with Jolie 2 weeks and I loveeeeee the results!! It is very natural and exactly what I was hoping for. She had great bedside manner and was very skilled in what she does. She is also an absolute sweetheart. The whole experience went smoothly. There was minimal swelling. The color fades around 60%, do that's why a touch up is needed, which I actually prefer they do 2 sessions. There is no pain at all during the second and third layers because of the numbing cream. Follow their instructions- vaseline and straws will be your best friend! Post before // day after // after photos I will edit and update my review after my touch up in a few weeks!

One drunk night in College I had a girlfriends name tattooed on my arm. Well the relationship ended long ago but the tattoo remains... until now. I had heard about a new laser treatment that was safe and good for removing such so I Googled laser procedures for tattoo removal and found out that the best laser for that is the Alexandrite Q-Switched laser. Next, I search who uses such and found Arch Angels NYC. Although my tattoo was small, it was very dark and after 2 visits, going in for my 3rd soon, has lightened up tremendously. My 3rd visit will be within the next five weeks in which I will post follow up photos once the area has healed. The experience, I would consider to be minimally painful, but I guess that depends on the person as well. I would say that the tattoo removal is bit more painful getting removed than put on however when getting it I was not sober. The good thing is that it goes very quick. For this small tattoo measuring 3"x 4" it took about 5 minutes. Once Daly was done, she dressed it it an antiseptic ointment and bandage. The recovery is probably the most painful during the first week. It hurts when you move the area and it looks red and textured. The swelling went down after about 3 days though. Daly requires that sessions be at least 8 weeks apart, which is fine by me because that is when I'll be back in the city for the holidays. Overall, I would consider tattoo removal here to be highly effective and well worth the money and pain. They have the technology and the right people to make it happen. I would recommend this place for anyone considering tattoo removal.

Let me just start off by saying they live up to their name. They are absolute angels! So I had been searching the web to try and find a good place to remove, and later on redo old microblading that I was not happy with. It wasn’t terrible, but also not fantastic. But when it comes to the face you can’t settle for anything short of the best. The pigments the lady I used to go to turned pink :( However, master artist Daly came to the rescue with the Phiremoval!!! It has only been a week and I’m already jumping for joy, no more pink brows! I regrettably got a tattoo a few years back and they did a botched job, I kind of got complacent with having it— or should I say not looking at it— so I never did anything about it. Somewhat recently, I started looking online for credible tattoo removal studios and I just have to say, Daly was a lifesaver. After a few trips I can confidently say that I’m so happy with the results. Can’t say I’ll be back for laser (I have no more tattoos!), but I think I may be in the market for some new brows

After few other consults with other companies she realized that the passion and commitment with Archangels was second to none. She also had Brows and Microshading treatments that came out amazing.
