Our first time in the Big Easy! Me and my girl just landed and needed our feet done we came the the Spa 27 and they took care of us. They were kind and welcoming. We felt as if we were at home. I wish we had this kind of treatment back home. Hospitality at its FINEST! Oh and they did an amazing job. My heals have never been smoother!

In my opinion this is the best place to go get your nails done in New Orleans. The staff is so welcoming and treat there customers with such respect. Ken was my tech and he did an amazing job.

Amazing massages with the pedicure! Loved the prices and conversation. If i ever find myself back in NOLA I'll be coming back here. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you're just visiting.

Been coming here off & on for the last 4 years. It is honestly the best salon I've been to in this city. Van does amazing work, and the staff is engaging. Ann, Andy and Moon are also excellent technicians. I can always guarantee a nice manicure and a few laughs when coming here.

Love this place for my BROWS; Van does an amazing job!!!! She always takes if me with the GREATEST of CARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lee & Andy are phenomenal in all that they do. The atmosphere is relaxing & welcoming. Prices are great & inline with the industry average. Parking in the rear or street parking is your choice.

Best manicure I have ever had to date. The lady who did my nails, did an excellent job of cleaning up around my nail beds. She also gave me a nice, relaxing hand massage. They seem to use quality nail polishes, like OPI. Which stays for a long time on the nails. The place was clean. The staff seemed nice. One thing I would recommend, is that they wipe down after every customer use of the area where people dry their nails, and the padded hand rest at each table with alcohol after each customer.

Came here a few years ago and just recently went back again and this is my new nail salon. I was in love with my powder-dipped nails. I went back the next day to get a pedicure and knew for sure this is my spot. Very professional and clean.

You-In-Your FEELINGS

These ppl give great service, very clean, and courteous. HOWEVER......EXPENSIVE AF. Are they up to date with the latest designs.... yes, but you better ask how much everything is, because a closed mouth will not get fed, but you will be feeding their pockets. They charge for EVERY little thing. If you dont ask, they will not tell you until you get to the register. They are not cheap. Please be mindful when going to them about pricing.

I go here as often as I can! What I REALLY love is I get some FIRE Highlites here! Ask for LEE! Been going here for almost 10 years! There is parking in the back of the building, which is great because you don't have to try to park on canal nor broad. They do REALLY great work here. As we all know there are many spots in NOLA to go get nail services, but this spot is DEFINITLY special! They are full service salon, so whatever you need done from ya hair to your feet, this is your spot! You can't beat the Highlites price and quality. This is my favorite nail salon in the city. Everyone is nice and friendly, the salon is clean. Their only flaw is sometimes a lack of ventilation; the fumes can be quite strong. They have a Tuesday discount.
